Business plan for the sale of lumber. How to build a successful lumber business? How to increase sales of sawmill equipment

The idea of owning your own sawn timber business is good because construction is an ongoing process, therefore, there will always be demand for building materials. A carefully composed lumber business plan.
It is important to take into account the scale of new buildings, especially private ones, in the selected area, their perspective. If the area is promising in this respect, you can start working out the plan in order to assess, first of all, whether this type of activity will pay off and how long the investment will pay off.
Based on the size of the start-up capital, you need to estimate the volume of production and, first of all, solve the following main issues:
1. Estimate the cost of renting production and storage facilities. Their area depends on the volume of production and the nature of the lumber. Even warehouses must be equipped in such a way as to exclude spoilage of raw materials and finished materials.
2. The choice of equipment and the assessment of its cost. Since the quality of products and the productivity of the enterprise as a whole depend on the quality and productivity of the equipment, it is not recommended to save on equipment.
3. Much depends on the qualifications of the workers. At the first stage, there should be about 6 of them.
A lumber business plan should have a well-developed financial part. In each case, it will have its own characteristics.
As an example, the following are the main start-up costs:
- rent of production and storage facilities;
- purchase of equipment;
- setting up equipment (if necessary);
- purchase of wood to start production and fulfill the first orders;
- rent of transport for timber delivery;
- payment of wages to workers;
- electricity costs.
The nomenclature of sawn timber is also determined, their price, production volumes and receipts from sales are calculated. After deducting the production costs, the profit and the payback period are determined. If the deadline does not scare you, you need to develop a detailed plan and start implementing it.

The forestry industry attracts and at the same time discourages many start-up entrepreneurs. Seasonality, economic instability, the need for large investments - this is only the main part of the disadvantages of this area, which the director of the sawmill will have to face. However, Sergei Khandozhko was not afraid of possible risks and started his own business at the age of 18. Now his company "Yugo-Zapad" has existed for more than ten years, draws resources from the endless forests of the Bryansk region and regularly pleases customers with high-quality sawn timber.

History of creation

Hello Sergey, tell us why you have chosen the forestry industry? How long have you been in this business?

My father is a hereditary forester, since childhood I was instilled with knowledge and love for this area. The forest has a special atmosphere - it is a magical place where I gain energy and get inspired.

Later I began to understand that the forest industry is very attractive in terms of its financial component. From the age of 14 I tried to work in small positions, helped my father or just watched the process. There were no difficulties with the choice of a specialty, I studied at the Faculty of Forestry.

I have been directly involved in business since 2003, and have been working in the molded products market since 2010.

Where did you get the funds to start a business? What was the initial investment? What equipment did you buy?

He started a business with a partner practically out of sheer enthusiasm. We did not set huge tasks, we just wanted to try, see how the business would develop. The initial investment was small - 50 thousand, but it paid off in almost a couple of days. From the very first equipment, we purchased a T-40am tractor and 3 chainsaws. Then they recruited a small working team, began to provide logging services. A little later, we saved up working capital and began to sell round timber from logging sites.

As the business developed, we purchased various equipment - the Ural timber carrier with a hydraulic manipulator, lengthy one. Now there are 7 pieces of equipment, 3 tractors, 2 timber trucks with manipulators and a crane.

When did you notice the first successes? Was it difficult at the initial stage?

The first really significant success happened in September 2010, when the sawmill was opened on the basis of the R-63. Responsibility immediately increased, there were more difficulties in working with personnel. The question of finding good employees is quite difficult, about 10% of those who are really literate and valuable, have to say goodbye to the rest.

I studied specialized literature, as it turned out that I was not familiar with many of the intricacies of work. The sawing technology was also not given immediately, I regulated it by trial and error, but now I know how to make perfectly polished lumber. Today we try to work according to the principle: “If you want to get more, then you need to invest more effort and responsibility”. At the same time, 6 sawmills can work at the base, we do not experience any special difficulties with the organization of labor.

When we started, I personally traveled around the city, private sectors and posted advertisements with proposals for logging and delivery of timber. We also actively used the services of a local advertising newspaper. At the moment we place only on specialized sites, during our work we were able to earn ourselves a decent reputation and now we have enough regular customers.

How long did it take for the business to become self-sufficient?

We have not yet fully reached self-sufficiency, the development process is constantly underway, and we do not stop there. We always think about how to develop better, try to increase volumes, and bring quality to perfection. In addition, self-sufficiency in the forestry sector is a relative concept, because the business is quite "resourceful" and requires constant attention and investment.

Features of the organization of the production process

Do you only deal with felling and lumbering? What additional services can you offer buyers?

In 2015, we work exclusively on the processing of timber into sawn timber and molded timber. We carry out the production of log cabins of any completeness. Less commonly, there are orders for the production of pallets under any technical conditions.

We also provide services for logging, its removal from plots, we transport timber and lumber in the central Chernozem region.

Bryansk is famous for its forests, and many entrepreneurs are drawn to the forestry sector. Competition is high, what advantages do you attract customers with?

I don't notice the competition, the demand market is vast and everything depends on the business contacts of a particular manufacturer. Of course, if a business is just developing, it takes time to declare itself, find regular customers, but whoever has the desire and ability to join this area can always do it. Secretly, we do not use the word "competitors", but replace it with the word "neighbors".

Our advantages are the quality of lumber in accordance with GOST and, accordingly, their distribution by grade. The company "Yugo-Zapad" is distinguished by a relatively large processing volume (about 2000 m3 per month) and we are gradually trying to increase the volumes more and more: we install new equipment, improve the qualifications of personnel and motivate them with cash bonuses.

Are there such orders when a particularly demanding client comes across? Are there any principles of interaction with the customer?

Each client is demanding in his own way, so we try to negotiate the conditions at the very beginning, so that later there are no disagreements. We interact with customers according to the principle: "The client is always right." It is especially important to value regular customers, if the client is satisfied with everything, he will contact on a regular basis.

It happens that buyers require a large amount to be completed in a short time, then they have to work in two or even three shifts. We can easily make custom sizes.

The forestry business is directly related to seasonality, tell us what you do in winter?

The same as in the summer: we saw, process and deliver. We work all year round without seasonal changes due to winter. Of course, with the onset of cold weather, demand falls somewhat, so we reduce volumes. Sometimes you have to work for a warehouse, but each season is unpredictable, last winter we worked without problems and warehouses. It's hard to say what will happen in this one, we'll see.

The most important key to the success of a modern company is the availability of experienced professionals. What are the features of the company's work in the search for valuable personnel?

