Terms and requirements

Regardless of which financial delivery process is chosen, the sender and recipient must meet certain requirements and fulfill a number of conditions:

  • any translation must have the necessary degree of protection;
  • when transferring money, the sender is required to receive a receipt confirming the completion of the transaction, containing information about the time and place of the procedure;
  • the recipient's initials and an identification number assigned automatically are important;
  • To use electronic and banking systems, mandatory registration is required to identify the sender.

The main thing is to have special data that is assigned to a specific transaction and allows you to track the receipt of money to a specific recipient using the transfer code.

Algorithm of actions

For each money delivery system, the process of tracking the receipt of a sum of money is identical:

  • select the system through which the money transfer was used;
  • register and obtain identification data;
  • use a special function to enter personal data for the procedure.

If you lose the special money transfer code, you can find it in any branch of the system using your passport. Each operation is registered and entered into the database.

Post office

Money can be sent either by registered mail or using a special money transfer with subsequent notification of receipt of money.

In the first case, the sender of a registered letter receives a unique order number and, using the number, will be able to find out in the future where the money went and whether the addressee received it. Russian Post also works by the recipient's last name, where the sending code also plays a major role, allowing you to find out exactly when the recipient will be able to see the letter.

If it is not possible to track the delivery of funds using a unique code, then it is enough to give the recipient’s last name.

The operation can be carried out in several ways:

  • personally visit any branch of Russian Post, contacting specialists with an identification document and a check;
  • on the Russian Post website;
  • using specialized resources.

Using the latter option, there is no need for tracking, since the sender indicates the time for the operation independently.

Regular postal transfer is carried out within 8 days. After this period has expired, the sender can find out the place and time of issuing money to the addressee.

Electronic systems

If it is not possible to wait several days, then there are specialized systems that allow instant delivery of finances:

  • the Forsazh system, which allows you to transfer funds within an hour;
  • RUE "Belpochta" sends money with the ability to automatically notify the recipient with an SMS message about the procedure, home delivery and notification;
  • in Western Union you can quickly find out the status of a transaction by filling out an online card containing all the information about the sender and recipient;
  • when tracking a transfer to Unistream, the transaction control number and the sender's surname are indicated;
  • in the Zolotaya Korona transfer system, the recipient can contact the cashier instantly after the money has been sent to him, but on the official website it is possible to view the status of the transfer if any delays have occurred.

Electronic transfer will allow you to send and receive funds much faster and more securely. Everything is systematized and computerized, which significantly saves time and money on using this service.

How to track a money transfer

To select the most reliable and fastest receipt of funds with the possibility of using the same time to receive them, you should pay attention to the main tracking methods.

In any of these methods, the sender or recipient must have a unique track number, receipt code, or indicate the recipient's last name to display reliable information about the status of the money receipt procedure.

Banking opportunities

One of the fastest and most reliable ways to track money transfers is through banking systems. In this case, the funds can be sent online and the system monitors its delivery to the recipient.

Sberbankinvites clients to perform the following algorithm of actions:

  • Apply in person with your passport to any bank branch;
  • go through a simple registration and gain access to the online service;
  • visit the “Payments and Transfers” section;
  • in the “Transaction Status” section or in the “Transaction History” section, you can always view the status of a specific payment or other transaction.

When the operation of sending funds is completed, a check is generated in the program and from the receipt you can find out about the transfer by calling the contact center, giving the unique number for the check.

If the transaction was made to a Sberbank card, then the funds are credited within 1-3 business days, depending on the source of the transfer. If the money came from card to card, then the payment goes through instantly.

If funds were transferred from a card of another bank, then you should wait up to five business days. In advance, you can find out about the payment status in your Sberbank account.

The VTB 24 online money transfer system allows its clients to track transactions to receive money from other opponents as follows:

  • registration in online banking with receipt of personal login information;
  • use of a special money transfer server with viewing transaction histories and sending status.

Features and Specifications

  • a valid transaction number can consist only of numbers or with the addition of Latin letters;
  • the sender's surname must be identical to that indicated when drawing up an application for sending a money transfer;
  • when using postal mail, it is better to send a registered letter with notification in order to be guaranteed to receive a return response about receipt of the envelope by the addressee.

In this simple way, you can quickly track where the money went and what account it went to. The online banking system is completely identical to the conditions for providing funds transfer services at a bank branch, since you can track money transfers in any of the convenient ways.

