What drugs to drink with intestinal dysbiosis. Preparations for intestinal microflora. Biologically active additives

It often happens that after a course of antibiotics, intestinal problems begin. And in this case, there is no doubt about the development of dysbiosis. Antibiotics are powerful drugs that destroy not only pathogenic microflora, but also beneficial bacteria that are necessary for the proper functioning of this system. There is only one way out of this situation - to drink a course of pills. A huge number of drugs have been developed for intestinal dysbiosis, which differ in price, characteristics and purpose. Usually, complex therapy is used, which includes several multidirectional drugs, which in one way or another have a positive effect on the suppressed beneficial intestinal microflora.

What is dysbiosis?

This condition is a violation of the microflora associated with a change in the composition of bacteria. It is also called dysbiosis. Intestinal dysbiosis is not an independent disease, but arises only as a result of some other pathology, that is, it is exclusively secondary. The disease causes a lot of discomfort in the stomach and intestines, and therefore must be treated with special drugs. Their action is aimed at normalizing the balance of beneficial microflora by replenishing the deficiency with the corresponding groups of bacteria.

How is the correct therapy plan drawn up?

Before prescribing tablets for intestinal dysbiosis, the doctor examines the patient in order to identify the cause that led to the pathological condition. It lies not only in taking antibiotics, but can also be associated with intestinal infections (dysentery, flu, salmonellosis), chronic diseases of the gastrointestinal tract in the acute period (hepatitis, pancreatitis, cholecystitis), constant stress, climate change, unbalanced diet, work in hazardous production and so on. In this case, it is important to eliminate the root cause. If necessary, drugs are prescribed, the action of which is aimed at eliminating inflammatory processes in the gastrointestinal tract and restoring the motor functions of the intestine. Replacement enzyme preparations may also be recommended.

In the second place, tablets are selected for intestinal dysbiosis. With their help, as is already known, the microflora composition is corrected. In this case, on the basis of the doctor's conclusions, obtained by conducting appropriate tests, antibacterial drugs, bacteriophages, intestinal antiseptics, probiotics and prebiotics are selected. They promote the growth of normal microflora, which "kills" the pathogenic. Additionally, immunomodulators can be prescribed, the main purpose of which is to restore and strengthen the body's defenses.

How do pills for intestinal dysbiosis help to cope with this condition?

As a rule, dysbiosis is characterized by a number of unpleasant symptoms such as diarrhea or constipation, nausea, vomiting, flatulence, allergic skin reactions, as well as symptoms of intoxication, such as headache and general weakness. Often, other diseases arise against its background. This is due to a decrease in the body's defenses. All this is the result of the action of pathogenic organisms, which are normally destroyed by beneficial microflora. To restore the normal state of the intestine and restore its functions, you need to take appropriate medications. Today there are a lot of them on the pharmacological market. Depending on the group of the drug, the drugs have a different therapeutic effect both on the intestine itself and on its bacterial composition. Some help to normalize the function of the walls of the small and large intestine. Others inhabit the microflora with the necessary groups of beneficial bacteria. Still others act as an intestinal antiseptic, inhibiting the activity of pathogens. And the fourth group of drugs for intestinal dysbiosis helps to increase the protective function of the body.

Probiotics contain natural cultures of microorganisms, and prebiotics are nutritional supplements based on natural fibers that are not digested by the stomach. They go directly to the intestines, where they remain in order for the existing "good" microflora to feed on them. Antiseptics, or antibacterial drugs, help to reduce the composition of bacteria with increased colonization of the intestine. All this has a positive effect on the condition of this organ, contributing to its recovery.

List of tablets for intestinal dysbiosis in adults

As already mentioned, there are many drugs developed for the treatment of this pathology. Each has its own role and purpose. They also come in the form of tablets, powders, suspensions and drops. The most popular in different pharmacological groups are:

  • Enzymes that help digest food: Pancreatin, Mezim, Creon.
  • Probiotics: Linex, Acipol, Baktistatin, Lactofiltrum, Bifiform, Maksilak.
  • Sorbents: Filtrum, activated carbon.
  • Antimicrobial drugs are antibiotics, the purpose of which is to destroy pathogenic microflora: Amoxiclav, Amoxicillin, Levomycetin, Ceftriaxone.
  • Antibacterial agents: Nystatin, Metronidazole, Fluconazole, Pyobacteriophage, Bacteriophage.
  • Antiulcer drugs: "Omez" (with increased acidity of the stomach).
  • Antispasmodics: Duspatalin (against pain in the intestines).
  • Antidiarrheal drugs: Smecta, Hilak Forte.
  • Sorbents: "Polysorb".
  • Probiotics: Bifidumbacterin, Normobact, Evitalia.
  • Adsorbents: Almagel, Enterosgel, Fosfalugel.

As you can see, there are many drugs that can be prescribed for dysbiosis. The appointment is carried out only by a doctor and only after receiving the results of the relevant tests. A whole range of remedies is selected and a diet is recommended (treatment table No. 4 according to Pevzner). Along with this, in order to avoid intestinal dysbiosis from antibiotics, probiotic tablets are prescribed, which must be taken during the course of therapy. Usually doctors recommend Linex, Bifidumbacterin, Lactofiltrum, Acipol. These drugs are very popular and deserve love among the people, as can be seen from the reviews about each of them.

Popular prebiotics

Along with probiotics, this group of drugs remains the most commonly prescribed for the treatment of this pathology. Prebiotics are medicines that contain natural fibers that enter the intestines and are food for beneficial microflora.

One of the most popular drugs in this group is Duphalac. It is based on lactulose, therefore it is contraindicated for those who have an individual intolerance to this substance, as well as fructose. Like many other drugs that act on the intestines, it is prohibited for intestinal obstruction and rectal bleeding. "Duphalac", getting into the body, decomposes into disaccharides, turning into low molecular weight acids. As a result, blood pressure is normalized, which leads to the suppression of the activity of pathogenic microflora.

Another popular drug for the treatment of intestinal dysbiosis in adults is Hilak Forte. It is based on lactobacilli, lactic acid and fatty acids. Helps to normalize acidity and promotes the growth of beneficial microflora. Also in the composition there are enterosorbents that "block" the movement of toxic substances, and then remove them.