I really like the phrase "cadres are everything." I prefer to select specialists through a rotation of personnel, strong and motivated workers work in one team, the weak with the weak. Moreover, the latter are gradually gradually leaving, because the work is built only on piecework wages, and everything depends on the output. As a person worked hard, he receives such a salary. Strong teams that go above and beyond the plan are rewarded with bonuses to keep people motivated to work.

If I see that a person is promising, but he still does not have enough skills, I send him to older and more experienced personnel, so he can gain new knowledge and become a valuable specialist. In principle, I can hire any person if I see that he is hardworking and has a lot of energy. And how a newcomer will show himself in business is another question.

Are you in charge of the business planning yourself or do you have someone responsible for it? How much time do you devote to this?

If you want to do something well, do it yourself !? Usually 2-3 hours a week is enough for me to draw up a plan for the next week and summarize the intermediate results.

By the way, I already wondered about finding an assistant. But here the problem of professionalism and decency of another person arises, I must be one hundred percent confident in my assistant. And finding such a person is not easy, so now I am doing everything myself!

How is the division of labor in the enterprise carried out? What control method do you use as a leader?

We have a very clear division of labor, some teams work in the forest, others work at sawmills, auxiliary workers for sorting and loading, there are drivers and locksmiths, foremen and sharpeners. In general, everyone does their own thing! I use the piece-rate bonus payment system. Many sawmill operators take refresher courses from the manufacturer.

The control method is quite standard, there is a master at each sawmill, he monitors the processes in the workshop and is responsible for quality. There is a similar foreman at logging, he controls the volume of the plots and the timing.

Goals and plans

What is the approximate turnover of your company per year? In terms of money, did you manage to achieve what you planned earlier?

In terms of money, it is difficult to name a specific figure, it is easier to say in terms of cubic capacity, we process 20-25 thousand roundwood a year. Of course, more is possible, but for now we are satisfied with this volume, which can be done without compromising quality.

As for the financial component: the minimum level has been reached, now we need to conquer new heights!

What measures to expand and improve your own business are you going to implement in the near future?

In plans to develop other areas, it is interesting to produce foam concrete and paving slabs, as well as wood concrete blocks. Now I am studying literature on this topic, communicating with knowledgeable people, in general, feeling the ground.

Can you call yourself a person who loves his job? Or is the principle "Work for money" close to you?

As I said, in this area I have been since the age of 14 and have never regretted my choice. I love the forest, it’s not a burden for me to get up early and go to the plot, it’s easy to stay overnight at my work. Of course, I am also attracted by financial motivation, since with a competent approach, you can achieve good results, because the forest resources of our country are inexhaustible.

What is your advice for those who want to engage in felling and lumber production? Can anyone come into this industry?

The most important thing is not to give up and go all the way! It is important to have leadership qualities and be able to properly organize the work of your teams. Ideally, a well-functioning work should function without your participation. However, in practice, it is not easy to organize this, so in the beginning the work will take up almost all your free time!

It is necessary to learn how to work in difficult conditions, in any weather, this is not an office where you can hide from bad weather and heat, but a forest. However, forestry has its own charm, and as you gain experience, it will become easier to work. I think everyone can come to the forestry industry, but staying in it is not easy, it requires patience and perseverance.

Give some valuable advice to those who are planning to start their own business.

First of all, you need to set a goal for yourself as much as possible, dividing it into several small tasks and begin to systematically fulfill them. There is no need to be afraid of difficulties, they exist in any area and in any work.

And I also think that you should not expect huge money right away, they will come to those who have enough perseverance and patience. It will not be easy at first, and you may even want to give up everything, but those who can wait out the period without stable earnings and regular customers will be able to reach a new level. Once I was told an interesting phrase that I remember: "Production is a long chain, the longer the chain, the weaker it is, so you should monitor each link, you can shorten the chain, things will go faster, but the income will be less than planned."

As you know, competition is the main engine of development. But, unable to withstand it, many enterprises are simply closed. How do you manage to stay afloat? What anti-crisis measures can you suggest to readers?

Now everyone is having a difficult time, purchasing power is reduced and most people simply do not have the money to buy such expensive products as lumber. Many construction sites are frozen due to low demand, especially those on loans.

We have to reduce the price of the final product and work with payment deferrals, as well as work on services for the harvesting and sawing of timber supplied by the customer, this gives "real money", sometimes we try to trade round timber to increase the rate of turnover of money.

I remember when the 2008 crisis hit, the demand for products dropped sharply, sawn timber began to stale in the warehouse and the number of customers dropped significantly. Many companies could not stand it and closed, and only those who were able to revise their development strategy and find an additional source of income remained afloat. I then analyzed the needs of the market and became involved in the production of pallets and euro pallets. He transferred the workers to part-time jobs, as their full employment became impractical. Such measures made it possible to survive the crisis 6-7 years ago, retaining the staff and continuing to work.

Is it worth starting at the current time, or might it be better to wait for a more favorable period?

It's a difficult question, at any time you can find reasons that prevent a person from doing their own thing. As they say, someone constantly thinks, while others think and do. However, the forestry industry is an area in which it is better not to enter without the appropriate knowledge and experience, you can burn out badly. Without diving into the specifics of the business, it seems like lumber is a profitable and monetary business. The theory is simpler, but in practice you run into real problems.

Now many factories are closing, purchasing power is declining, companies are running into debt ... You can only minimize these manifestations by increasing labor productivity and improving product quality, replacing old equipment on time and adjusting to customer needs.

Personally, I am not going to close, I will try to gain momentum, and to others I wish to do what I love and improve my professionalism!

In this article:

Wood, as a building material, will never lose its popularity. And in the light of today's trends, when all over the world they are fighting for the naturalness and environmental friendliness of their own environment - and even more so.

Lumber is in demand in many areas - from the production of wooden houses and building elements (doors, windows, floor coverings) to the manufacture of furniture, accessories and tableware. Therefore, the timber harvesting business is very promising.

The right organization is the foundation of a successful business

Despite the high rates of profitability, according to statistics, about 70% of the opened sawmills are closed before they have worked for a year. The main reason- bureaucratic delays (registration of permits, coordination with firefighters, local administration, forestry, compliance with the requirements of environmental supervision) and ill-conceived business policy.

It often happens like this: copying someone's successful project, an entrepreneur draws up a permit for felling "where it is easier" or there are appropriate connections, buys equipment and starts harvesting. And then it turns out that the delivery of timber from this area "eats up" most of the profit.