When performing any banking transaction, a receipt or check is generated containing the serial number of the procedure. It is these identification numbers that will allow you to quickly track the movement of finances both online and by calling the bank’s toll-free 24-hour support numbers.

Advantages and Disadvantages of Tracking Systems

Various ways of displaying information about the receipt of funds by the addressee have a number of features:

  • the ability to control the process of delivering finances to the recipient 24 hours a day;
  • complete independence from the operation of bank branches;
  • manage your transfers online in your personal account of a specific bank;
  • free provision of services;
  • sending a request an unlimited number of times;
  • when using electronic transfer systems, the need for tracking disappears by itself, because the funds arrive within a few seconds;
  • By activating the Mobile Bank service, you can track your money anywhere if you have a constant connection to the Internet.

Perhaps only Russian Post has the longest terms for sending money and the ability to track the delivery of money to the recipient allows you to control this process.

The national postal operator of the Russian Federation, Russian Post, receives, sends and delivers postal items on the territory of the Russian Federation and other states. The branches of this national postal operator handle the sending and receiving of both domestic and international parcels.

If parcels and postal items are sent within Russia, then the parcel is assigned a unique 14-digit identifier number consisting of numbers, and when sent internationally, an identification number of 13 characters (numbers and letters of the Latin alphabet), similar to RA123456789RU, is assigned.

Both numbers comply with the S10 standard of the Universal Postal Union and parcel tracking can be carried out by both the sender and the recipient of the mail.

Russian Post tracking of postal items

Russian Post tracking works for both domestic and international parcels, including EMS express parcels. Shipments within Russia have a tracking number consisting of 14 digits, the first 6 of which are the sender's post office code. Outgoing international shipments have a track number similar to AA123456789RU, where the first 2 letters indicate the type of shipment.

How to track a parcel in Russia?

In Russia, it is not difficult to track your parcel. To do this, you need to know the tracking number of the parcel. At Russian Post you can only track 14-digit numbers for domestic parcels and 13-digit numbers for international parcels.

Enter your shipment number and our service will track your parcel at Russian Post through the official website, and also check all the necessary foreign delivery service websites.

Russian Post tracking parcels by postal ID number

Postal identifiers are a special combination of letters and numbers that allow the postal service to uniquely identify a shipment. There are countless postal identifiers, but Russian Post only supports tracking for two types, these are international items of the International Postal Union, and tracking of items within the country.

Parcel identifiers of the International Postal Union consist of 2 letters of the Latin alphabet, in which the type of item is most often encoded, followed by 8 digits and the last 9 digit is the checksum, followed by 2 more letters, and this is always the code of the country of departure.

Shipments within Russia are assigned a 14-digit digital code, and the first 6 letters are the index of the post office from which the parcel or letter was sent.

How to find a parcel by Russian Post tracking number

The package can be easily found by postal ID or tracking number. Domestic parcels consist of 14 digits and begin with the index of the department from which the parcel was sent and looks like 39401900000000.

International incoming and outgoing parcels can be tracked using a special number adopted by the International Postal Union, it looks like Rx000000000CN. The first 2 letters indicate the type of shipment - registered or not, small package, parcel post, letter, followed by 9 digits and the last 2 letters indicate the country code of departure.

Parcel tracking ZA..LV, ZA..HK, ZJ..HK

Items with tracking numbers of the form ZA000000000LV, ZA000000000HK - Simplified Registered Mail - a type of postal item created by Aliexpress together with Russian Post to reduce the cost of delivery of inexpensive goods from Aliexpress.

Shipments with tracking numbers ZJ 000000000 H.K.- a type of postal item created by Joom Logistics together with Russian Post to reduce the cost of delivery of inexpensive goods from Joom.

Such parcels have only 3 statuses:

  • Accepted at the post office
  • Came to the place of delivery
  • Received by addressee

Parcels are not tracked at all stages of the journey, but all important information is present. It is important for the buyer to know that the goods were physically sent and arrived at the post office, and using the ZA..LV, ZA..HK number, the parcel will be found and delivered at the post office.

Parcels are delivered to Russia by Latvian Post (ZA..LV) and Hong Kong Post (ZA..HK), but the goods themselves are located in China, so it takes some time until the order is transported from the seller’s warehouse to the post office of Latvia or Hong Kong.