Popular probiotics

The most effective, according to patients, are Linex and Bifidumbacterin. The second drug has been around for quite a long time, and has mostly only positive reviews. By the way, its cost is much lower than that of many other products. Tablets for intestinal dysbiosis in adults and children "Linex" and lyophilisate "Bifidumbacterin" are monocomponent drugs, that is, they contain only one type of bacteria. But there are several million of them! Beneficial bacteria, entering the body, begin a rapid fight against pathogenic microorganisms. These drugs are safe for use at any age, are recommended even for pregnant and nursing babies, and there is no risk of developing an allergic reaction.

Popular antibacterial drugs

These are funds that are prescribed in the case of an infectious etiology of the disease. Preparations for intestinal dysbiosis caused by pathogenic bacteria are selected on the basis of a laboratory and bacteriological study. Analysis of the data obtained helps to determine the sensitivity of bacteria to a particular drug. For example, Ersefuril and Enterofuril help well against enterococci and Proteus. With staphylococci, "Azithromycin" and "Clarithromycin" are successfully fighting. Pseudomonas aeruginosa suppresses "Kanamycin", and candidiasis - "Fluconazole". Since there are many, and each has its own role, it is difficult to choose the best one in this group. However, all of the medicines listed here are quite effective if selected and used correctly.

Popular immunomodulators and enterosorbents

Prescribed in addition to the main therapy. Enterosorbents are a drug group that characterizes the ability to remove toxic substances from the body. They also contribute to the treatment of intestinal dysbiosis in adults - drugs in this group will be an excellent addition to the main therapy. The most popular are Polysorb, activated carbon, Enterosgel, Filtrum. They are appointed for a short period of time, no more than 14 days.

Immunomodulators help speed up the restoration of intestinal microflora. Prescribed exclusively by a doctor. It is recommended to give preference to products of natural origin: tinctures of propolis, echinacea, lemongrass or eleutherococcus, "Immunal" and "Dibazol". As can be understood from the name of this group, they stimulate an increase in the body's defenses, help to develop or strengthen the already existing immunity to various infections.

Rating of effective drugs for dysbiosis

It is difficult to name the best drug for intestinal dysbiosis, since everything depends on the etiology of this pathology. If we talk about probiotics and prebiotics, we can consider the option of using symbiotics - a group of drugs that includes drugs consisting of both the first and second components. "Maksilak" is considered to be one of the best. It consists of 9 microorganisms that effectively cope with dysbiosis, and also help with problems in the functioning of the immune and respiratory systems. Also, the rating of the best symbiotics includes:

  • "Normospectrum";
  • "Maltidofilus";
  • "Filtrum-STI Bifidobak";
  • "Baktistatin";
  • "Lactofiltrum".

As for prebiotics, the best drugs for intestinal dysbiosis in adults are:

  • Duphalac;
  • Portlak;
  • "Romfalak";
  • "Normalase";
  • Khilak Forte.

Best Probiotics:

  • Linex;
  • "Bifidumbacterin";
  • "Bifiform".

There are also combined probiotics:

  • "Acipol";
  • "Kipatsid";
  • Florin Forte.

In addition, this rating can include "Imodium" and "Loperamide" as a means to help get rid of cramps. And "Smecta" and "Enterosgel" are engaged in the restoration of intestinal motility, in addition, these are excellent sorbents. All 4 drugs are aimed at eliminating diarrhea and its unpleasant symptoms.

For some people, drug reviews may be the determining factor. Treatment of intestinal dysbiosis is a serious process that must be taken seriously, paying attention to every nuance. By the way, the main contraindications for taking medications aimed at treating this pathology are allergic reactions as a result of intolerance to the components of the drug. The most pronounced such effect is possessed by means in liquid form. But they are considered more effective. But drugs in the form of tablets are inferior to them in action, but they are safer.

Many patients recommend the use of lyophilisates for the preparation of a suspension for oral administration. These are, for example, "Bifikol" and "Bifidumbacterin". As for the cheapest tablets for intestinal dysbiosis, the list includes Lactobacterin, Biovestin, Probifor, Biobacton and Florin Forte. As experts assure, they are not inferior in efficiency to their expensive counterparts.

Also, in the patients' reviews, you can see recommendations regarding the intake of the drugs "Hilak Forte", "Narine", "Baktisubtil", "Biovestin". In general, all the drugs that were considered in the article are in good demand and are effective in combating dysbiosis, and this is the main thing. Many of them do not cause allergic reactions, and therefore can be used even by allergy sufferers in the treatment of the disease.

It is important to remember that the treatment of intestinal dysbiosis with tablets, lyophilisates or suspensions can be delayed for a long time, and an integrated approach is required for a lasting result. At the same time, most of the drugs cannot be used for more than 14 days, others - for more than a month. This once again confirms that the attending physician should be involved in the development of a therapeutic plan. He is obliged to prescribe the appropriate tests to the patient, and not to choose drugs "by the steepness", relying on his own experience and not taking this pathology seriously. With this approach, it is better to contact another specialist.

In conclusion, I would like to note that although dysbiosis in medicine is not considered a disease as such, it still requires treatment, if only because it causes a lot of inconvenience to a person. In this case, self-medication in this situation must be excluded, since the purchased drug may simply be ineffective if the reason lies, for example, in an intestinal infection. And if it helps, then soon there will be a relapse - the primary pathology has not been eliminated. In any case, in order to understand which pills to drink with intestinal dysbiosis, you need to be examined. It will allow you to identify the cause and strike in its direction. The bacteriological study will also help determine which bacteria are missing in the gut to make a selection, relying solely on this data. Then the therapy will be as effective and correct as possible.

Dysbacteriosis is an unpleasant disease that almost everyone had to deal with. Especially often this ailment is present in infants and adults with nutritional disorders. The drug for dysbiosis - which is better - is a question that worries many parents, especially since in modern medicine the choice of such funds is quite wide.

Dysbiosis means an imbalance between healthy and harmful microflora, which results in disruptions in the digestive process.

A healthy intestine is characterized by a predominance of beneficial microorganisms. However, under the influence of some factors, malfunctions may occur, as a result of which the amount of pathogenic microflora begins to prevail. A similar pathological condition can occur at any age, but nevertheless, babies are more vulnerable in this regard.

The intestines of the newborn are sterile at birth. Already during the passage through the birth canal, the child encounters various kinds of microorganisms. It was at these minutes that its intestinal section was colonized by the first microorganisms. Already after a few days, the beneficial bacteria that the child has just received multiply, reach the required amount, while pathogenic microorganisms are displaced by them. The stool returns to normal, and the amount of regurgitation decreases.