That is why, at the planning stage, it is important not only to find a suitable forest area, but also to assess the number of competitors, their pricing policy, and the structure of consumer demand:

  • the presence of wood processing enterprises;
  • demanded raw materials (raw board, round timber, timber);
  • types of wood.

It is also necessary think over the delivery of raw materials from the plot(if the sawmill is not located directly on the site), removal of finished products for further sale, etc. Our forests are not full of roads, so it is quite possible that you will have to pave the way to the site on your own.

Particular attention should be paid to the peculiarities of the wood processing and harvesting process. The most popular varieties for today: pine (mainly northern species), oak, ash, larch.

But, for example, oak wood is very hard and requires special sharpening for saws; larch - impregnated with viscous resins that quickly disable equipment; pine - in summer it is unsuitable for processing, since the wood quickly turns blue.

Legal aspects of opening a sawmill

If the sale of finished products is planned to the population or the production of wood is used for the own needs of the main enterprise, it makes sense to register it as an individual entrepreneur (less taxes). But keep in mind that OKVED 20.1 "Sawmilling and planing of wood" does not fall under UTII.

Tax options:

  • USN-patent(it is necessary to clarify with the tax office whether patents are issued for wood processing in this region);
  • STS 6% from the total amount of profit or 15% of the difference between income and confirmed costs.

In the first case, you can do the bookkeeping yourself, in the second, it is better to hire an accountant or an outsourcing company, since not all costs arising from business activities can be included in expenses.

But if the main buyer is woodworking factories and large enterprises, you cannot do without registration of a legal entity (preferably LLC).

OKVEDs that will be needed during registration:

  • 02.01.1 Logging;
  • 02.02.2 Provision of services in the field of logging;
  • 20.1 Sawmilling and planing of wood;
  • 51.53.1 Wholesale of timber.

Logging and sawing is no longer a licensed activity ( in 2008, the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 595 of 08.14.02 was officially canceled).

Logging: buy raw materials or mine yourself?

Before looking for a room and placing equipment, you need to decide on the technological chain of the production process. If you do not plan to get involved with independent logging, it is enough to look for a site suitable for installing a sawmill, with a convenient transport interchange for the delivery of imported raw materials. If production is based on our own logging, it is necessary to arrange a lease of a forest plot for felling in the forestry department.

According to the Forest Code of the Russian Federation, a forest cannot be sold into private ownership, therefore, we can only talk about leasing a forest plot. That is, even if you bought a plot with green spaces, cutting them down is impossible without an appropriate document - in any case, you need to issue a permit. The procedure for obtaining this document and its price vary by region.

The first thing to do- find out in the local forestry what plots are leased and whether deforestation is allowed in this region. A ban on the extraction of forest can be imposed if the plants are listed in the Red Book, forest planting has a certain recreational, agricultural or road value.

Deforestation and obtaining permits for its implementation is regulated in each region by a special decree "On the procedure for issuing permits for cutting trees and shrubs." Cost calculation- also set individually according to a certain formula, which must be specified in this document.

After information "intelligence", you need to arm yourself with patience and plunge into the world of bureaucratic delays:

1. Auction for cutting

1. It is necessary to find out the time of the next auction for the provision of plots for felling, which is carried out by the management bodies in agreement with the forestry. Study the conditions (usually, this is the set rental price plus compensation transfers for landscaping). Submit an application, pay an entrance ticket and participate in the tender.

2. Application for cutting

If no auctions are foreseen in the near future, you can write an application to the local administration to issue a permit for felling (indicating the cadastral number of the site or the conditional number made by land surveying; area; type of trees growing on it, purposes of felling and other parameters upon request ).

3. Additional list of documents

Additionally, you may need the following documents:

  • a document on the ownership of this site (in the case of a lease - a permit for felling from the owner);
  • coordination with the forestry / forestry department;
  • plant inspection report;
  • site plan and other documentation on request.

4. Necessary conditions for issuing a permit

The issuance of a permit is possible only on condition of reimbursement of expenses for the implementation of compensatory landscaping, the cost of which should be transferred to the local budget immediately after a positive decision of the administration.

Strictly speaking, it is possible to bypass the moment of obtaining permits and approvals, if we consider the opening of only a sawmill, having agreed on the supply of timber. But, as you yourself understand, the reliability of the channel for such a supply is very doubtful (what if tomorrow the workpiece will be closed or suspended for repairs, the raw materials will be bought by competitors or the supplier will sharply raise the price?).

In addition, the difference in cost is significant (the purchase of sawlogs - from 1800 rubles / m 3, the cost of material for self-harvesting - from 200 m 3 / cubic meter), therefore, despite the huge number of bureaucratic obstacles, most large sawmills work only if they have their own sites logging. But for running a small business, you can also consider the option of purchased raw materials.

Requirements for the room for opening the sawmill

Ideally, the sawmill should be located right on the site or in the immediate vicinity - this way you can significantly save on shipping costs. A large-scale production facility is not required for this business. It is possible to equip a small room for receiving orders, meeting customers and technical needs, measuring about 20 m 2.

The best option for opening a sawmill is a plot of at least 30 acres, which has:

  1. A canopy to protect the equipment from adverse weather conditions (in closed rooms it is recommended to use only sawmills with a special system for collecting industrial waste). Based on the dimensions of the band sawmill (8 * 2 * 2.4 m), the square of the canopy should be at least 10 * 20 m, and the height - 5 m (if the crane is planned to work). One of the walls along the length of the equipment should be made solid - this way it is more convenient to collect sawdust.
  2. Access roads (and, preferably, not only for special vehicles).
  3. The ability to connect to the mains (which is the biggest problem for installing a sawmill right on the site).
  4. The warehouse for the placement of raw materials (must contain 50% of the monthly need for procurement) and be equipped in accordance with the requirements of SNiP21-05-2003 "Warehouses of forest materials".
  5. Closed warehouse for storing finished products.

Many private entrepreneurs make the mistake of starting work on their own plot of land (for example, a summer cottage or on the territory of a private house). The sawmill belongs to industrial equipment, therefore, for its operation, it is necessary to alienate the land to the fund for industrial work.

Purchase of equipment for a sawmill

After completing all the necessary documents and the availability of premises / site for production, you can start buying directly the sawmill itself. There are several types of machines for sawing felled logs, and it is recommended to choose them based on the volume of planned production:

1. Mini circular saws

Consideration of such equipment for industrial purposes is possible only with a small volume of production (for example, for your own small enterprise). These units are compact, consume a minimum of energy, but the nozzles require frequent replacement, and the performance is poor.