The service website collects information on delivery times for 1.5 million items weekly and uses this statistics to predict delivery times for parcels in Russian cities with an accuracy of +/- 2-4 days.

How long is a parcel or letter stored at a Russian Post office or what is the storage period?

The storage period for postal orders and written correspondence, which also includes international small packages, is 30 days. Other postal items - 15 days, unless a longer storage period is provided for in the contract for the provision of postal services. Items marked “Judicial” are stored for 7 days.

The storage period begins on the next working day of the post office following the day of receipt of the item or postal order at the place of delivery.

After the expiration of the storage period, registered items (parcels, registered and valuable letters, registered and valuable parcels, registered postcards, EMS express mail) are sent to the return address at the sender's expense. If the sender does not pick up the returned item within the storage period, the item is considered “unclaimed” and is stored for 6 months, after which it is destroyed

Receiving items via SMS code at Russian Post without a passport

It is very convenient to receive shipments without a passport and filling out a postal notification using an SMS code. To do this, you just need to issue a simple electronic signature, at any branch of the Russian Post or through State Services.

Thanks to this service, you no longer have to fill out paper notices and show your passport. When receiving a registered letter or parcel at the department, it is enough to give your name or the shipment number, as well as the telephone number specified during registration. An SMS with a code will be sent to this number, which must be given to the operator in order to receive the shipment.

Receiving items at Russian Post

Simple letters, postcards and small parcels are delivered to the recipient's mailbox.

The postman brings registered letters to your home and hands them to the addressee against signature upon presentation of an identity card. If the addressee is not there, the postman leaves a notice in the mailbox and returns the letter to the post office.

Parcels and other registered items can be collected at the branch or ordered delivered to your home.

To receive the shipment at the branch, you need to present a notice (you can fill it out on the website) or a tracking number, as well as an identity card. Or activate simplified receipt and confirm your identity with an SMS code.

If you do not have a notice or a tracking number, upon presentation of your ID, you can ask a Post Office employee to find the item by the name and address to which it was sent.

Russian Post search for missing parcels

Check the status of your letter or parcel using the track number. If there is no information on the status of the shipment, or the status has not been updated for a long time, your letter or parcel has not been delivered, and the delivery period has expired, you can initiate a search for the shipment.

To start the search, you must submit an application on the page pochta.ru/claim or provide at any branch of the Russian Post:

  • application to search for a shipment within Russia or an international shipment;
  • a check issued along with the shipment, or a copy thereof (the check is issued at the time of dispatch);
  • identification.

Applications to search for domestic and international postal items are accepted within 6 months from the date of dispatch. Applications to search for international EMS shipments are accepted within 4 months from the date of dispatch.

The application can be submitted by both the recipient and the sender or an authorized representative of one of them (upon presentation of a power of attorney).

The Russian Post notifies you of the search results by registered mail to the postal address, or by letter to the email address specified in the application.

The period for considering a complaint or claim and providing a written response is:

  • 5 days for claims regarding postal items and postal orders sent (transferred) within the same locality;
  • 30 days for all other domestic mail and postal orders;
  • The period for consideration of claims for international mail can range from 30 to 90 days

In the event that the shipment could not be found, compensation is paid. The sender has the primary right to receive compensation; he also has the right to refuse compensation in favor of the recipient or another authorized person.

Simple small package tracking

Small package - a small parcel abroad containing unbreakable items. A custom small package, unlike a simple small package, has a tracking number. The track number for international shipments consists of 13 characters and uses Latin capital letters and numbers.

Simple small packages are those that are accepted from the sender without a receipt and handed to the addressee without a receipt. Simple items can be letters, postcards, parcels and “small packages” (parcels less than 2 kg abroad). Simple shipments cannot be tracked. Simple letters in stamped envelopes and postcards with stamps can be sent via the mailbox yourself.

Duty-free import

Records mention a messenger system in the 10th century AD. Early letters were sent on a roll with a wax or lead seal; the earliest of these seals dates from 1079 and mentions the governor Ratibor Tmutarakan. The earliest surviving letter was sent in 1391 from La Tana (now Azov) to Venice

By the 16th century, the postal system included 1,600 branches, and mail reached Novgorod from Moscow in three days. In 1634, a peace treaty between Russia and Poland established a route to Warsaw, which became the first regular international postal route in Russia.

