How to properly prepare herb

There are several ways to consume this beneficial plant. Every disease requires a cooking approach.

For liver treatment

In the fight against liver diseases, decoctions from corn “hair” are of great benefit. To prepare a healing drink correctly, follow the recipe. About 30 g (or 2 tbsp) of dry stigmas are poured with 200 ml (1 tbsp) of boiled water.

The container with the resulting mixture is covered with a lid, then it is left to simmer in a water bath for about 20-30 minutes. Then the medicinal decoction must be filtered, cooled, and boiled water is added to the resulting liquid to compensate for the volume.

Recommendations for using the decoction: 4 times a day, a tablespoon. Take warm, mix thoroughly, always after meals. The duration of the course is determined by the doctor, usually it is about 2 weeks with a break of 30 to 90 days before the next dose.

Proper weight loss and cleansing

First way. Immediately add the drug to boiling water at the rate of 1 teaspoon of dry corn “hair” per 200 ml of water. If you plan to use fresh ingredients, then the number of stigmas is increased to the volume of a tablespoon.

This mixture is boiled for one minute. Then the resulting broth is placed in a dark place (necessarily covered with a lid or towel) for at least one hour.

Then the healing drink is filtered and cooled. Recommendations for use: 80 ml three times a day before meals. Please note that the decoction quickly loses its properties, so prepare it in a volume for one-day use.

Second way. Preparing an infusion of stigmas for weight loss comes down to a simple recipe: 4 tables. Spoons of the plant are filled with 250 ml (a mug) of boiling water.

The mixture is infused in a dark place for at least 3 hours. Then the infusion is filtered and cooled.

Unlike the first method, this product tolerates long-term storage in the refrigerator, remaining a useful product for about a week. Directions for use: 15 ml (tablespoon) on an empty stomach.

In order for the benefits of using stigmas as a means of losing weight to be noticeable, the use of the drug should be at least 2-4 weeks. Please note that after one course of administration, a mandatory break is taken for a period of 2 weeks, then the infusion is taken again.

For the gallbladder

A malfunction of the gallbladder is a violation of its functions, which is accompanied by such symptoms as frequent nausea, heaviness, and pain in the hypochondrium. They can be easily eliminated by using a simple decoction.

The drug eliminates bile stagnation, and the patient’s well-being improves. Preparing the medicine is not difficult.

A thermos is well suited for storing the finished infusion - it retains the healing properties of the drink longer. Recipe: pour one tablespoon of herb into a container, add about two hundred grams (approximately one glass) of boiling water, let stand for 60 minutes, then strain the product.

The frequency of taking stigmas is three times a day, dosage: 50 ml (1/4 cup) at a time. Drink the infusion 20 minutes before meals. For an alternative option, a pharmaceutical extract of corn columns with stigmas is offered.

Be careful, it contains about 70% alcohol, so it is not suitable for people who do not tolerate this type of medicine well. For treatment, mix 30 drops of the extract with clean, preferably boiled or bottled water in sufficient quantities. Recommendations for use are the same as for infusion: 3 times a day before meals.

For the prevention and treatment of diabetes

Diabetes is a serious disease; such a simple plant as corn hair can make a significant contribution to its prevention and treatment. The use of stigma extract helps speed up the metabolism of glycogen in the patient’s liver and blood, increases insulin production and restores the functioning of damaged beta cells.

To prepare your own decoction, use a simple recipe. One tablespoon (or about 15 g) of the columns is placed in a previously prepared container.

The herb is poured into a mug (about 250 g in volume) of raw water, then the mixture is boiled for ten minutes. The resulting broth is infused for at least half an hour, then filtered and cooled. Recommendations for use: 1 dose of the drug - 1 tbsp, frequency of use - three times a day, after a two-hour break between meals.