2. Band sawmill

The band sawmill is considered the optimal piece of equipment for small and medium-sized businesses.

On average, it processes 5-10 m 3 per shift (depending on the manufacturer).

Main advantages:

  • minimum amount of waste (about 20%);
  • low power consumption (on average, 50 W);
  • reasonable price (about $ 3.5 thousand).

The main disadvantage- the need to frequently change the saw band, on average, every 3 hours.

3. Frame sawmill

Frame sawmill- a machine with high productivity, capable of ensuring uninterrupted operation of an enterprise with large production volumes. But it will require mandatory installation on the foundation and a large amount of energy. Another disadvantage is the high percentage of waste.

Features of the procurement of the raw material base

Logs / logs of various types of wood (the so-called "round timber") are the raw materials for sawmill operation.

Get it like this:

1. Felling wood

There are two ways to fell trees: uprooting or rootless felling. The most common is the second. This type of harvesting is carried out using portable chain saws or felling machines. Trunks are cut down at ground level, at the root or leaving stumps (the permitted way of felling is negotiated with the forestry).

The forest is uprooted with the help of bulldozers, but this method is used only if the land with felling is intended for agricultural land, road construction or housing.

2. Technological process of logging

The main requirement for a feller is the felling of the tree in a given direction:

  • according to the technological scheme developed for this cutting area (all trees fall in the same direction);
  • in the direction, which is calculated individually in difficult cases.

Such calculations are necessary, since it is rather difficult to predict the direction of the tree's natural fall - the influence of natural factors is great (direction and strength of the wind, the inclination of the trunk, the shape of the crown, etc.). Incorrect technology or inexperience of the feller can lead to industrial injuries, damage to equipment, destruction of other plantations and forest undergrowth (which is punishable by serious fines).

After the felled trees are cleaned of branches and twigs (waste must be removed and disposed of). The workpieces are sawn into logs (standard length: 5.5 - 6.5 m for conifers and 4 - 4.5 m for deciduous ones), sorted by diameter, species, quality, tied, laid on timber trucks or special trailers with fences and transported to the sawmill shop.

Description of the technological process of the sawmill

The principle of operation of the sawmill itself is quite simple:

1. Fixing the log

The log is securely fixed with special clamps and stops. The maximum diameter of the workpiece is indicated in the characteristics of the equipment, usually it is 80-110 cm. The standard length of the sawing table (and, accordingly, the log) is about 7 m, but there is a possibility of extension on request. If the logs are not large, two blanks can be installed at the same time.

2. Control of the tension force of the saw

The tension force of the saw is controlled by a pressure gauge, set manually or automatically on the control panel of the sawmill.

3. Setting the cutting parameters

The parameters of the cut (length, width, thickness of the board) are set according to the size of the scale bar. The top layer of the bark is removed. A horizontal saw cuts the log into planks, moving strictly horizontally using special rollers;

4. Turning the log

When the cut reaches the middle of the log, the equipment stops. The log is turned over manually or with the help of an electromechanical lift, bark upwards.

5. Again the stage of fixing the log

The workpiece is fixed again, the sawing process is completed depending on the lumber produced.

At the exit, you can get the following products:

  • unedged board;
  • edged board;
  • timber and other lumber.

For the production of edged boards, one of the sawing options is to fix unedged blanks on the table to remove the bark on each side.

A high-quality bar is cut only from the core part. To obtain segment beams, the heartwood is cut crosswise. In the production of half-timber - along the longitudinal axis.

During the operation of the sawmill, a large amount of wood waste arises, which can be used for the needs of the enterprise (for example, for heating the premises) or as raw materials for the additional production of fuel capsules.

Logging and lumber obtained from them must comply with the following GOST:

  • GOST 8486-86 “Softwood lumber. Technical conditions "
  • GOST 2695-83 “Sawn hardwood. Technical conditions "
  • GOST 24454-80 “Softwood lumber. Dimensions "
  • GOST 18288-87 “Sawmill production. Terms and Definitions"
  • GOST 6782.2-75 “Sawn products from deciduous wood. Shrinkage value "
  • GOST 7319-80 “Sawn timber and hardwood harvesting. Atmospheric drying and storage "
  • GOST 26002-83 "Northern sorting softwood lumber"

Sawmill opening business plan

Consider the economic rationale for opening a small production of unedged boards with the main equipment - a band sawmill. For example, the indicators of the PT-03U Krona woodworking machine were used.

1. Initial data:

Organizational form of doing business - individual entrepreneur on the simplified tax system (6%);

The number of employees is 2 people. Piecework payment, depending on the output, at the rate of 250 rubles / m 3 (sawmill) and 100 rubles / m 3 (assistant to the sawer);

Working shift duration - 8 h / day;

The number of shifts per month is 22.

2. Capital investment

It is planned to purchase a band sawmill in the minimum configuration:

  • PT-03U Krona - 170,000 rubles;
  • sharpening device - 23,500 rubles;
  • band saws - 10 pieces * 720 rubles = 7200 rubles;
  • adjustable device - 15,000 rubles.

Total 215,700 rubles.

To accommodate the equipment, it is planned to lease a plot of 30 acres with premises for a warehouse for raw materials and finished products. Arrangement of a utility room and a canopy for a sawmill will cost 55,000 rubles.

Total capital investments - 270,700 rubles.

3. Raw materials and material costs

Purchased round timber billets will be used as input raw materials. The cost of raw materials is 2100 rubles / m 3.

The cost of electricity is 5 rubles / kW.

4. Productivity and profit

Productivity per shift - 7 m 3 (output of edged material - 60%), Productivity per month - 7 m 3 * 22 shifts - 154 m 3.

The sales value of the finished board is 5,760 rubles / m 3

Planned profit per month - 154 m 3 * 5 760 rubles / m 3 = 887 040 rubles.

5. Salary and social security contributions

Payroll - 154 m 3 * 350 rubles = 53 900 rubles / month;

Payroll taxes (37.5%) - 20,212.50 rubles / month.

6. Planning of monthly expenses and cost price of 1 m 3 of production

Land plot rent - 30,000 rubles / month;

Loader rental - 9,500 rubles / month;

The cost of raw materials at the entrance: 258 m 3 * 2 100 rubles / m 3 = 541 800 rubles / month;

Electricity consumption - 8 h * 12 kW / h * 5 rubles * 22 work / shift = 10 560 rubles / month;

Transportation costs - 20,500 rubles;

Income tax (STS) - 887,040 rubles * 6% = 53,222.40 rubles / month;

Salary costs - 53,900 rubles + 20,212.50 rubles = 74,112.50 rubles / month.