Using the Parcels application, in a few seconds you can find out the exact location of your parcel or mail delivered by Russian Post.

Hello, dear readers.

Many people today use financial transfer services. Some prefer to do this with the help, for others it is enough.

However, there is another option, which is mainly used by residents of regions and neighboring countries. I'm talking about the services of Russian Post branches. And although this may seem like a thing of the past, such a service has a couple of undeniable advantages compared to previous options.

So, for example, using postal mail, you can save much more of your own money than with any other method. In addition, their branches throughout the country are much larger than those of Sberbank, and therefore it will be absolutely easy to find the office closest to you in whatever city you are in.

However, many have heard about the not-so-best reputation of this institution, and therefore most clients prefer to monitor the process more closely so that they do not inadvertently get lost while covering the vast distances of our boundless homeland.

Therefore, today we will talk about tracking through Russian Post. Let's understand all the nuances and reveal the secrets of how not to lose your money.

Types of services

In fact, there are as many as three of them and each of them has both pros and cons, so I think it’s worth taking a closer look at each one so that you know in advance which one will be useful to you more than the others.

The first of them is called “Fast and Furious”. From the name, you probably already guessed that this is the most convenient way if someone needs to get them in the very near future.

True, it costs more than others, but it is possible to receive funds not only in a specific branch, but also in any of those located in the recipient’s city.

However, in order to receive them, the sender is required to provide the most general information about the recipient, such as last name, first name and patronymic. And when receiving sent funds, a person must take his passport with him to confirm his identity.

This option also has its own characteristics. It is noteworthy that it becomes most effective in cases where you often need to transfer cash flows to the CIS countries.

And then you will be given a special number. The ID allows tracking. In addition, the recipient, knowing the order of the numbers in this number, will be able to prove that the funds are intended for him. And as you may have guessed, in this situation they will not require any passport from you.

Finally there is a regular option. It is known to be the most popular among the population of the Russian Federation due to its availability, relative cheapness and intelligibility.

True, your money will not reach the addressee immediately on the same day. This usually takes from two days to an indefinite period. And that is why people who have used this service most often wonder how to track the funds they sent to friends or relatives.

Translation instructions

For the most part, the rules that you need to follow are standardized for each method and will not cause you any difficulties or problems.

First of all, you will need to contact any of the Russian Post branches with a certain amount. At the same time, you need to take into account the fact that you will definitely be charged a certain percentage as a commission, so when counting the money you want to send, keep in mind that you will need to add that same percentage on top.

After this, you must present the postal employee with your passport, a completed special form, the details of the recipient of the funds and the money itself.

At the same time, the addressee must fill out an addressee’s receipt at the branch, where he indicates his passport details, as well as his registered address.

How to track

Well, now let's talk about the most important thing, how you can find out about the fate of our finances, which are carried into the hands of the recipient. I hasten to please you that there are three such options, which means you have plenty to choose from.

In general, you can use:

  • SMS notification;
  • Call operators;
  • Go to the post office in person.

Now let's talk about each in more detail.

The first option is the most convenient of all. It is enough to order this service after you have sent money to the recipient. Of course, it is paid, but in fairness I want to reassure you and inform you that it costs symbolically 1 ruble.

On the other hand, if you are not satisfied with this option or you simply forgot about it, then you can contact the 24-hour support service at 8-800-200-58-88.

The call throughout the country is free. You just need to tell the employee on the phone your passport details and the number of the receipt, which you will definitely be given upon departure.

And finally, you can simply go to the nearest Russian Post office and ask the cashier directly about the fate of the money sent. Again, to do this you need to present your passport, check and personally issued control number.

In addition, the employee will help you understand other issues, in addition to telling you at what stage your transfer is and how long the recipient will have to wait.

But no online service has yet been invented for this. Although, it would seem, this is much more convenient, especially since almost everything can be tracked on the Internet: parcels, urgent letters, ordinary parcels, but this is not our case.

This is actually quite strange, however, no shifts in favor of adapting online tracking for this service are expected yet, but let’s hope that not everything is lost and we will still wait for the day when we will be able to track sent items over the Internet finances.

Conclusion

Thus, we found out how you can track a money transfer by the recipient’s last name, by the transfer number, and also by identifier. I hope that the information was extremely useful to you and that you will not have any problems in the future.

I guess I’ll finish here, all the best to you and see you again!

