What is an enlightened person, enlightenment?
Maybe I'm wrong, but so far I have not seen a clear definition of this word. They say it's impossible to describe. It is possible only to know by experience, because "the spoken truth is a lie" - so said Lao Tzu.
The reality is that no matter how hard I try to lay out the essence of my vision before you, I will never be able to convey all this exactly and without distortion,
especially not every one of you will perceive it, and even believe it. But it's not about your perception and, moreover, about your faith. There is what you will now hear (I'm not being clever, but those who hear, let them hear).
How do we perceive ourselves? Can you tell who you really are? Why are we here? And let me try to answer for you: "I am a person created by Mother Nature, and in the worst case - by evolution, endowed with all the qualities in order to be successful and happy." I agree, in part, but you can be wrong with the perception of yourself, and I think you don’t know why we are here either. I will not dissemble, but I also do not know why we or I are here. But a person should perceive himself as follows, at least I perceive, or rather I try to perceive.
Man is body, soul and consciousness. Some were not surprised, but some were frightened. Real materialists will immediately rear up, although, if you think about it, consciousness or mind, as it is also called, or its lowest form - the mind - is also not material. A? And thoughts, because they do exist, do exist, although their nature is not clear. Yes, God is with them, with thoughts (I'll tell you a secret - He is always with them, if He wants, with all the thoughts of the Universe, and if He wants, He will react to them). Yes, to be honest, I will not prove anything. Who wants to, let him listen.
The body is the temple of the soul, and the soul has a place in this temple, but that's another story. The soul has consciousness or intelligence when the mind is able to realize, i.e. the mind can be intelligent. Body, soul and consciousness - this is your true "I". Yes, all together and each separately - all this is "I". What can you do (for some), but the trinity can be traced here. And yet, the spirit - he is the main, experienced, maybe even very ancient - the commander in chief. Consciousness - has a spiritual origin, however, due to certain reasons, it can be clouded, blackened, etc. When the consciousness is bright, it is able to render a great service to the commander-in-chief, who, for certain reasons, is out of sight - at the headquarters, and when it is darkened, it takes on too much, which causes problems for everyone later (for the body, for the spirit and for consciousness) . I do not think that the achievement of material wealth is a sin, however, when you cycle on the material, you take yourself, your consciousness aside. In this case, it becomes darker, tunes in to “lower” vibrations, which is what “Dark One” needs. Although all this happens from nature. Nevertheless, the consciousness is able to be aware, even of itself, of course, all this with the support of the spirit. There comes a moment when “it” understands that it is very difficult and even impossible to exist without a commander-in-chief, but there are also exceptions, unfortunately negative ones. These exceptions are: "I sold my soul ...". But the conscious, rational consciousness directs its attention to the connection with the spirit. It learns to connect with the spiritual world through its spirit.
Improving consciousness finds new alternative connections with the soul, more simple, natural and effective. The hour comes and the connection of consciousness with the spirit is so close and clear, without distortion and loss, that it becomes possible to see, hear and feel the presence of the commander in chief. The ground is being created for close cooperation and mutual benefit. The growth of the spirit leads to the growth of consciousness, the growth of consciousness leads to the growth of the spirit. Consciousness has states - levels. At a certain moment, the consciousness reaches a level where it completely reflects the light of the soul, without distortion. It becomes "full", carrying the light of the soul - enlightened, pure.
In the east there is such personification - the Sun - the soul, the Moon - consciousness. When the Moon is full, it completely reflects the light of the Luminary in all its beauty, and then in pitch darkness, without light, a person can wander without fear that he will get lost or go astray.
The state of enlightenment is meant to enrich life - it is the state of revealing the truth, in which a person is able to live the infinite content of life.

Enlightenment cannot be achieved just by talking about love. But instead of becoming like God, they became mortal, fell under the power of the devil, saw their nakedness, and they became ashamed. And they hid from God among the trees of paradise. God gave man the opportunity to repent in order to return to his former dignity, but the man turned out to be stubborn in sin. Adam began to blame the violation of the commandment not only on Eve, but also on God Himself: The wife that You gave me, she gave me the fruit from the tree, and I ate. Eve blamed the serpent for everything: The serpent seduced me, and I ate» .
Look - what is characteristic of modern man - self-justification. Everyone is to blame but me. Alarm clock, bosses, transport, but not myself. Self-justification, lack of repentance. Expose your sin, see it, acknowledge it, repent of it, and don't do it again. Not! Self-justification. This is a property that is inherent in a person from his great-great-parents.
