3. What kind of brewing water should I use? As with most drinks, spring water is the best option. Since not everyone lives near a spring, you can use filtered water. If there isn’t even one, then at least give the tap water time to settle for a little while. Purchased distilled water is not very suitable for brewing. Also, you should not re-boil water for tea. In general, it is unacceptable for water to boil over, since brewing tea with fresh, boiling water is under no circumstances acceptable!

Steaming: 2-3 minutes

Oven drying
