Icecream Slideshow Maker is a very nice, simple and easy free program for creating slideshows from photos. There are no unnecessary or confusing elements in it. She copes with her task with 5+. I really liked it - I advise everyone to use it if there is a need.
The only thing I didn’t like is that you can only add background music in .wav .wma formats. ogg and.flac. But this is not a problem - we already know how to convert .mp3 to .wav.
I was also puzzled by the time it took to create a slideshow from only eight photos, but I think this is due to the huge resolution of the photos (they are very high quality and were taken with a professional camera). This can also be defeated in advance compressing photos without losing quality or by changing the size with any photo editor.
There are many transition effects, but they cannot be viewed when selected - only in the preview. Their names are on English language, which makes it difficult to choose (after all, it could be translated - zigzag, dissolution, collision...).
