  • 20 g Parmesan cheese

  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • chopped basil
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • a pinch of salt
  • pinch of black pepper
  • 20 g Parmesan cheese.

Preparation:

  1. Preheat the oven to 190 degrees.
  2. To prepare ricotta, mix tofu, olive oil, salt, pepper, lemon juice, basil, oregano in a blender. You should get a homogeneous mass with pieces of basil.
  3. Peel the potatoes and cut into thin slices.
  4. Take a rectangular deep dish and lay out the potatoes in one layer.
  5. Pour the resulting ricotta over the top of the potatoes and spread in an even layer.
  6. Add a second layer of potatoes and then add the ricotta again. Add a third layer of potatoes on top and pour over the ricotta. Place potatoes on the top layer.
  7. Cover the dish with foil and bake for 50 minutes.
  8. Then remove the foil and bake for another 10 minutes.
  9. While the lasagna is preparing, mix the ingredients for the sauce in a blender: olive oil, basil, 2 cloves of garlic. Then add cheese, salt, pepper and mix everything in the blender again. Add some water.
  10. Remove the lasagna from the oven and let the dish cool slightly.
  11. Add sauce.
  12. Enjoy delicious lasagna.

Curd lasagna

You will need:

  • 500 g cottage cheese
  • 300 g hard cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 40-50 g butter
  • dry lasagne sheets
  • 0.5 tsp. salt.

Preparation:

  1. Grate the cheese.
  2. Pour water into a glass and add a spoonful of salt.
  3. Add 2 eggs to the cottage cheese and beat.
  4. Add 5 tbsp to the curd mass. l. salted water.
  5. Add softened butter.
  6. Add a pinch of salt.
  7. Take a baking dish and place a sheet of foil on the bottom. Grease the foil with oil.
  8. Place lasagne sheets on foil.
  9. Spread 1/4 of the curd mixture over the lasagna sheets. Add a layer of cheese on top (1/4 of the mass).
  10. Add 3 tbsp to different places on top. l. salted water.
  11. Place a layer of lasagna sheets. Distribute the curd mass on top, add grated cheese and add 3 tbsp. l. water.
  12. We lay out only 4 layers of lasagna so that the last layer is cheese. Cover the ends with foil.
  13. Bake in a well-heated oven for 30 minutes until the cheese is browned.
  14. Serve lasagna hot.

Lavash lasagna with cottage cheese and fish

You will need:

  • thin lavash
  • 180 g red fish fillet
  • 320 g cottage cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 300 g kefir
  • fresh dill
  • spices.

Preparation:

  1. Combine 1 egg and kefir.
  2. Lubricate the lavash cut into sheets with sauce and place the sheets on top of each other. Leave the pita bread to soak for 10 minutes.
  3. Rub the cottage cheese through a sieve or grind it in a blender, adding 1 egg for a more viscous consistency.
  4. Remove the bones from the fish, add salt and leave in the refrigerator for 15 minutes. After this, wash off the salt from the fish and cut it into small cubes.
  5. Mix cottage cheese and fish. Add dill, stirring the ingredients with a spoon.
  6. Place lavash sheets in a lasagna container alternately with the filling. The top layer should be filled with the remaining kefir sauce in which the pita bread was soaked.
  7. Bake lasagna for 10 minutes.

Lasagna with chicken and champignons

You will need:

  • one chicken breast
  • vegetable oil (for frying)
  • 0.5 kg champignons (marinated or fresh)
  • 200 ml cream
  • hard cheese
  • lasagne sheets.

Preparation:

  1. Remove the bones from the breast, separate the meat into fibers and fry them with vegetable oil.
  2. Chop the mushrooms and add to the breast. Fry for 10 minutes.
  3. Pour in the cream and simmer covered for about 7 minutes.
  4. Let's preheat the oven.
  5. Place a sheet of foil in a container for preparing lasagna and grease it with oil.
  6. Lay out lasagna sheets. Then add the filling (chicken and mushrooms). Sprinkle grated cheese on top.
  7. Lay out 4 layers of lasagna so that the last layer is cheese.
  8. Bake for 40 minutes.

Lasagna in a frying pan

You will need:

  • 800 g tomatoes in their own juice
  • 1 tbsp. l. olive oil
  • 1 onion
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • red pepper flakes - on the tip of a knife
  • 450 g minced meat
  • 10 sheets of lasagne
  • 220 g tomato sauce
  • glass of grated parmesan
  • 2 tbsp. l. basilica
  • 220 g cheese (ricotta).