The microflora of the baby is finally stabilized in a month.

Causes provoking the appearance of dysbiosis

You can face dysbiosis as a result of the following reasons:

  • Uncontrolled intake of antibiotics, as a result of which beneficial bacteria are destroyed, and the normal functioning of the intestine is disrupted;
  • Transferred;
  • Surgery on the stomach and intestines;
  • Pathology of the digestive system and;
  • Ulcer or gallstone disease (read about the reasons for its occurrence);
  • Eating disorders can also lead to malfunctions of the gastrointestinal tract;
  • A general decrease in the body's immunity.

Important! All these facts can lead to a significant change in the composition of intestinal microorganisms. And this is a direct road to the development of dysbiosis.

This unpleasant pathology can be prevented and cured. Effective remedies for dysbiosis will help in this.

Dysbiosis symptoms

A number of symptoms are characteristic of intestinal dysbiosis. Among the most common are:

  • As a result of the prevalence of putrefactive processes, flatulence, nausea develop, the breath does not smell very pleasant;
  • As a result of violations of the immunomodulating functions of the intestine, the patient develops weakness, allergies;
  • Due to disturbances in the processes of digestion and absorption, the development of constipation and diarrhea, which alternate each other, is not excluded;
  • Hypovitaminosis develops, toxic lesions appear. As a result, the patient will stop drowsy, irritable, and sink into a state of depression.

Until now, intestinal dysbiosis in the adult population is not recognized by official medicine as an independent disease. However, there are some pharmaceutical drugs that are designed to treat an unpleasant ailment. Usually, these medications do not target the cause of the disease. They are only able to alleviate the patient's condition for a while.

Dysbiosis treatment

Treatment of dysbiosis in adults is determined by the degree of severity characteristic of the pathology.

The therapy is carried out according to the following algorithm:

  1. First, you need to establish to determine the cause that led to disorders in the digestive system. There are many reasons that can lead to failures in the balance of microflora, they have already been mentioned above. Treatment should be structured in such a way that, first of all, the primary sources that provoke pathology are eliminated.
  2. Take care of the relief of the main signs of the disease and adjust the daily diet. Thanks to this, it will be possible to ensure that the ratio of natural and harmful microflora is normalized and becomes correct. The main role in this process belongs to the diet.
  3. It is possible to correct the bacterial composition of the intestinal section with the help of special preparations that can eliminate the problem. We are talking about probiotics, prebiotics, bacteriophages and intestinal antiseptics.
  4. To consolidate the result obtained, the patient is recommended to take immunomodulators for some time.

In addition to medical drugs, there are and, however, they must be used carefully, having determined the cause of dysbiosis.

Groups of drugs aimed at the treatment of dysbiosis

Depending on what the initial picture of intestinal microflora disorders is, the doctor is determined with the appointment of the appropriate groups of drugs.

  1. Probiotics

Funds of this group are rich in the maintenance of useful microflora.

The classification of dosage forms of this group is based on microbes that are included in their composition.

  • Preparations based on lactobacilli can be purchased in the form of tablets, suppositories, powder. The combination of these drugs and antibiotics is wonderful. But if we are talking about severe forms of dysbiosis, then such drugs will not help, due to the fact that their action is unidirectional.
  • Bifidobacterium-based drugs are found in different forms. However, it is undesirable to change tablets and rectal suppositories in children who are under 3 years old.
  • Combined products contain both lactobacilli and bifidobacteria. Hence, the effect that such drugs have is the most pronounced. Thanks to such drugs, it is possible to cope with any manifestations of dysbiosis.
  1. Prebiotics

The peculiarity of these forms is that they enter the digestive tract with a food lump and give rise to the reproduction of the natural microflora of the intestinal section. Dosage forms are not absorbed, after a certain time they are excreted from the body.

These include lactulose, fructose, inulin, galactose, etc. On sale, prebiotics are purchased as Duphalac, Prebio, Normase. Thanks to these funds, it is possible not only to take care of restoring the microbial balance, but also to solve the problem of constipation.

The peculiarity of these drugs is also that they are inexpensive.

  1. Bacteriophages

They are viruses that are inserted into the genome of bacteria in order to disrupt their synthesis. The result of this action is the death of the microbe. It is allowed to use such therapy both independently and in combination with antibiotics.

  1. Intestinal antiseptics

The essence of the action of these dosage forms is that pathogenic colonies are suppressed. The components of the product are not absorbed by the mucous membrane of the gastrointestinal tract and are not able to affect the beneficial microflora. Among antiseptics, these groups are distinguished: Ersefuril, Dependal-M, Sumetrolim.

  1. Antimicrobial agents

The doctor prescribes these drugs only after the results of bacteriological examination of feces are obtained. They need to be chosen taking into account which type of pathogenic microorganisms prevails. Allowed the appointment of Amoxicillin, Phthalazol, Azithromycin, Levomycetin, Amikacin, Polymyxin, etc.

  1. Immunomodulators

Taking medications that stimulate the strengthening of the immune system is necessary in order to restore the impaired local immunity, which in the case of violations of the intestinal microflora takes place.

Thanks to such drugs, it is possible to restore the natural composition of the intestines in the shortest possible time. For these purposes, medicines made from natural plant extracts are used.

  1. Vitamin complexes

Vitamins A, D, E, K are distinguished by their ability to be fat-soluble, therefore, when it comes to the development of dysbiosis, their assimilation is impaired. To replenish the missing substances, vitamin complexes should be included in the diet, for example, Complivit, Elevit.

The most famous drugs to combat dysbiosis

The most effective drugs are:

The range of drugs aimed at treating dysbiosis in both adults and children is quite wide. Reviews about each of them are positive. But before giving preference to this or that remedy, you need to seek the advice of a specialist. The doctor, after carrying out the necessary examination, will prescribe the best means to eliminate the unpleasant ailment.

Dysbacteriosis today is one of the most common diseases, doctors have not yet established whether the violation of the intestinal microflora is an independent pathology or is it symptomatology of other diseases.

The causes of dysbiosis can be completely different:

  • disturbances in the work of the digestive system;
  • antibacterial therapy;
  • improper nutrition;
  • emotional stress;
  • intestinal viruses;
  • bad ecology.