A fairly significant part of the population prefers postal services. Indeed, today, in addition to the standard mailing of correspondence, at the branch you can pay for housing and communal services, insure property and send money anywhere in the country. On the official website of the institution, tracking of postal transfers of Russian Post at all stages is available. This allows you to get prompt information without wasting time and effort visiting the branch.

Types of postal transfers

A postal money transfer helps out in a situation where the recipient of the transfer has neither a bank card nor a personal account. Then he can receive the money sent at any branch of the Russian Post in his locality.

Today, money transfers are carried out in three variations:

  • simple postal;
  • Fast and Furious;
  • Western Union.

Each has its own characteristics and its own cost for providing the service. They transfer money within a period of several minutes to several days. As soon as the transaction is carried out by the institution, the recipient receives a corresponding notification. And he can pick up his money at the Russian Post office.

Simple postal

Postal tracking is available in case of money transfer by Russian Post itself. This is a standard service of the institution, sending money to any region of the country.

The operation is carried out by the operator if the sender has a Russian passport. You will also need to fill out a special form indicating the details of both parties and the amount. For the transaction, the Post will take a commission, the amount of which will be determined depending on the amount of the transfer and additional services (addressed delivery, receipt by notification, etc.).

As a result of the procedure, the sender is issued a check containing the shipment identification number. With its help, you can check the postal transfer on the institution’s portal.

On average, the time it takes to transfer funds this way is 2-3 business days. So it is unlikely to be suitable for urgent shipments.

You can track your postal transfer using the ID number on the Russian Post website

Fast and Furious

When sending money through the Forsazh service, you can also track the postal transfer using the transfer number. To do this, you should enter it into the search bar on the Russian Post portal in the section “Postal Transfers” – “Fast and Furious”.

The procedure itself takes only a few minutes. The sender can specify a specific Russian Post branch in the transfer parameters. Then it will be possible to receive money only there, upon presentation of your passport.

If this is not too convenient, then the address mark is not placed. And then the money will be issued at the branch of the institution where the recipient of the transfer will apply.

Usually, through “Forsazh” funds are transferred within 10-15 minutes (maximum 2 hours). Accordingly, tracking postal transfers by identifier is used extremely rarely. But the option allows you to see which department the money went to.

Western Union

WesternUnion is a specialized translation service. Most often it is used when there is a need to send money abroad. Since the cost for transferring it is higher than other options, but only it allows you to send funds abroad.

It is issued according to the passport data of the sender and recipient. After filling out the form for transferring funds, the sender is given a receipt indicating the transfer number. Upon receipt, you must name it to a WesternUnion employee after presenting your passport.

You can track your WesternUnion money transfer on the company’s website. Using the same number from the receipt. It fits into the search bar, and based on the search, information about the stages of payment processing is displayed on the screen.

The average commission fee for sending money is 1% of the amount. It is better to check the more exact amount before registration at any Western Union (or Post) branch.

How to send money by mail

When applying for any option for sending money, you must provide your passport to a Russian Post employee. After that, fill out a special transfer form.

Since postal orders are personal, you need to prepare information about the recipient in advance. They are also entered into the form to be filled out.

In general, the algorithm for sending money is as follows:

  • presenting a passport, indicating the option for sending money;
  • filling out the transfer form;
  • determination by the Post operator of the total amount, taking into account the transfer itself and the amount of the commission;
  • payment for post office services;
  • receipt by the sender of a receipt indicating the shipment ID for tracking.

There are no particular differences in the procedure for processing standard shipments, Fast and Furious and WesternUnion. The delivery time of the sent funds and the cost of the operation will vary.

In addition, it is worth considering the time that will have to be spent visiting the post office and waiting in line.

The fastest and most expensive way to send money is Western Union

Ways to track a Russian Post money transfer

You can check at what stage of processing the money transfer is through the Russian Post portal, as well as directly at the post office.

Track a postal transfer using the receipt number on the website https://www.pochta.ru/ very simple: on the right side of the page there is a “Track” window. It will require you to enter an ID to find out when the funds were sent, where they are now, and when they will arrive at their destination. The option is valid for standard translations and Fast and Furious.

If the transfer was made through the WesternUnion system, then you should check it on the page https://www.westernunion.com/content/wucom/Countries/ru_RU/track-transfer.html. By ID number or personal data of the sender.

