I don’t like to complain, and for a long time I didn’t dare, but I still decided to write - in fact, to “notify” (although I’m sure the entire staff of clinic 106 has known this for a long time) - about the disgusting work of the doctor N. M. Brusnikina, who is engaged in ultrasound examinations. And from previous years I knew who she was and what she was like as a doctor. Twice in the past I wasted time because of her, because upon seeing the results obtained from her, both doctors who referred me for an ultrasound immediately ordered a repeat examination, of course, to a different specialist. I won’t name names, but one even asked in plain text: “How did you even get into her…” In general, years later, I managed to fall into the hands of Brusnikina again. By chance, because, against the backdrop of a sudden deterioration, I was at an appointment with the on-duty therapist Romanov, who was previously unfamiliar to me, and he prescribed me a referral for an ultrasound of the abdominal organs, to Brusnikina. I saw this name in my direction late, already on the way out. I tried to re-register with the girls at the 1st floor post with a really good specialist - Rastorgueva L.V., explaining what was what (and having found, I must say, they have an understanding). But there were no free entries, and I decided to take a risk, since the research needed to be carried out as soon as possible. And here - only 3 days of waiting. Well, actually, I got what I expected. I can, of course, close my eyes to some of Brusnikina’s hysteria when meeting patients: the characters of people and doctors are really different, what can you do. Subsequently, during the reception, she at least indirectly apologized for this (despite the fact that I did not raise this issue), explaining that she “has to behave this way,” since “there are many insane people, especially grandfathers and grandmothers, they are like they want to behave." This is apparently a preliminary prevention of “insane behavior.” Although I’m neither a grandfather nor a grandmother. But when the research actually began, it was already a series of jokes. First she asked what happened to me in the past and when, and after that she began to “find” all this from me. At the same time, repeating that I “face a very long and expensive treatment” (one of the doctors at the same clinic 106 and I actually laughed at this phrase 3-4 years ago, when I didn’t need any treatment at all! I just had to just waste time on a repeat ultrasound examination). Now, on March 20, she “found” I had hepatitis, cholecystitis, pancreatitis and enterocolitis, commenting with theatrical “horror”. Hearing this, I already began to smile to myself. It's funny, but when she "revealed" possible "intestinal cancer", I was actually smiling. I understood from whom I heard these diagnoses. And, by the way, doctors, in addition to very interesting texts in the description of ultrasound examinations from Brusnikina, first of all do not consider them seriously because she, without any doubt, makes the diagnoses herself. Despite the fact that all that is required of her is research, and not the approval of a “verdict”. But everything, as it was with her several years ago, remained in place. I received these notes from her, and at the same time a list of blood tests required, in her opinion (naturally, to finally identify this “cancer”), showed it to the therapist, and now with a new direction I am again waiting for a new ultrasound examination of the same thing, i.e. e. "wonderful" and a waste of time. (By the way, as it turned out, I still don’t have anything from Brusnikina’s stated list of “my” diseases) And here I had several questions, since the current situation began to irritate me. My adventures in clinic 106 on this topic began on March 16, 2019. Today is April 5. I have in my hands a new referral for an ultrasound of the abdominal cavity, now to the head clinic, 22, and the telephone number of the 3rd floor post, which the therapist wrote to me with the purpose of making an appointment there. She said to be sure to call and make an appointment. Result: at the post on the 3rd floor, in 5 days of calling, they answered only (!) once, sat on hold for a long time to hear that there were no places for ultrasound, try to call “later”, and that’s all. Since then I have never been able to get through by phone, they simply don’t pick up the phone! But I know that not everything is so bad with them, and there is not always an endless line there. This morning I sacrificed my pre-work time, went to this post and specifically started calling when there was not a single visitor in front of the workers. They don't pick up the phone on purpose. They just don't intend to. In general, in the past I had a better opinion about this clinic. And there really are very good specialists there who, in addition to professionalism, have excellent medical intuition and a focus on treatment. This includes surgeon V. G. Gadzhimuradov, and therapists T. D. Gvindzhilia and I. V. Datukishvili. I’m sure they receive quite a lot of positive feedback from many patients. But the presence of such specialists as N.M. Brusnikina, the complete silence of posts on phone calls and the lengthy push for research, which by law the clinic is obliged to provide within a maximum of two weeks (or up to a month), spoils the whole impression. In the past, a couple of times I had to similarly obtain ECHO-cardiography and CT here. It is clear that the management of the clinic does not at all want to pay money “outside” to the same 22nd clinic or (God forbid for them) clinical hospital. But I can't help. In the past, as soon as it came to calling the insurance company or going to write to Sobyanin’s website (and there, you know, service in Moscow clinics is one of the main topics), how “a queue for six months” immediately turned into “random free places in 3- 5 days". Funny. Anyway, today is Friday, April 5th. I'll try my luck for the last time on Monday. If I don’t pick up the phone, I’ll call the insurance company. Well, during the day at work I won’t be lazy, I’ll roll out carts on this score both on “Our City” and on the State Services Portal. Let them be held responsible for the lack of places for ultrasound examinations, and for the waste of money from insurance companies on double examinations because of the Brusnikins. I'll attach all this.