Preparation:

  1. Pass the onion and garlic through a meat grinder. Finely chop the basil and break the lasagna sheets in half.
  2. Finely chop the tomatoes and place them in a bowl. Dilute with water.
  3. Fry the onion until soft in a large frying pan, add the garlic and red pepper.
  4. I spread the minced meat. When it's ready, place the lasagne sheet halves on top, but don't mix.
  5. Pour chopped tomatoes and tomato sauce on top. Don't mix.
  6. Cover with a lid and simmer for 20 minutes over low heat.
  7. Turn off the heat and first add half the Parmesan and then the ricotta. Don't mix.
  8. At the end of cooking, remove the lid, sprinkle with the other half of Parmesan, chopped basil and serve.

Lasagne Bolognese

You will need:

For pasta:

  • ready-made lasagne sheets - one package (500 g)
  • 200 g hard cheese

Bolognese sauce:

  • 500 g minced meat (beef, or beef + pork, or beef + lamb)
  • 2-3 tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp. l. tomato paste
  • salt, pepper, spices (basil, oregano)
  • 4 tbsp. l. olive oil.

Bechamel sauce:

  • 1 liter of milk
  • 120 g butter
  • 3 tbsp. l. flour
  • a pinch of nutmeg, salt, black pepper.

Preparation:

  1. Peel the tomatoes and grind them in a blender with the addition of tomato paste.
  2. Fry the minced meat in olive oil. Add spices and tomato paste.
  3. Simmer over low heat for about 5 minutes. Bolognese sauce is ready.
  4. Fry the flour in melted butter.
  5. Slowly, with constant stirring, pour milk into the mixture.
  6. Add spices and, stirring constantly, simmer the sauce until thick (10-15 minutes). Bechamel sauce is ready.
  7. Grate the cheese.
  8. Grease a baking dish with olive oil and pour a little Bechamel sauce and Bolognese sauce on the bottom.
  9. Place lasagna sheets over the sauce with a slight overlap.
  10. Spread Bolognese sauce on them, sprinkle with grated cheese and brush with Bechamel sauce.
  11. We repeat the process 3-4 times, as long as there are enough ingredients.
  12. Cover the last layer with lasagne sheets, pour over Bechamel sauce, and sprinkle thickly with Parmesan cheese.
  13. Place a piece of butter on top and bake in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 30-40 minutes.

Fruit lasagna

You will need:

  • 2 sheets of ready-made lasagna dough
  • 300 g low-fat cottage cheese
  • 1 orange
  • 2 bananas
  • 1 tbsp. l. raisins
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp. l. decoys
  • 1 tsp. brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • powdered sugar
  • butter for greasing.

Preparation:

  1. Cook the lasagna dough sheets until tender in a large saucepan of lightly salted boiling water. We cut each plate in half. Place one layer at a time in two small, greased, heat-resistant pans.
  2. Mash one banana with a fork. In a bowl, mix cottage cheese, egg, raisins, mashed banana, semolina, sugar and cinnamon with a mixer.
  3. Cut the second banana into slices. Peel the orange and remove white membranes and cut into thin slices.
  4. Divide the curd mass in half. Place the curd mass into molds with dough plates, place orange and banana slices on top, cover with a second layer of dough and spread the curd mass on it. Place the remaining fruit on top.
  5. Place the lasagna in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 10–15 minutes.
  6. Carefully remove the finished lasagna from the molds.
  7. Let the lasagna cool for about 10 minutes and then sprinkle with powdered sugar.
  8. Let's enjoy dessert.

An Italian dish, traditionally prepared with meat filling, can also be a dessert. Cottage cheese lasagna has all the same cooking principles, only instead of meat, vegetables and cheese we use cottage cheese, sweet milk sauce and various fruits and berries. Today we will prepare dessert lasagna from cottage cheese with the addition of apples and cinnamon. This dish will also be a complete breakfast or children's afternoon snack.

For the filling you will need: two whole eggs, sugar to taste (2-4 tablespoons will be enough) and about half a kilo of cottage cheese - I took three whole packs, so it turned out a little more. The amount of filling depends on the amount of cottage cheese. Also, for flavor variety, I used apples and cinnamon to fill the lasagna.

For milk sauce, take exactly half a liter of milk, yolk, flour and sugar, also to taste.

And, of course, you can’t do without special sheets for lasagna. Take any - all will do, the main thing is to calculate in advance the required quantity and size for the form in which you will prepare the dish.

First, let's prepare the sauce. To do this, put 400 ml of milk on the fire and bring to a boil.

While the milk is heating up, combine one yolk (we don't need the white), two tablespoons of sugar and flour.

Mix the ingredients well with a fork or whisk.

Pour in the remaining milk.

Continue grinding until smooth. If necessary, you can rub it through a strainer a couple of times.

Pour the prepared sauce into the hot milk in a thin stream, constantly stirring the liquid. Keep on low heat for a few more minutes, also stirring. During this time the mass will thicken. Turn off the heat and stir for a couple more minutes, then leave the sauce aside.

Let's prepare the filling. Combine cottage cheese, two eggs and the remaining sugar.