« Having eaten the forbidden fruit from the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, Adam and Eve learned from their own experience what is good and what is evil. It turned out that good is life with God, happiness, peace, joy, absence of diseases, sorrows and immortality. Evil is life without God, suffering, sickness and death. What happened as a result of original sin?
- As a result of original sin, the whole person, his whole personality, underwent grave changes. According to St. Theophan the Recluse: God is everywhere and contains everything, but he enters free creatures when they surrender themselves to Him. When they are contained within themselves, then He does not violate their autocracy, but, preserving and supporting them, He does not enter inside. So our ancestors were left alone. If they had repented sooner, perhaps God would have returned to them, but they persisted, and in the face of obvious reproofs, neither Adam nor Eve admitted that they were guilty. Judgment and punishment followed by expulsion from paradise. Then they came to their senses, but it was already too late. It was necessary to bear the imposed punishment, and after them all our kind» .
The fall into sin severely and terribly affected the whole nature of man. And the detrimental effect of this fall is so global that it has changed our entire world, incl. flora and fauna. All living things that did not know death began to experience the influence of fallen man and his willfulness. Why did this happen? Man was the crown of all material creations of God. Man was endowed with dominion over all material creations, and man had to spiritualize matter and bring it to God. And as a result of his sin, the fall of all matter also occurred. Man stood, as it were, on top of all matter, was a spiritual and material being, as a result of changes in him, everything material, the whole world underwent the greatest changes. Chaos destroyed harmony. Beauty began to destroy ugliness. Health and immortality were replaced by disease and death. Already the son of Adam and Eve - Cain became a murderer - shed the blood of his brother. And then people got used to killing thousands of their own kind, learned to kill them in torment and torture. They began to kill with an evil word, and denunciation, and slander.
« In the beginning, man was created in such a way that his spirit, having communion with God, was enlightened and, in turn, enlightened the soul assimilated by Divine grace. One of the most common problems of the modern world, especially in developed countries, has become a psychological the problem of people losing the meaning of life
. Having a sufficiently high level of well-being, people do not know why they live. This is accompanied by acute emotional experiences that push people to drunkenness, drug addiction, or even suicide. I'll give you an example. In the community for combating drug addiction and alcoholism, in which I work, all one hundred percent of the drug addicts surveyed have no meaning in life. In the language of psychology, they do not have long-term prospects. Those. they do not know why they live, why they live, where they live. The same is true for alcoholics. Complete lack of meaning in life. The same is true of fornicators - a complete lack of meaning in life. I live for pleasure, the meaning of life is in getting pleasure, i.e. hedonistic attitudes. And how to get pleasure? - Here, alcohol, women, men ... etc. etc.
Often people close in on themselves, and the mind begins to work idle, wishful thinking, living in their own fictional world, divorced from reality. Moreover, in the mind of such a person, several such worlds can form, which often contradict each other and conflict with themselves. A person lives in some fictional virtual reality. In an extreme form, this is expressed in schizophrenia (from other Greek σχίζω - I split and φρήν - mind, reason, i.e. separation, splitting of the mind). I must say that modern medicine has not yet learned how to treat this disease and, by and large, does not even understand its deep spiritual roots. Medicine is only interested in the fact that the patient is not aggressive towards other people and does not commit criminal offenses.
From the Christian point of view, the mind was the most dominant power of the soul, and in the present state, the main thing. What the mind can do is turn to God with a prayer for its purification and enlightenment.
After the Fall, the main illnesses of the will were its incorrect direction and, in general, its insufficient development in God. The most important psychological problem of our time is lack of will - the so-called abulia
. When a person does not strive for anything himself, but, as they say, goes with the flow. Such people do not actively reject evil, because of indifference, callousness, a lot of evil happens in the world. In the extreme degree of its development, abulia reaches the point that a person seems to turn into a plant. He himself does not move, does not eat until he is fed ... etc. etc. Very often we began to see this in modern children: when you don’t want anything, you don’t need anything, you want to have fun, watch cartoons, or get stuck in the computer ... etc. This is how abulia manifests itself in full - the lack of will and ability to make efforts towards something. Too lazy to study, too lazy to work, and this laziness is an evil shadow with me forever every day, as one poet wrote.