Unforeseen costs - 30,000 rubles / month

Total: 769 649.90 rubles / month

The cost price of 1 m 3 of unedged board: 769 649.90 rubles: 154 m 3 / month = 4998.02 rubles.

7. Profit and payback

Net profit: 887,040 rubles - 769,649.90 rubles = 117,390.10 rubles / month.

Payback on capital investments - 2.3 months (270,700 rubles: 117,390.10 rubles)

It is a very profitable business to produce and sell sawn timber. By processing one "cube" of lumber, you can easily earn, so to speak "dirty", from 750 to 1000 rubles. What kind of net profit will be from such an enterprise as a sawmill will be conditioned by a number of additional conditions. The most ordinary and ordinary sawmill can produce a hefty assortment of products, for example, any pallets, all kinds of cable reels, timber, "container" board, bar, "raw" board.

Sale of lumber, business sawmill

When building and designing your sawmill, you will need a production area. Such a site should accommodate: a canopy, two warehouses, the first warehouse for storing finished products, the second for storing logs, a hangar (total area of about 600 sq m) and a platform for loading and unloading operations. For reliable and correct operation of the sawmill, you need a dedicated power capacity of 400 kW. At the moment, the rental price is approximately 75-80 thousand rubles per month. For the successful operation of the sawmill, you need to hire 12-15 people, pay by piece-rate.

Piecework wages are made at the rate of 300-400 rubles per one cubic meter of finished products. It is also necessary to purchase several machines, including: circular saw, band sawmill and gang saw. The average price of such a set of machines will be approximately a little over a million rubles. It is necessary to contribute nearly three million rubles to the opening of your sawmill. This amount includes the cost of all equipment, as well as the purchase price of timber for filling the warehouse.

An enterprise such as a sawmill may have a project capacity of almost 4.5 thousand cubic meters of sawn timber, but in fact - about 2.1 thousand cubic meters of material. The annual turnover of the timber factory will be approximately 11.2 million rubles. Such an enterprise will give net income in 1.5 years, and if the general construction market picks up pre-crisis rates, perhaps in a year. The taxation system is usual.

Newcomers to the construction business should know that deforestation is prohibited in the Moscow region. It is more profitable to work in remote places, cheap connection to facilities and inexpensive rent.

Today, timber is purchased at an average price of 1850 rubles for "raw" wood and 1250 rubles for one cubic meter of dry wood.

Buying your plot at an auction in the leshoz, at best, you will get savings of about three hundred rubles from one cubic meter. For a small sawmill, this is unprofitable. Only having your own specialized equipment, you can get tangible profit from a personal plot, and then, on the condition of a super-large-scale project, a small private sawmill will not be able to handle such volumes.

To date, sawn timber is sold at a cost of five thousand rubles per cubic meter. This price also includes delivery, as well as related products, which include cable spools and pallets. Such products are made from waste and scraps. A worker makes about 30 pallets in one shift, from each product he will earn 25 rubles. The real price of a pallet is 150 rubles per one.

Energy consumption, lease of production space, advertising, employee salaries, taxes - all these are included in the costs of the sawmill. It follows from this that the sale of sawn timber will be the basis for making a profit from your enterprise - a sawmill.

"Total" for expenses

  • Registration of a legal entity - 20 thousand rubles.
  • Rent of 10 hectares of forest - 200 thousand rubles.
  • Construction of warehouses with an area of 500 m 2 - 3.75 million rubles.
  • Purchase of a skidder and a truck, equipment - 6 million rubles.
  • Salary - 400 thousand rubles.
  • Insurance - 150 thousand rubles.
  • Fuel and consumables - from 50 thousand rubles.

It turns out a little more than 10 and a half million rubles. Monthly expenses start at 450 thousand rubles. The cost of a forest differs depending on the type (deciduous and coniferous - these are the species that almost all entrepreneurs in Russia are engaged in), but if we take some average indicator, then one cubic meter costs about 2 thousand rubles. There is, of course, cheap wood, which is sold for less than 1,000 rubles for the same volume, and some good woods can cost more than 5,000.

You have decided to start a forestry business and are at a crossroads where to start? You can familiarize yourself with the experience of other people who are available on the Internet, or you can try at your own peril and risk.
Let me give you a few recommendations about the procedure, since I went through it all myself.
1. Analyze the situation in your home market. Do not trust especially the opinions of dealers who buy lumber in the "northern" regions, and then
bring him to you. Believe it or not, their goal is to make the most of it. Sometimes their price is 2 times higher than the purchase price.
2. Call the largest
the number of wholesale centers located in your vicinity, in order to determine the average wholesale price prevailing in your market.
3. Browse the Internet for message boards.
Do not pay attention to the fact that somewhere lumber is cheaper, and somewhere more expensive. Usually, on average in Russia, the price is the same. Price disparity simply reflects shipping costs. And the distance to you does not matter here. Even in the regions closest to you, there are areas where no passing truck will ever go for cargo, but about the railway. transport was not even heard there. It is in such areas that lumber is the cheapest on the spot. If you have your own vehicles, then this is the best option. If you want it to be delivered to you, then you need to look for areas where transport infrastructure is developed, because the board is usually delivered by passing transport, or by rail. wagons. It turns out to be much cheaper than hiring or driving with your own cars.
4. Do not rush to the cheapest offers of the price, it can be a lure for wiring. "Free cheese only happens in a mousetrap", don't forget about that.
5. Get ready to leave for signing the contract. Not for the sake of an excursion, but to
to see with your own eyes the production capacity of the one to whom you will give
prepayment. Maybe he does not want to deceive you, but reality simply does not allow you to cut as much as you need.
5. If you decide to leave to sign the contract, then make sure, do not lock yourself in on one partner. The easiest way is to find in the area where you are traveling, a person or an office that is engaged in intermediary or representative activities. Let them meet you and take you to the prospective partner. First, you are from
they will receive enough information about the person you are going to, and, secondly, in case of a breakdown in negotiations, they will show you the entire forest market of the region, and even at the same time they will give the necessary recommendations, which you will decide whether or not to follow anyway ... Believe me, on the spot they know much more about each other than anyone else.
6. For the first shipment of lumber, send the receiver or drive yourself, no need
believe the words. You can just get firewood, it's better to play it safe.

