  4. Preparing the pasta addition - chicken in tomato sauce - takes a little time. The ripest red tomatoes should be peeled and seeded, removing the growth zone at the same time. This can be done easily by scalding the tomatoes with boiling water and peeling them like peeling an apple. The seeds and growth zone are removed with a knife. It's always surprising that people cook dishes and call them chicken with tomato paste. Why, if tomatoes are available either fresh or in the form of canned pulp.   8. Pour the prepared tomato puree into the frying pan. If the puree is too thick, you can add a few tablespoons of water - it will eventually boil away. Stir the sauce and cover with a lid. Simmer over medium heat for 10 minutes. Next, remove the lid and evaporate the excess moisture while stirring until the sauce reaches the desired thickness. This will take a few minutes.