The feelings of modern man are no less disturbed than all other forces of the soul. Modern experts: psychologists and even psychiatrists are sounding the alarm about the ever-increasing number of people with unmotivated fears, anxiety, depression. The latter is even called the scourge of the twenty-first century, because in the West it is a very common disease. At the same time, dosage forms of exposure - antidepressants do not lead to a solution to the problem, but only temporarily alleviate the situation. And this is understandable, because depression is a kind of signal from the soul about trouble, about its disastrous spiritual state. And, of course, treatment must begin with the treatment of the soul, with the treatment of the spirit. And when the syndromes, the main causes of these mental illnesses are not eliminated, and only the symptoms are treated, then, of course, the disease does not go away, it can change forms, it can be driven inside, it will always be with the person. And the further, the stronger these diseases will be in a godless, atheistic society. Because, first of all, it is a disease of the spirit.
As a psychologist, I can testify: a lot of people come to me with problems of correcting their spiritual order, but their roots lie precisely in the spiritual area. That is why, when they go to atheistic psychiatrists or to psychologists of various schools who are alien to the Orthodox understanding of man, they cannot help them. With the help of various trainings, psychotechnics, they can switch, transfer the course of the disease in a different direction, give external relief, and then it returns in one form or another. Doesn't pass. Because its root lies in the spiritual part of man. Until this problem is solved, no mental problems will be solved. And then, what is most interesting, mental illness leads to illness of the body. There is a whole area of medicine that I have also been working on for many years, which is called psychosomatics. Those. like diseases of the body, diseases of the organs flow from diseases of the psyche. And mental changes, in turn, are caused by changes in the field of the spirit. Thus, illnesses in the realm of the spirit lead not only to mental illnesses, but also to many illnesses of the physical level.

« Chastity should be understood as the integrity of a person as the image of God, a state in which the spirit, soul and body are in primordial harmony: the soul, enlightened by the spirit, controls the body. So, chastity is brought up in a person in the process of his spiritual life and, naturally, has different levels. Innate, natural for a normal person is physical chastity. It manifests itself in a sense of shame of one's physical nakedness, in modesty and restraint in dealing with the opposite sex, in modesty and modesty in words, gestures and body movements. This feeling must be kept in oneself in every possible way and maintained and developed in others. Natural chastity can develop into a higher, spiritual one and serve to develop the likeness of God in a person.» .
Today, we see a terrifying blow even to the physical chastity of a person. Movies, advertising where the sexual instinct sticks out. Sex education in school that tries to corrupt the child, deprive him of chastity, etc. All this leads to the fact that people, if they do not cherish in themselves and in their children do not educate and strengthen natural, bodily chastity, then they lose it, and if they lose it, they receive obstacles to acquiring chastity in the full sense of the word. .
« If a person, infected by someone else's bad example and wrong upbringing, destroys his natural chastity and acts "like everyone else", then purposefulness will gradually leave his soul and the spiritual perfection of such a person will be impossible.» . A simple example. Alcohol and drug addicts have been coming to us for treatment for 15 years. For adult drug addicts (over 18 years of age), the fall occurred as follows: at first they lost physical chastity, fell into fornication, and then, as a rule, they became involved in drug addiction.

The information that enlightened people live among us has excited, frightened and delighted humanity for several years now. A vivid example of enlightenment is the Dalai Lama.
He, like his enlightened compatriots, differs from ordinary people in that if you look at him with the so-called “thin” (energy) vision, you can see the unusual luminosity surrounding him, not characteristic of ordinary people.
Signs of enlightenment
Enlightened people, according to esoteric researchers, have a very even and clean energy field, giving clean, direct rays (usually multi-colored). It is also known that enlightened people living in big cities have to hide their luminosity so that they are not recognized.
According to a certain group of mystics, enlightenment has nothing to do with the arguments of logic. To be enlightened means to transcend the boundaries of physical and mental possibilities. The physical body, not adapted to changes of this kind, often cannot withstand the load, and the phenomena that a person has to face are so powerful that they provoke mental and physical health disorders. Enlightenment has a particularly strong effect on the quality of sleep: a person becomes so meaningful that sleep cannot take over his body.
What is he, an enlightened person? Signs that cannot be confused with anything
In Tibet, facts of absorption by light have been recorded many times, but such cases are a common thing there. Through years of meditation, Tibetan lamas learn to separate the mind from the body. As a result, the body becomes unnecessary: the mind takes it with it to eternity in the form of absolute energy.