In the human intestine there is a huge amount of bacteria, both beneficial and conditionally pathogenic, when the balance of these bacteria is disturbed, dysbiosis develops. To maintain a healthy microflora in the intestines and normal digestion, the human body needs beneficial bacteria.

If the protective functions of the immune system are reduced, pathogenic microbes begin to actively multiply and destroy beneficial bacteria, thereby disrupting the intestinal microflora. Therefore, for the treatment of dysbiosis, there are special drugs that regulate the balance of intestinal bacteria and eliminate the unpleasant symptoms of the disease.

Preparations for dysbiosis

The main drugs for the normalization of microflora are two groups of drugs:

  1. - in the composition of these drugs are bacteria that inhibit the ability to reproduce pathogenic microorganisms. The number of beneficial bacteria in the intestine is restored on its own.
  2. Prebiotics- these drugs are not used to fight bad bacteria, they contain live microorganisms that colonize the intestines during the intake of prebiotics, thus normalizing the intestinal microflora.

Probiotics and prebiotics, depending on their composition and additional components, are divided into different categories.

Probiotics are considered the best remedy for intestinal dysbiosis, they can be taken, regardless of the stage of the disease. They destroy pathogenic bacteria and normalize microflora.

These drugs have low efficacy for the treatment of complex dysbiosis, they can be used in cases where it is necessary to support the microflora. Probiotics with lactobacilli are most often prescribed during antibiotic treatment as a prophylaxis for dysbiosis.

The release form can be different:

  • in powder form, for example Lactobacterin;
  • tablet form - Acylact;
  • rectal suppositories.

The use of rectal suppositories has its advantage, they do not destroy their own intestinal microflora, which is inhabited by beneficial bacteria.

With bifidobacteria

This group of drugs for dysbiosis has an impressive list and is most often used by patients:

  • Bifidumbacterin Forte - available in the form of suppositories and capsules;
  • Probifor is a powder containing bifidobacteria.

Probiotics with bifidobacteria are not used in parallel with antibacterial agents, they are prescribed at the end of the course of antibiotic treatment.

Complex probiotics

A more modern solution to the problem is probiotics with the simultaneous content of both lactobacilli and bifidobacteria, for example Florin forte. Release form - powder for oral administration, well tolerated by both adults and children, it is recommended to take with meals, washed down with water.

The main condition is the correct storage of the drug, the temperature should not exceed +10 0 ะก, it can be stored on the door of an ordinary refrigerator. Florin forte does not work well with some groups of antibiotics, therefore, it is better to consult a doctor before using it.

Linex has a similar effect, it is prescribed to normalize the intestinal microflora. The big advantage of this drug is that it can be used during antibiotic treatment, and it has no contraindications. Linex can be used from infancy and does not require special storage conditions.

Preparations of complex action, like any drugs, still have contraindications, this is due to the content of eubiotics in them, which should not be taken in the presence of the following factors:

  • the patient's tendency to allergic reactions;
  • the presence of a pronounced immune deficiency.

In these cases, the appointment should be made by a doctor.

Prebiotics

Another group of drugs for dysbiosis is prebiotics. They do not contain strains to fight microorganisms, but they contain live bacteria, which are a favorable environment for the growth of beneficial microflora. They are absolutely safe, approved for use in children and during pregnancy. Prebiotics are of two types, depending on the main component.

Prebiotics with lactulose

These prebiotics break down the disaccharide, which is converted to organic acids, thus inhibiting the development of disease-causing microbes in the large intestine.

This group of prebiotics includes the following drugs:

  • Duphalac, available in powder and syrup form;
  • Normase - syrup;
  • Romfalak.

Prebiotics are prescribed for the treatment of young children, they do not adversely affect the fetus during pregnancy and are allowed during breastfeeding. But they have a number of contraindications:

  • they are not prescribed for exacerbation of hemorrhoids, especially with rectal bleeding;
  • with the development of intestinal obstruction;
  • individual intolerance to the components;
  • used with caution in diabetics (consultation with a doctor is required).

These drugs are not absorbed into the intestinal mucosa, playing the role of a favorable environment for the reproduction of beneficial bacteria, they are excreted from the body with feces. Prebiotics based on lactulose not only restore the intestinal microflora, they normalize the stool, three days of administration are enough, as the effect will be on the face. These funds are recommended for hypertensive patients, they tend to lower blood pressure along the way.

Prebiotic drugs

The most inexpensive but effective drug belonging to this group is Hilak forte. It contains not only lactobacilli, but also lactic acid, which conditions the normalization of the acidity of the digestive system.

Hilak forte has an extended therapeutic effect:

  • regulates intestinal microflora;
  • adversely affects pathogenic microorganisms, increasing the number of beneficial bacteria due to the content of fatty acids;
  • restores the epithelium of the inflamed intestinal walls;
  • normalizes electrolyte balance.

Hilak forte can be used at any age, regardless of the history. Usually it is prescribed from the first days of treatment, in parallel with other drugs, including antibiotics.

Bacteriophages

These are intracellular viruses that are safe for the human body. Bacteriophages have a destructive effect on harmful bacteria and can be used as independent drugs for the treatment of dysbiosis. They are often prescribed in parallel with antibiotic therapy.

Depending on the form of release, administered orally or rectally, it is effective against the following infections:

  • staphylococcal;
  • Pseudomonas aeruginosa;
  • protean;
  • Escherichia coli.

After using bacteriophages, it is necessary to take prebiotics to restore microflora.

Antiseptics

Antiseptics destroy only harmful bacteria, while preserving the beneficial microflora. This group of drugs is not absorbed into the intestinal walls, they are excreted along with the dead microorganisms.

These include the following drugs:

  • Ersefuril is a monocomponent antiseptic, the active ingredient is nifuroxazide;
  • Sumetrolim, Dependal-M is a combined preparation containing several quinolone derivatives.

Intestinal antiseptics are taken only as directed by a doctor, depending on the test results.

Antibiotics

Another type of tablets for intestinal dysbiosis in children and adults are antibacterial agents. They are taken as prescribed by the doctor, depending on the indicators of the analysis of feces for bacterial culture, which is necessary to determine the causative agent of intestinal infection.