How to buy a board and not be fooled

How to buy lumber and at the same time reduce the risk of fraud and unfair approach from partners. 1.

At first glance, the timber business, or the business in the field of buying and selling lumber, is no different from any other business. But this is only an appearance. In fact, this is a very complex type of entrepreneurship associated with large financial
investments, long-term transactions, high risks and labor costs. The investment period of finance can stretch for years, but there may not be any profit, moreover, you can lose your money altogether. And this is not due to criminality, since this business is no more criminalized than others. Everywhere there is an element of fraud and this cannot be avoided, but this is a business ..
With all the apparent ease to earn superprofits in this area, in fact,
no one succeeds. And this is connected, first of all, with the great dependence of the timber industry on external factors. This includes weather conditions, government actions, and the human factor cannot be avoided. Only among timber merchants, in contrast to businessmen in other sectors of the economy, this is acquiring exaggerated proportions. For example, you found a seller according to an ad, a board from him, somewhere in the Kirov region, costs 4000 rubles per cubic meter on the spot. In your city, it costs 5500 rubles per cubic meter. You contact the transport company and find out that delivery from the Kirov region will cost you
400 rubles per cubic meter. In total, you think, the profit from the sale of a cubic meter will be 1100 rubles. Since the truck will take at least 30 cubic meters, then when you invest 120,000 rubles, you should get a profit of 33,000 rubles. It seems that this is a good investment of finance, since in the end you will receive a 30% return on investment in a month. And this is 360%
annual. Where is the profitability? And so the newly-minted businessman from the forest concludes a contract, overtakes the advance payment and waits for his board. But, unfortunately, in 80% of cases, the deal either fails, or stretches over time. And he will receive his car not in a month, but in the best case, in two, and even then, having arrived personally for his
lumber.
Not knowing the specifics of this business, he then begins to blame his failure on scammers, on the dishonesty of partners and the like. In fact, this is not the case.
Yes, there is a chance to run into a scammer who, having received an advance payment, will simply disappear, but this is present in all branches of business, and we do not consider this here, since there are elementary precautions that must be followed in any business. We will look at the above example from the manufacturer's side and the impact of external factors on a particular transaction.
The example is the same, the manufacturer has posted an ad that he is selling the board for four thousand rubles from a place. The only real thing in this ad is that if it has
today this board will be, then he will sell it today for 4000 rubles. Everything else is the desired action. Lumber is known to be sawn from roundwood. Just like that, for the future, no manufacturer will buy round timber, saw it and store the finished board. At the same time, having also re-sorted it by grade. This will never
it happens, it's a utopia! The inexperienced buyer, having read the ad, assumes that this is exactly the case. This is the first real risk factor for the forestry business.
So what is really going on with the person who posted the ad for the sale? Everything is very simple. When he advertises a sale, he just knows where to buy round timber and where to cut it. And there is no difference with whom you conclude a supply contract - with a manufacturer or an intermediary. It's just that one will do everything himself, while the other will strain others. Having signed a contract and received an advance payment, the supplier starts buying round timber and sawing it to size. Prepayment is needed specifically for the purchase of round timber. Usually it is in
within 30-50% of the total contract amount. This is where the elements of risk start to work. The roundwood supplier didn't take any money from you, and he doesn't give a damn about your contract. Personally, he does not owe you anything and does not owe anything. He can simply refuse your manufacturer, sell round timber to another, raise the price, etc. That's it, the deal is starting to drag on. Your partner is looking for another supplier of round timber. This can take a significant amount of time. Then the round timber was delivered to the sawmill and the money has already been paid for it, which means that your prepayment has already been invested and you simply cannot return it. And the quality of the round wood can be checked only by sawing it! Outwardly, he certainly will
look good, but inside ... It's a lottery! Naturally, the manufacturer dissolves everything and tries to sell the whole pile of boards without sorting. And where should he go? The round timber has been bought, the money has been paid, there are simply no others. We must throw off everything! Otherwise, loss. So he disguises the substandard board, sticking it in the middle of the packs or the carriage. But this
only one of the risks, and there are others. Let's continue - Round timber is purchased, delivered, delivered to the sawmill. They started sawing, and the frame broke. It just broke, because this is iron, and it has its own terms of stability. And it's good if the breakdown is small, for example, the slider flew. This will stop the frame for a couple of days. And if the engine burned out? Everything, a month of downtime, like
minimum. And then nothing can be done - Neither saw, nor money back. The new frames, so far, from the manufacturers of the unit, are mainly used by scrap metal from the Soviet era, which is already breathing in incense.
What is the result? The buyer, after waiting for the time specified in the contract, begins
get nervous. He starts calling the manufacturer and is very surprised that he has not yet been filed. In the end, if the frame operator's problem is serious and the time frame for its solution is delayed, the manufacturer gets these calls, and he, tired of explaining that he is not a camel, stops answering these calls, sincerely believing to get in touch when he eliminates
their problems. Here the buyer gets hysterical and, having dropped everything, goes to the seller himself. There, everything is already happening in different ways. In some cases, the buyer simply settles in a foreign city and, having waited for his board, leaves, in others he gives up on everything, in the third he starts running around the authorities, accusing him of fraud, etc. In any case, it is big
loss of time, nerves and money.
So can these risks be avoided in this business? The answer is unequivocal - NO !. You cannot avoid them. You will still have to give an advance payment, because the majority have such a financial situation that without it they simply cannot produce anything. It is also not realistic to meet the deadlines, too many external factors influence this process.
But they can be minimized. And for this you do not need to put a lot of effort and finance. You just need to competently approach this matter.
If you are going to buy lumber from a manufacturer you do not know, then
before giving him an advance payment, contact a company or person who is located in the same region, so that they analyze this transaction.
For example, our company has been supplying lumber for 12 years. We know everyone
producers, resellers and suppliers of round timber in the region. Having agreed with us, you can order an audit of this transaction. It is not at all necessary to inform the manufacturer about this. We will anonymously, on our own, approach him, as if, by chance, find out his real financial situation, inspect its production, talk to the foreman
and workers. This will give a very real vision of the reality of its production. Further, simulating a desire to place an order with him, we will find out from him where and from whom he purchases round timber.
Let's talk with that. We will also understand its capabilities and desire to sell round timber, its prices, delivery terms, etc. By comparing all the data, it will already be possible to draw up a real picture of the transaction. Having received all these materials, you yourself will decide whether it is worth the risk or not. Agree, it is better to lose a small part by paying us than to risk it without looking,
quite a large amount.
Also, of course, if you are a novice reseller, and when buying a board, you plan to sell it with a wrap, then when concluding your contract with your buyer, take into account the risk factors in time and try to include in the contract as long as possible terms of execution. This will save you from unnecessary fines and penalties.