In the 60s of the 20th century, one Tibetan lama - a man with an awakened, enlightened consciousness, turned to his relatives with a request not to disturb him and retired to his hut for a week. After this period, rainbow light “poured” from all the cracks of his house, and the lama himself disappeared without a trace.
Can "negative characters" achieve this state?
Adolf Hitler, who, according to some research groups, possessed the skills of a psychic, had no doubt that there was a place on the planet called the hollow Earth. The idea of the existence of a hollow Earth inhabited by creatures that cannot be called people has indeed been discussed more than once among esotericists. This statement completely coincides with the guesses of the Russian researcher of the occult magic of the German fascists Sergei Zubkov.

Did Hitler have a chance to become an enlightened person? According to authoritative esotericists, the presence of paranormal abilities is not yet enlightenment, but rather a continuation of the game invented by the mind and ego. True, sometimes the game goes to a new level, that is, it becomes more refined (but does not cease to be a game).
But this is not the peak yet - it is the mind that builds beautiful obstacles in front of the one striving for the True Reality, making him think that he is almost at the goal. But if there is no real mentor next to the “player”, there will be no one to warn him that he has played too much.
All these games and levels, stages of awakening and enlightenment from the point of view of the Unconditional Reality are the fruit of human imagination, since on the way to spiritual heights there are no players, no sleepers, no lost ones, no Absolute or relative reality. The information about the stages of enlightenment is used by the mind only to calm the ego. And the most massive ways to approach God all come down to gradual and not devoid of duality, hard daily work, which requires many years (or lifetimes) to complete.
Enlightenment does not guarantee physical health
How long do enlightened people live? The answer to this question has been shocking materialistic scientists for several centuries.
Some historians and psychologists who deny the existence of the True Reality admit that an enlightened person may well be socially adapted and successful in the professional and financial spheres. After all, people who are ideal in all respects cannot be unhappy in family and social life.
Most materialists consider the fact that enlightened people, who seemed to be closest to Divine miracles, to become victims of earthly diseases from which they died prematurely, as the main false argument, which does not “fit” in any way into the esoteric picture of the world.
The earthly body is a fragile thing
Indeed, many enlightened teachers have died of cancer and other incurable diseases. The Buddha, for example, died after several months of torment caused by poisoning. His many followers, watching the suffering of their Teacher, expected first a miraculous recovery, and then a resurrection from the dead. But the miracle never happened.
Krishnamurti suffered from a monstrous migraine for almost 40 years, and Ramakrishna suffered from paranoid hallucinations, but died of throat cancer when the topic was 45 years old. Swami Vivekananda was ill with diabetes and died at 38. His weight at the time of death was 120 kg.
Sri Swami Sivananda suffered from diabetes and obesity, while Sri Aurobindo suffered from tuberculosis and nephritis. Carlos Castaneda died of liver cancer when he was 73.
There are several opinions explaining the facts of the untimely departure of the great Teachers. Two explanations, which will be considered below, are considered to be the most relevant to reality.
Not warned means disarmed
Firstly, the sudden death of all great people is the result of unconditional service to other people. Giving all their strength and knowledge to the suffering, they forgot to take care of their bodies.
Secondly, none of the teachings mentions that enlightenment is a tremendous shock that pierces the brain like a bolt of lightning. Only a few enlightened people find the strength to save their brain from destruction. The “lucky ones”, as a rule, are individuals who have systematically trained and used their thinking abilities: philosophers, mathematicians, physicists ...
According to statistics, an ordinary person exploits his brain to about 5% of its potential. A great person uses about 15% of the potential. And the one who uses 33%, that is, a third of the possibilities, will be able to survive enlightenment.
The unspoken statistics are no less inexorable: sudden death overtakes 90% of people who managed to survive enlightenment. And the enlightened people of our time, the survivors (their 10%) will never tell anyone anything about their experiences, because their brain is no longer subordinate to them, which means they cannot be used as a speech mechanism.
These shocking details, which have been going on for many centuries, have never been mentioned by anyone. But nobody asked...
Side effects
The “best qualities” of an enlightened person make his further stay on Earth impossible. A large number of enlightened ones die at the same moment - from the experience gained, the heart stops and the breath stops. Only a few remain alive, and almost all of them in the past were either dashing adventurers or owned life-threatening professions. Having received some doses of exciting experiences during their previous lives, they were able to cope with a stronger shock.