To suppress the growth of certain bacteria, the appropriate antibiotics are selected:

  • macrolides, penicillins and lincosamides are active against staphylococcal infection: Amoxicillin, Clarithromycin, Lincomycin;
  • to suppress Proteus and Escherichia, drugs of the nitrofuran group or sulfonamides are selected, for example Phthalazole;
  • Levomycetin fights well with enterococci and antibiotics related to the tetracycline series, macrolides can be used;
  • Amikacin and Tobramycin used against Pseudomonas aeruginosa, they not only suppress the growth of bacteria, but also depress their ability to reproduce;
  • fight against fungal infections such as candidiasis and mycosis Amphotericin B and Fluconazole.

Antibiotics cannot be used uncontrollably, they destroy not only the pathogenic microflora of the intestine, but also beneficial bacteria necessary for the human body. In parallel with antibiotic therapy or after the doctor prescribes probiotics or prebiotics, there may also be a need for immunomodulators.

The treatment of dysbiosis is almost always complex, so the drugs must be taken after consulting a doctor, and in severe cases, after tests.

Most popular drugs

To combat dysbiosis, the pharmaceutical market today offers many different drugs, the most popular among them:

  1. - a probiotic containing acidophilic lactobacilli has two forms of release: suppositories, tablets.
  2. - refers to probiotics with bifidobacteria, is available in tablets, is not prescribed simultaneously with antibiotics.
  3. Floritin forte- is a combined drug with live bacteria, is very popular, due to the absence of contraindications
  4. - today it is most in demand, it is well tolerated at any age, it is a combined probiotic. It contains lactobacilli, bifidobacteria and enterococci, which allows not only to destroy harmful bacteria and intestinal infection, but also to restore the intestinal microflora. Linex normalizes stool, it is safely combined with antibiotics.
  5. Duphalac- belongs to the group of prebiotics based on lactulose, normalizes the intestinal bacterial balance, treats constipation, is approved for use in children from birth.
  6. - a prebiotic of a combined composition containing lactic acid. Its action is aimed at normalizing acidity and restoring the intestinal microflora. Safe, applicable at any age. Prescribed during antibiotic treatment.
  7. Acipol- a popular drug, available at a price, restores the balance of bacteria in the intestine, contains myco - and lactobacilli, is easy to use, is available in the form of capsules in a gelatinous shell. Can be used for children from three months, often combined with antibiotics.

It is not recommended to choose a drug for the treatment of dysbiosis on your own, it is better to consult a doctor, moreover, in some cases additional tests are required. The effectiveness of treatment depends entirely on the correct therapy.

Dysbacteriosis or, as it is also called in medicine, dysbiosis is a pathological condition accompanied by a violation of the intestinal microflora (the balance between pathogenic and beneficial optional flora is disturbed). Almost all people had to deal with various forms of pathology - with exacerbation of cholecystitis, pancreatitis, after taking antibacterial drugs, etc. Various methods are used for treatment, starting with rectal drugs or solutions, and ending with diet and traditional medicine. But most often in medicine, tablets are used for intestinal dysbiosis. More about this and will be discussed in this article.

As statistics show, the disease does not appear in healthy people, it is only a symptom indicating existing problems in the body. The main factors contributing to the development of dysbiosis include:

Important! All these factors lead to an imbalance of microflora in the body. At the same time, the number of pathogenic bacteria becomes larger, and the number of useful bacteria, such as bifidobacteria, bacteroids and lactobacilli, respectively, decreases.

Typical symptoms

The most common signs of dysbiosis include:

  • loss of appetite;
  • heartburn, frequent belching;
  • bouts of nausea;
  • a feeling of fullness in the stomach;
  • pain in the abdomen, which is colicky, monotonous, bursting or pulling;
  • increased gas formation;
  • stool problem (diarrhea, constipation).

Often, with dysbiosis, patients have a deficiency of vitamins and other useful substances, which is often accompanied by additional symptoms in the form of inflammation in the tongue and in the oral cavity, dry skin, seizure formation, general fatigue and increased irritability. With a decrease in immunity in a patient, the appearance of nails and hair may deteriorate, and inflammatory processes on the skin may develop.

Sometimes the pathology causes the development of allergic reactions, for example, a chronic form of food urticaria. The disease is dangerous, but completely curable, therefore, at the first suspicious symptoms, you should immediately consult a doctor. Timely treatment will allow not only to quickly cure the disease, but also to prevent its reappearance.

Possible complications

Incorrect or untimely treatment, as well as its complete absence, can lead to the development of serious complications.

Let's consider the main ones:

  • a sharp decrease in weight, which is associated with a disruption of the digestive system;
  • development of inflammatory processes affecting the digestive tract (pancreatitis, gastroduodenitis and other diseases);
  • the appearance of concomitant pathologies as a result of a decrease in the immune system;
  • peritonitis;
  • sepsis;
  • lack of useful vitamins and minerals in the patient's body;
  • a chronic form of enterocolitis (a disease that is accompanied by inflammation of the walls of the large and small intestines), caused by prolonged exposure to the patient's body of pathogenic microflora.

Delaying treatment for dysbiosis can soon have serious consequences. Therefore, it is impossible to ignore the symptoms of pathology.

Diagnostic features

After you notice suspicious symptoms, you need to see your doctor for a diagnostic examination. After a visual examination, the doctor may prescribe additional procedures:

  • endoscopic examination;
  • GLC (gas liquid chromatography);
  • biochemical analysis of feces;
  • bacteriological analysis of microflora.

As a rule, diagnosis is reduced to laboratory analysis of feces for the presence of microbes. The development of intestinal dysbiosis may be indicated by an increase in the number of cocci, a change in Escherichia (facultatively anaerobic bacteria), a decrease in bifidolactobacilli, the appearance of Clostridia (obligate anaerobic microorganisms).

Once the doctor makes a diagnosis, he will prescribe the appropriate treatment, which will depend on the patient's condition and the severity of the disease. The maximum effect can be achieved with the help of complex therapy, therefore, not one drug is prescribed, but several at once.

Consider the main groups of drugs used to treat dysbiosis:

  • probiotics- medicines containing acidophilic lactobacilli. Regular use of probiotic medicines prevents the growth of pathogenic bacteria in the intestinal cavity;
  • prebiotics- effective means that promote the formation of a favorable environment for the active development of beneficial intestinal microflora. Refers to potent drugs;
  • synbiotics... It is a combination of different types of prebiotics with beneficial microorganisms;
  • antiseptic drugs... Their main feature is that these drugs do not affect the beneficial intestinal microflora.
  • choleretic drugs, antispasmodics and enzymes can be prescribed only in cases where dysbiosis or other disorders of the digestive system were caused by the appearance of diseases of a chronic nature that affect the digestive tract. These drugs help to improve the motor function of the digestive system.