Stir until smooth.

Peel the apples and cut them into small cubes.

Boil the lasagna sheets until half cooked (3-5 minutes each).

We form lasagna with cottage cheese. Grease the mold with butter. Lubricate the bottom generously with sauce and place a layer of sheets on top.

Coat the sheets with sauce, spread half of the curd filling and half of the apple cubes evenly. Sprinkle everything with cinnamon to taste.

We repeat everything again: sheets, sauce, curd filling, apples and cinnamon. Next comes the top layer of lasagna sheets.

Cover it with the remaining sauce and sprinkle the surface with cinnamon.

Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for at least 40 minutes until done. After 20 minutes of cooking, you can cover the pan with foil to prevent the top from drying out. The lasagna sheets should be soft and easily pierced with a knife.

Lasagna with cottage cheese is ready!

Place the cottage cheese in a bowl and break the eggs into it. Add sour cream, milk, sugar and mix with a spoon until smooth. Divide the mass into 4 equal portions.

Step 2: Prepare the apples.


Wash the apples thoroughly under running water and sprinkle with boiled water. Then wipe dry with a towel. Cut the apples into halves with a knife and cut out the core. Cut into slices on a cutting board. If desired, you can also peel the apples. Divide the chopped apples into three portions. A few apple slices can be left to decorate the finished lasagna.

Step 3: prepare apple lasagna.


Grease a rectangular baking dish with butter and place lasagna sheets. Spread one part of the curd mass on them with a spoon, then a third part of the apple jam and one part of the chopped apples. Then cover everything with lasagna sheets and repeat the layers two more times. Place the remaining curd mixture on the last layer of lasagne sheets, sprinkle it with brown sugar and cinnamon, and place pieces of butter. Preheat the oven up to 180 degrees. Bake apple lasagna in a preheated oven, and 45 minutes. Let the finished lasagna cool slightly in the pan.

Step 4: Serve the apple lasagna.

Cut the apple lasagna into portions with a knife and place on plates with a spatula. Serve warm lasagna with tea or coffee, garnished with sour cream and apple slices. Bon appetit!

You can use homemade applesauce. You will need 750 grams of apples, 50 grams of granulated sugar, 5 tablespoons of water. Peel the apples and cut out the core. Cut them into small pieces and place them in a saucepan along with water. Bring the mixture to a boil over high heat, then reduce the heat and simmer over low heat. We rub the resulting mass through a sieve, add granulated sugar and mix.

If you don't have applesauce, you can make lasagna without this layer.

Sour cream can be replaced with thick cream.

To bake lasagna you will need a mold. Pour some of the resulting sauce into the bottom of this mold. Place 3 lasagne sheets on top of the sauce.   • 220 gr. whole grain flour
  • 1 PC. egg
  • 40 ml. water
  • 400 gr. cottage cheese
  • 50 gr. sugar
  • 2 pcs. egg white
  • 300 gr. raspberries
  • 550 gr. sour cream 20%
  • 50 gr. sugar
  • 2 pcs. egg yolk

Cooking method

    Prepare the ingredients.

    To prepare whole wheat pasta for lasagna, place whole wheat flour in a flour measuring cup and smooth the surface with a spatula. Break one egg into a measuring glass, add water to the 95 ml mark, mix well with a fork. Open the lid of the pasta machine and add flour. Secure the cover. Turn on the device and select program 1 (the finished sheets are approximately 300 grams), press the start button.

    Slowly pour the liquid into the lid hole, moving the measuring cup with liquid along the entire length of the hole. The formation of the paste will begin approximately 3 minutes after the start. You can cut it during the manufacturing process using a special flat nozzle, separating the required amount with an edge from top to bottom along the surface of the nozzle. Place the cut sheets on top of each other, generously sprinkling them with flour.

    Prepare the filling: separate the whites from the yolks of two eggs. Mix cottage cheese with 50 gr. sugar and egg whites until smooth. If the cottage cheese is grainy, it is better to puree the filling with an immersion blender.

    In a separate bowl, prepare the sauce: lightly whisk sour cream with egg yolks and 50 g. Sahara.

    Boil water in a saucepan, cook lasagna sheets in boiling water for 30-40 seconds and remove. Turn on the oven and preheat to 200 degrees. Assembling the lasagna: Place several lasagna sheets in a single layer on the bottom of the baking dish.

    Divide the cottage cheese filling in half and spread half of the filling evenly into the pan.

    Add a third of the sour cream filling, smooth and sprinkle with raspberries. Place several sheets of whole grain paste over the berries again.

    Add the remaining cottage cheese, raspberries, and the second third of the filling. Place another layer of lasagna sheets and brush with remaining sauce.

    Place the lasagna in the middle of the oven and cook for about 30 minutes.

    Serve hot.

    You can decorate with fresh berries and fruits.