If you do not have access to the Internet, you can obtain information about the transfer at any post office. You will need to show the operator your passport and give the number from the receipt. Based on the data received, he will inform you when the recipient will be able to collect the money sent.

Apart from the official website of the Russian Post, no other network resource will be able to track a postal transfer. Because this information is confidential. Intermediary sites provide tracking services for parcels and parcels, but not for postal money transfers.

Sending money through Russian Post helps in cases where the recipient does not use banking products. Transfers reach any region of the country; you can receive them using your passport at any post office. Moreover, at each stage of transaction processing, it can be tracked both in person at the branch and via the Internet. The main thing is to have a receipt with the departure number on hand.

The popularity of non-cash transfers is growing every day. To complete it, a person just needs to enter the details of the receiving party and choose where exactly the funds will be debited from.

Such a simple algorithm of actions is convenient, but at the same time there is a possibility of making a mistake when filling out the details.

Even one wrong number leads to the fact that the recipient does not receive the money and needs to know how to find the money transfer.

The error can be either of a technical nature or simple carelessness of the sender. Depending on this, the algorithm of actions will vary.

The sender is looking for the money

Paiement en espices a un comptoir postal

If funds have been debited from the account, the bank claims that the operation was completed, but the amount has not been credited to the recipient’s balance, it’s time to start looking for a money transfer.

First of all, it is necessary to check the details used for the transaction.

There are only two options here: they are erroneous, which means the funds have already gone to the balance of another recipient (provided that such an account number really exists and belongs to a real person), or everything is correct, but the delay was caused by a simple technical glitch and the problem will be resolved soon.

To find out whether the money has reached the recipient, the sender needs to use the payment search service.

It is usually available at all major banks and is charged according to the data specified in the service agreement. For the amount paid, a bank employee will search for the missing funds, who will have to track the path of the money and make sure that it is credited to the recipient’s account.

What should Sberbank clients do?

If the delay is caused by an error in the details, the sender himself will have to resolve issues regarding the return of money directly with the recipient.

To perform an interbank transfer, the bank withdraws a certain amount from the payer’s account, then transfers it to its correspondent account, from which it forwards it to the addressee. And there are nuances here.

So, for example, at Sberbank, a transfer can be recalled until the receipt has occurred. If the funds have been received by the recipient, the bank does not have the right to write them off from the recipient’s balance without acceptance.

As a conversation with a consultant at the bank showed, it is not possible to find a money transfer in Sberbank by number. Unless you personally contact the recipient. In the same way, the client will have to resolve issues directly if the money went “in the wrong place.”

At any Sberbank branch today you can request an application form, which you will need to fill out by entering your personal data. This will make it possible to receive a copy of the payment order in response, proving the successfully completed operation.

You can download the form on the bank's website. Banks in their activities are guided by the Regulations of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation dated June 19, 2012, according to which there is no other mechanism for resolving such an issue.

Therefore, there are no options for checking the transfer of money to a Sberbank card. Unless the operation was performed in the bank’s personal account and was saved in the payment history. In this case, next to the operation number there will be a “Successful” or “Pending” icon.

If the recipient is sure that the funds have not been received

After receiving a payment order, according to which the recipient did not see the money (and it was debited from the account of the initiator of the transaction), you need to follow the following algorithm:

  • according to 2.14 of Regulation N 383-P, you can demand to cancel the transaction at your bank branch if the irrevocability period of the transfer has not yet arrived. To do this, you will need a passport, the client will be asked to fill out an application;
  • no later than the day after the application was received, a notification of a successful revocation must be received from the bank. It indicates the date of the transaction, the signature of the authorized person and the stamp of the bank. if this cannot be done, a certificate is sent indicating the impossibility of carrying out the revocation.

The revocation of an order to perform a transfer can be issued in writing or electronically, the main thing is to deliver it to the bank as quickly as possible, before irrevocability has yet occurred.

Good to know

Many banks refuse to help with finding out the location of the money, sending the person to look for the recipient at his bank.

Such events will most likely not be successful, because there is a concept of bank secrecy. Therefore, it is best not to agree to such options.

As a last resort, you can prove your case in court. So if the sender presents paper evidence of the transfer to the bank branch, and the bank does not respond to such claims and does not take any measures, the person has every right to sue.

Finally, I would like to note that the procedure for searching for a lost payment is not yet prescribed by law, so you have to follow the instructions accepted by the bank.