At an early stage in the development of dysbiosis, doctors, as a rule, prescribe sorbents. With their help, you can cleanse the body of toxic substances, due to which fermentation processes develop in the intestinal cavity. But the course of therapy is not limited to this. Later, the doctor prescribes enzymes, the main task of which is to normalize the metabolic processes in the patient's body. These drugs include "Festal", "Pancitrat", etc. The dosage and duration of the therapeutic course, the doctor prescribes strictly individually.

Prescribing this or that drug, the doctor, as a rule, prefers drugs produced in the form of tablets. This is due to the large number of advantages, among which the following are worth highlighting:

  • the composition of drugs produced in the form of tablets includes several types of beneficial microorganisms;
  • capsules or tablets are very convenient to take. There is no need to dilute the solution or inject - just put a package of pills in your pocket and drink them at the right time;
  • the gelatinous shell covering the capsules prevents the destruction of the useful substances of the drug by hydrochloric acid, therefore the components of the drug easily enter the patient's intestines, thereby inhibiting the pathogenic microflora;
  • prebiotic or probiotic tablets can be combined with other types of drugs or taken together with antibacterial agents.

When treating intestinal dysbiosis, the most optimal option would be to take medications in the form of tablets, but this does not mean that doctors do not prescribe other forms, such as capsules or solutions.

The best drugs

Dysbacteriosis is a serious disorder that requires immediate treatment. The following are the most common medications prescribed by doctors.

Table. Review of the most effective drugs.

Name of the drug, photoDescription

An excellent medication, available in the form of a suspension and tablets. It contains several types of lactobacilli, which helps to normalize the functioning of the intestines and other organs of the gastrointestinal tract, especially after taking potent drugs. The tool has no contraindications, with the exception of individual intolerance to individual components. It is often prescribed for the treatment of dysbiosis.

An effective prebiotic preparation, which contains various nutritional components and beneficial microflora. Due to the absence of side reactions and contraindications for use, this medication is used in the treatment of not only adults, but also children. In addition to restoring intestinal microflora, the drug helps to enhance the immune system.

It contains lactic acid enterococci, thanks to which the normal intestinal microflora is restored. The drug is available in the form of capsules with a gelatinous shell, so all nutrients are not absorbed by the stomach, but penetrate directly to the intestines.

Combined medicinal product containing kefir fungus and lactobacilli. This drug has no contraindications, therefore it is prescribed to all patients, regardless of age or gender. It is used in medical practice not only for the treatment of dysbiosis, but also for its prevention. Often, doctors prescribe Acipol along with other drugs, for example, antibiotics.

Another drug that comes in the form of a suspension, suppositories and tablets. Since it does not cause side effects or allergies, this drug can be used in children and pregnant women. Acidophilic lactobacilli act as an active component, thanks to which the normal intestinal microflora improves. The drug is inexpensive, which makes it very affordable.

An effective combined preparation, which contains lacto- and bifidobacteria. Due to the content of nutrients, Linex can rightfully be considered one of the best medications used in the treatment of intestinal dysbiosis. It has practically no contraindications, therefore, the remedy is prescribed to patients, regardless of gender or age. The gelatinous membrane covering the tablets ensures the delivery of all useful components directly to the patient's intestines. Like most drugs in this group, Linex can be used in conjunction with other drugs, for example, with antibiotics.

This is not the whole list of effective drugs for dysbiosis, which can eliminate all the unpleasant symptoms of the disease. But before using this or that remedy, be sure to consult a doctor. especially when it comes to treating a child whose immune system has not yet fully formed. An incorrectly chosen drug or non-compliance with the recommended dosage can lead to serious consequences.

Prevention measures

It is much easier to prevent a disease than to cure it. This also applies to intestinal dysbiosis. Correct observance of preventive measures will help prevent the development of this unpleasant ailment. First of all, prevention consists in the correct use of antibacterial drugs... These are potent agents that should only be used as directed by a physician. Otherwise, you can harm your health.

As noted earlier, unbalanced nutrition often acts as a causal factor in the development of dysbiosis. Therefore, to prevent this pathology, you need to adjust your diet, while eliminating all harmful products. Bad habits, such as smoking and drinking alcohol, will also have to be abandoned, since they negatively affect not only the human digestive system, but also the body as a whole. read in our article.

Video - Treatment of dysbiosis and restoration of microflora

The microorganisms that inhabit the intestines play an important role in the harmonious work of the gastrointestinal tract, and the body as a whole. Under the influence of various factors and unfavorable conditions, the microbial composition of the colon can change: the number of "useful" bifidobacteria and lactobacilli decreases and the number of opportunistic microflora increases. This syndrome is called dysbiosis. It is characterized by both intestinal symptoms (diarrhea, constipation, flatulence, heaviness in the abdomen, nausea) and systemic manifestations (allergy, candidiasis, bacteremia, etc.). Drugs for dysbiosis help restore normal intestinal microflora and stimulate the body's reactivity, there are many drugs and each has its own pros and cons.

Groups of drugs for dysbiosis

To successfully eliminate dysbiosis, treatment should consist of 3 stages:

  • suppression of pathogenic microorganisms;
  • "Colonization" of the intestine with the necessary bacteria and the creation of normal conditions for their life;
  • consolidation of the result of therapy.

At the first stage, a drug of 2 main groups can be used, while the division is rather arbitrary:

  • antibiotics;
  • intestinal antiseptics.

Antibiotics are prescribed only in particularly difficult cases, when dysbiosis is accompanied by severe intoxication, bacteremia, chronic diarrhea and other serious conditions. The choice of the drug is carried out depending on the sensitivity of the pathogenic microflora to its action. The therapeutic course lasts from 7 to 14 days.

Intestinal antiseptics for dysbiosis are more justified. They have less effect on the beneficial intestinal microflora, have a wide spectrum of action, and practically no resistance to them is formed. The most commonly used are Nifuroxazide and Furazolidone.

It should be remembered that the funds of these groups are used strictly according to indications and self-medication is unacceptable.

The main drugs for the treatment of dysbiosis are agents that help to normalize the intestinal microflora. They are also divided into several groups:

  • probiotics;
  • prebiotics;
  • synbiotics.

