For the filler, boil the eggs for no more than ten minutes, cool, peel and chop into cubes. Grind the green onion for the eggs. Grate the remaining cheese and mix everything. Salt and sprinkle with pepper to taste.

Knead the minced meat, thoroughly stirring all the ingredients. Let's divide it into 8 equal parts. The dough should also be divided into 8 pieces.

Roll out the workpieces into very thin layers. The diameter of each cake should be approximately 25 cm. Cover three quarters of the circle with meat filling, leaving an untouched sector.

We make a cut from the center of the circle to the edge. Take the free end of the flatbread and cover the part with the minced meat with it. We make two more turns. Thus, you should get a puff triangle with meat and dough inside.

Place the workpiece to bake in a dry frying pan under the lid. Reduce the heat to low and wait a few minutes until the cake is toasted. Turn over and bake on the other side.

These flatbreads are very filling, tasty and disappear in no time.