Ten mistakes aspiring entrepreneurs make when making and selling lumber

How to behave if you are faced with a collection agency

Life is a striped thing, and even more so for people engaged in business. Bumps, bumps and troubles are found at every turn. It would seem that the most common transaction, nothing supernatural, but you look suddenly, because of some trifle or an annoying accident, everything goes to dust, and instead of making money, you owe a very impressive amount. And as you know, trouble does not come alone, then, more often than not, you are not in
able to pay off debt in the near future.
The lender first demands debts from you, calls, enters into correspondence, tries
meet in person. Then, if your situation does not improve and you do not return him, then he begins to take more active actions. Some run to the police and write a statement about fraud, others go to court, where this issue is considered in a civil order. Still others, mainly those who either do not have the necessary documents to file a case in court, and it is unreasonable to apply to the police, find professional
debt knockers, the so-called "collectors". And already those begin to shake you.
I will not describe in this article legal tricks that can help you to relieve stress and solve this problem. Also, I will not indicate the articles of the Criminal and Civil Code that collection agencies violate in the process of knocking out debts. This is the business of lawyers, lawyers and investigators. After all, you can find these articles yourself on the Internet or in reference books. I will just give advice on how to act in a situation that has arisen from the position of an ordinary person who has fallen into an unpleasant story and is trying to solve it in a peaceful and legal way.
Consider a common, standard situation. You took an advance payment, but you could not deliver the goods on time. For the collector, it doesn't matter who is to blame. Either you screwed up somewhere, or the client set you up. It does not bother him at all, and you can understand him, because he makes money on it. Therefore, it makes no sense to tell him that you have problems, press on pity, and so on. He is not interested in this, he is only interested in the fact that it is necessary to knock out money from you by any means. This is his bread!
Therefore, on the contrary, try to be frank with the collectors as little as possible, complain about your difficult life, give the addresses and names of those who set you up and what you intend to do next. Don't brag about your plans for the future. None of the above will help you, but it can complicate your life! Do not forget that the core of the collection agency is a former police officer or prosecutor, and they
will treat your words quite professionally, based on their previous work experience. All your words will be recorded and verified, because they need to collect dirt on you, with which they will put pressure on you. Therefore, never give them unnecessary information!
Now to the point. From the fact that you turned out to be someone that you owe something, or nothing in your rights
changed! Debt is not a crime! This is not a criminal offense! Criminal liability can arise only under the article of fraud, but this article can be imputed to you only if you, taking the money, did not plan to pay the creditor. That is, you just needed finances for personal needs and you deceived them from another. But, if you simply, due to the circumstances, do not
turned out, and you planned to honestly complete the transaction, then this cannot be recognized as a fraud. And it doesn't matter if it happened once or several times. It's just that you are not a successful businessman, you do not know how to do business, but you realized it too late. And all debts that arose due to the fact that you could not overpower the obligations you assumed are subject to
consideration only in civil court!
It follows that you are under the protection of the criminal and civil codes and no one has the right to violate your rights, invade your privacy, and even more so, threaten, use violent actions, or confiscate any property.
Now let's consider your actions that you should take when, when the bouncers from the collection agency drove up to you:
1. Do not let them in for negotiations in the apartment and premises belonging to you. This will help protect against the installation of unauthorized listening devices and, in general, from assessing your financial situation.
2. Go to them for negotiations yourself, but not at the time they set for you, but when it is convenient for you. This will show them that you are not dependent on them and are not particularly afraid of them. But there is no need to hide, this can aggravate the problem, tk. they have a trump card in their hands, which is that you are hiding from negotiations.
3. The collection agency must have a power of attorney from the lender to negotiate with you on his behalf. It must be notarized. If she is not there, then you do not see any conversations, negotiations with these people. If it exists, then, of course, they must provide you with a copy of it. Take it and let it be kept at your home, or better somewhere with friends or relatives.
4. All conversations about this duty and them should be reduced only to this topic. They absolutely do not need
know what you are doing at a given time, in addition to the transaction for which they have a power of attorney. And again, by proxy, they just simply represent the buyer or partner, nothing more. But you will not tell your partner about what kind of financial affairs you have, what transactions you plan, where you have opened current accounts, etc.
5. If the collectors took action and started by posting defamatory information about you in the media, on the Internet, etc., then feel free to sue them with a claim for compensation for moral and material harm. Those. if any agency or person has published information that you are a fraudster, then this is a reason to appeal to the police and the civil court. Even what you should, in no way, does not mean that you are a fraud! This can only be said by the court!
6. If they threaten you with something, threaten, scare you, then try to record everything that happens on a dictaphone and a video camera. But, even if it was not possible, then at the first incident immediately write a statement to the police. There, describe everything honestly, attach copies of the contract, receipts, power of attorney, if any, then a photo,
audio and video recordings. The police are obliged to take care of this matter! If you suspect that the police in your area is not dealing with this problem, then immediately write a complaint against the police to the prosecutor's office. If they are too young there, then contact the General Prosecutor's Office. Finally, write to the president's website. There, in the administration of affairs, they themselves will forward your complaint to the prosecutor's office, they will only put it under control and then no one will release it on the brakes. Understand the more people in the know
your problem, so you are safer.
7. Do not write any receipts in excess of those that were written at the beginning of the transaction. There and so
everything is already there for civil proceedings. Do not give the collectors any property, they do not have the right to seize it. This can only be done by bailiffs, and even then only by a court decision! If they arbitrarily seized something from your property, then immediately write a statement to the police about theft or robbery.
Well, here, in principle, the main safety measures and norms of behavior in a collision with
collection agencies. Compliance with them will allow you to avoid many troubles, in addition to the existing ones.
By the way, precedents have already been created when the prosecutor's office got up on http://www.pravo.ru/news/view/23044/ to protect debtors from collection agencies.
And the debts still need to be repaid, but only in a legal manner!

How to increase sales of sawmill equipment

Do you want to increase your sawmill equipment sales? Then especially for you For those who manufacture and sell sawmill equipment, we have a special offer that will significantly increase your sales.

We promote ourselves, our name and company quickly and cheaply

New publication on the problems of forestry business

We need investments in the forestry business.