Probiotics are preparations containing live microorganisms that colonize the intestines and normalize the microflora. The main components of such drugs are lactobacilli, bifidobacteria, enterococci. Under their influence, the growth and reproduction of pathogenic and opportunistic bacteria is inhibited, the immune system is stimulated, biotin, folic acid and other useful substances are produced, the quantitative and qualitative composition of bacteria in the intestine improves.

Prebiotics are substances that promote the growth and development of microorganisms necessary for the intestines, creating optimal conditions for their life. Such drugs, unlike probiotics, activate the reproduction and functioning of their own microflora, and do not colonize new bacteria. Prebiotics are a source of energy, vitamins and other nutrients that are necessary for the normal development of microorganisms.

Synbiotics are complexes of prebiotics and probiotics.

Antibacterial therapy

This group of drugs is prescribed by a doctor if dysbiosis leads to severe inflammatory changes in the mucous membrane of the digestive tract or the processes of digestion and absorption of food suffer.

The course of therapy can last from a week to 10 days. Sometimes, treatment can last up to two weeks. The most reasonable is the appointment of drugs that do not have a systemic effect. They are poorly absorbed and work primarily in the intestinal lumen.

This list contains:

  1. Alpha-normix (rifamiksin) is the best remedy for dysbiosis. It is produced in tablets containing 200 mg of the active substance, as well as in granules for preparing a suspension. Possesses a wide spectrum of antibacterial activity. The treatment is well tolerated and side effects are rare. Pregnant and lactating women should only be used if absolutely necessary. The urine may turn red.
  2. Nifuroxazide (Stopdiar, Enterofuril, Ersefuril) - capsules or tablets for oral administration. Contraindicated in children under 6 years of age. A suspension is produced for babies. The spectrum of action is wide. Does not affect obligate flora. Stimulates the activity of the immune system. Pregnant women are contraindicated, but during breastfeeding, treatment is possible in a short course. Allergic reactions are likely.
  3. Phthalazole is a sulfonamide. Available in tablets. The spectrum of antimicrobial action is small, but the drug further reduces the activity of the inflammatory process in the intestine. There are many contraindications and side effects, which limit the possibilities of use.
  4. Sulgin - sulfonamide. Release form - tablets. Contraindicated in pregnant and lactating women. There are many other contraindications and numerous side effects. For treatment, rather large doses of the drug are used.

In severe cases, they resort to prescribing drugs that have a systemic effect:

  • Furazolidone - a nitrofuran derivative, tablets. Acts on the bulk of gram-negative, gram-positive bacteria, causes the death of protozoa. Drug resistance develops slowly. High doses of medication are used for treatment. Since there is a systemic effect, side effects often occur in the form of nausea, vomiting, and impaired appetite. Allergic reactions and drug interactions are possible.
  • Metronidazole (Trichopolum, Flagil) - tablets. The spectrum of antibacterial action is wide. It also has an effect on protozoa. During pregnancy, use is possible, but during lactation it is strictly prohibited.
  • Biseptol is a combined remedy. Contains sulfanilamide (sulfamethoxazole) and an antimicrobial agent - trimethoprim. Due to this, the spectrum of antibacterial action is significantly expanded. There are many contraindications, serious side effects are possible.
  • Nevigramone is a derivative of nalidixic acid. A drug from the quinolone group. Available in capsules. Contraindicated in children, pregnant women, lactating women. The analogue is Negro - tablets.

Other antibacterial agents can be prescribed:

  • ofloxacin (Tarivid, Zoflox, Zanocin) - an antibiotic from the group of fluoroquinolones;
  • clarithromycin, oleandomycin - macrolides;
  • gentamicin, kanamycin - aminoglycosides;
  • lincomycin - refers to lincosamides;
  • chloramphenicol - chloramphenicol;
  • amoxicillin, oxacillin - semi-synthetic penicillins.

If the growth of fungal flora is detected, then drugs such as amphotericin B, fluconazole, terbinafine are used.

All medications are used strictly according to indications and after consultation with a specialist.

The main purpose of the appointment of such drugs is to create favorable conditions for the normal functioning of the obligate intestinal microflora. These are dietary fibers that are not digested in the intestines. They serve as a nutrient substrate for beneficial microflora.

Prebiotics include:

  • Lactulose is a disaccharide composed of lactose and fructose. Stimulates the growth of bifidobacteria and lactobacilli. Suppresses the activity of pathogens (clostridium, Escherichia coli). There are many lactulose-based preparations on the pharmaceutical market: Duphalac, Portolac, Normase, Lactusan. These medicines are available in syrup form. Additionally, they have a laxative effect and promote the elimination of toxins.
  • Inulin is a polysaccharide found in many plants. One of these drugs is Ortho Prebio. It is an oral powder that can be added to drinks or food.

Probiotics

This group of products contains live microorganisms or their metabolic products. All probiotics are divided into 3 groups:

  1. Medicines.
  2. Biologically active additives (dietary supplements).
  3. Foods that contain live beneficial bacteria that are used in daily meals.

Probiotics differ depending on the type of microorganisms, their quantitative ratio. Besides, some drugs, in addition to microbial cells, include their metabolites and growth activators.

The main representatives of the obligate microflora, which are most often used for the manufacture of probiotics, are lacto- and bifidobacteria. But streptococci, enterococci, Escherichia coli and other bacteria can also be used. There are various forms of release: lyophilisate for preparing a suspension, tablets, capsules and ready-made suspensions. The course of treatment is long and ranges from 4 to 6 weeks.

I. Monocomponent medicines contain:

  • lactobacilli - Lactobacterin, Gastrofarm, Biobacton;
  • bifidobacteria - Bifidumbacterin, Bifinorm, Eugalan, Probifor, Bifidogen;
  • Escherichia coli - Kolibaterin, Bioflor.

II. Polyprobiotics have a more complex composition:

  • Linex and Linex Forte;
  • Omniflora;
  • Bificol;
  • Acylact;
  • Bifilong;
  • Florin Forte;
  • Rio Flora Balance.

III. Antagonist probiotics contain certain types of bacteria. They do not affect the state of the obligate microflora, but suppress the vital activity of pathogens. The course of treatment is 5 to 7 days.

This list includes:

  • Enterol;
  • Bactisubtil;
  • Biosporin;
  • Bactisporin;
  • Sporobacterin;
  • Flonivin BS.