To organize a permanent and uninterrupted, year-round supply of furniture manufacturers, moldings, high-grade finishing lumber, we have developed a business idea that in a short period of time will make it possible to organize and establish such a raw material base that the problem with purchasing a board of linden, aspen or birch by grade " extra "and grade 0, which is very acute for consumers, will disappear. At the same time, the price, even under the condition of a gradual return on investment, will remain relatively low compared to the price charged by dealers.
Moreover, this is also true for entrepreneurs who are engaged in the production of pallets. Indeed, when working according to the scheme that we offer, they will be able to receive up to 1000 cubic meters from our production. m. per month billets for pallets.
The investment amount is relatively small, comparable to the price of 1 machine for a batch of linden or aspen boards (blank for lining and canopy). It fights back within a year, while providing you with the raw materials.
Approximately the idea is painted, in more detail, with real interest, I will describe or answer by phone. Our coordinates

How to buy sawmill equipment

Recently, my email has been inundated with all kinds of prices about
the sale of ribbons, saws, coal saws, etc., in short of all that is associated with sawmilling. All right, they would just send their prices, they were simply erased, and no problems whatsoever. But no, they find the phone and let's call ...
Of course, I understand the managers of all kinds of equipment manufacturers, they need to sell their products, but this is already starting to tire.
Well, I decided to give some advice and observations on how small and medium-sized sawmills change their equipment, and what they are guided by when buying new machines. Suddenly it will help someone!

I don’t know if I’ll tell you a secret or not, but all your prices, fanned out by e-mail, which you found on notice boards on the Internet, in fact, can not lead to anything positive, much less affect a small sawmill operator. In the forest it is all easier, people use the old, folk "radio".
And he is guided by the advice of someone who already has such equipment, or is sufficiently qualified and has weight in the "forest world" to give such advice.
After all, all your equipment, seemingly intended for sawmilling and processing, in fact, is strikingly different from each other, and not only in price.

Think for yourself, if a person saws needles, just saws, counting on summer residents, and he absolutely does not need the geometry of the board, millimeters of tolerance, etc., then why did he use it? An ordinary, simple tape, for a very reasonable price, will be enough for him.
Further, someone is oriented towards export, someone is on a birch, someone is sawing linden and aspen .. So they all need completely different equipment, they drank completely different, different
cutting speed ... And they build technological chains in different ways.
One simply puts the tape and a simple edging machine, the other sets the saw and he no longer needs the edger, the third puts the disk frame, and he, in order to cut. for example, birch, you need a multi-saw.
And in your prices this decryption is not. There is just the passport data for the equipment, where the power, productivity, cutting height, etc. are indicated.
Well, a person who decided to switch, for example, from pine needles to linden, goes to a neighbor who is sawing a linden, or calls me, because I know how to cut a linden tree, and asks what I need to repurpose or buy in order to get the maximum output of finished, high-quality sawn timber. And now we, and not your prices, based on our experience, and recommend him what and where to buy

So, here is my advice - expand your prices, write, for sawing what kind of wood it is best to use your products., Or order an article from us
We know your equipment well in reality, because themselves have repeatedly launched production for the guys, focused on sawing specific products. And even now we are helping interested frames in the most pragmatic way to switch from sawing needles to sawing, a very profitable, hardwood.

We sell lining, blanks for lining, beams, boards for pallets, etc. from linden and aspen

In the light of this note and at the numerous requests of interested buyers, I will try to lucidly explain the scheme of our work.

So, we ourselves are the processors of these products. We produce molded timber at our factories in Perm and the Sverdlovsk region and, of course, are interested in ensuring that our capacities never stand idle.

Taking advantage of the fact that we have vast experience in the field of outbidding and established contacts with local manufacturers, we organized large-scale purchases of these sawn timber from small and medium-sized enterprises of the forest industry in the Perm Territory, Udmurtia, Sverdlovsk Region, Kirov Region and the Republic of Bashkiria. turn, with the fact that not a single sawmill, we know from our own experience, is able to provide a regular supply of hardwood raw materials. This is due to many factors, in particular, problems with round timber, inability to cut linden and aspen, mentality, and so on. In short, they will deliver, then they will not.

So, in order to avoid downtime, we take on all frames, within a radius of 800 km, everything that they saw from linden, aspen and birch. We choose Grade A for ourselves, and we help them to realize everything else (as a result, under our name, there are advertisements like "We sell linden timber", or "Selling a construction board or a blank for pallets."
frames, having sold only the Grade A board, and not selling everything else, will stand up and cannot work with anyone.

As a result, we are always provided with high-quality raw materials, but as a result of such a large-scale action, we have a surplus. and very impressive. And you have to take it, otherwise the frames will quickly switch to needles and stop cutting under us. That's why they are forced to sell it on the side, in addition, also, and engage in the implementation of Grade C, a core bar, short stacks, etc.

Now to the topic.

1.We sell a blank for "Extra" lining,
Grade A \ B and grade B. Dimensions 20x105x2000-3000mm and 22x115x2000-3000mm. Step 10cm. Tolerance --0, + 2mm.
Material - Linden or Aspen (Ash and oak can be used). Sorting is carried out on three sides - two side and front.

2. We sell a blank for a polo d. Size 34x110x2000-3000mm ..

3. We sell linden and aspen timber... Dimensions 100x100x3000mm, 100x80x3000mm, etc.

4. We sell a pallet board (construction board). Grade c (or grade 2-3)
hardwood. Dimensions 20x105, 22x110, 22x100 length 2000 and 3000mm

5. We sell (only on order) edged lumber linden, birch, oak, ash and aspen according to your size.

Price on request. We warn you right away - Grade A is very expensive, no bargaining. (We ourselves pick up on the frames expensively, plus we have to give them prepayments, send our pickers there, and so on)

Shipment, mainly: Lipa - Perm region, Osina - Udmurtia and Kirov region, Dub - Bashkiria

We work without prepayment, but, as a result, we do not ship without payment on our site. Those. loaded into your car, you paid 100% and we release it. Presence of your receiver at the shipment is desirable!

We are not bargaining. We ship only what we agreed on. In the event of a desire on the part of the buyer to arrange a re-grading, we terminate the transaction without continuing.

If you decide to move us and conclude a contract directly with the frame- Please,
but we, in turn, will stop the implementation of the entire departure that appears on that frame, and we will increase, for them, our purchase price .. We do not wait for you to solve your problems, that is, anything can happen- "Order ordered, but with the backplate, or the transport was not found "So, in this case, without warning from our side, we will implement your order to another buyer, or send it to our dryer, and then you, if
extra volumes will appear.