This group of drugs includes preparations containing bacteriophages. These are viruses that infect specific types of bacteria. They are taken internally. But another form of drug delivery to the body is also possible - enemas. There are several types of bacteriophages: Proteus, Staphylococcal, Coliprotein and Pseudomonas aeruginosa. Treatment can last up to two weeks.

IV. Synbiotics are combined agents. Contains probiotic and prebiotic. These include drugs:

  • bifid-containing - Bifiliz, Bifiform;
  • lactic - Acipol, Yogulakt;
  • coliforms - Bioflor.

V. Metabolic probiotics contain the waste products of bacteria. The only representative is Hilak forte - drops for oral administration.

Biologically active additives

Dietary supplements are no less effective than drugs. They also have a different composition:

  • lactic - Narine, Primadophilus, Biobacton, Waitadophilus;
  • bifid-containing - Soy lactum, Bisorb-bifidum, Soy bifidum, Bifidumbacterin liquid;
  • polyprobiotics - Euphlorin B and L, Polybacterin, Ecoflor, Normoflorin B and L, Biovestin, Bifidus, Floradophilus, Acidophilis;
  • probiotic antagonists - Lactospora, Enrich Pro-Bionix, Lactofiber;
  • synbiotics - Bifistim, Kipatsid, Laminolact, Bifiform Baby, Maxilak.
  • Primadophilus for children.

And this is not the whole list of drugs for dysbiosis.

The most popular and effective drugs for dysbiosis

Bacteria for the intestine should be prescribed taking into account the nature of changes in the microbiocenosis in the body. This allows you to significantly increase the effectiveness of treatment. Therefore, pharmaceutical manufacturers have created a large number of drugs of different composition. Among them, it is rather difficult to choose the best remedy for intestinal dysbiosis, since it will be individual for each patient. Still, there are several basic drugs that are most commonly prescribed.

Bifidumbacterin is produced in the form of a lyophilized mass, each dose of which contains 107 live bifidobacteria. It must be dissolved before use. Once in the body, bacteria begin to actively multiply and colonize the intestines, destroying the pathogenic microflora, while restoring the normal functioning of the digestive system, improving metabolism, and increasing the nonspecific resistance of the body.

The drug can even be used in infants, including premature babies and newborns.

  • Bifidumbacterin is used for intestinal infections, dysbacteriosis and dysfunctions, colitis, enterocolitis.
  • For children, it is indicated for diathesis, anemia, rickets, allergies, whooping cough, malnutrition, during the transition to artificial feeding.
  • It is also used at an early age for antibiotic treatment, nipple cracks in a nursing mother, lactostasis or mastitis.
  • A medicine is prescribed to normalize vaginal secretion in women, with colpitis, provoked by E. coli and staphylococcus, or caused by hormonal changes.

Lactobacterin

This preparation contains only live strains of lactobacilli. These bacteria produce lactic acid, which contributes to the death of pathogenic microflora and creates favorable conditions for the vital activity of microbes necessary for the body. In addition, lactic acid improves the absorption of calcium and is an important participant in the formation of vitamins and amino acids. Lactobacterin is effective:

  • with violations of the intestinal biocenosis;
  • in violation of the composition of the vaginal secretion.

Linex

This drug is one of the most popular probiotics. It contains simultaneously 3 types of lactic acid bacteria: Lactobacillus acidophilus, Bifidobacterium infantis, Enterococcus faecium. These microorganisms are part of the normal microflora, therefore they quickly normalize the intestinal biocenosis. At the same time, the digestive processes are improved and the immune system is strengthened. Linex is used:

  • to eliminate dysbiosis;
  • preventing and treating diarrhea caused by digestive tract infections or antibiotic use.

Linex Forte has the same properties and indications, which contains 2 types of bacteria: Lactobacillus acidophilus and Bifidobacterium animalis subsp. lactis.

There is a type of drug with bifidobacteria in the composition, which is designed specifically for babies and children - Linex Baby.

Khilak

Hilak differs from other drugs of the group in its form of release - oral drops. They have a very sour taste and therefore cannot be used without first dissolving. The basis of the composition of the drug is an aqueous concentrate of metabolic products Lactobacillus helveticus. The drug helps to normalize microflora, water and electrolyte balance and intestinal acidity. Hilak is used:

  • with dysbiosis;
  • digestive disorders accompanied by flatulence and diarrhea;
  • in the complex treatment of allergies and gastrointestinal diseases.

There is also the drug Hilak Forte, which contains an aqueous substrate of metabolic products not only of Lactobacillus helveticus, but also Escherichia coli, Lactobacillus acidophilus and Enterococcus faecalis. This expands the pharmacological properties of the drug and the indications for use.

In addition to the indications of Khilak, this remedy is used:

  • with "traveler's diarrhea";
  • disorders of hepatic metabolism;
  • chronic atrophic gastroenteritis;
  • chronic intestinal intoxication.

Lactovit Forte

Each capsule of the drug contains 120 million Lactic Acid Bacillus spores. They are antagonists of pathogenic microflora, create conditions for the development of beneficial bacteria and restore the intestinal mucosa. This drug stands out among other similar drugs by the presence in the composition of vitamins (folic acid and cyanocobalamin), which contribute to the normalization of the nervous system, improve the course of metabolic processes, stimulate erythro- and leukopoiesis.

The tool is used:

  • with colitis;
  • dysbiosis;
  • intestinal infections;
  • violation of vaginal secretions in pregnant women.

The use of the drug is allowed from 6 months of age.

These tablets for intestinal dysbiosis belong to prebiotics. The composition of the product contains lignin and lactulose, which contribute to the binding and removal of toxic substances from the body, create optimal conditions for the development of beneficial bacteria. Lactulose in the large intestine lends itself to hydrolysis with the formation of lactic, formic and acetic acids, which have a detrimental effect on pathogenic microbes. As a result, the normal intestinal biocenosis is restored. The tool is used:

  • with dysbiosis;
  • as part of complex therapy for irritable bowel syndrome, liver cirrhosis, hepatitis, allergies.

Inexpensive funds

Preparations for intestinal dysbiosis are in the middle price category. The most inexpensive and affordable among them:

  • Probimax,
  • Linex,
  • Lactobacterin,

Remedies for dysbiosis for children

The state of the intestinal microflora in children often changes, and it is not always necessary to take medications to correct it. But there are cases when drugs for dysbiosis for children are needed. An effective agent is selected in accordance with the availability of indications and taking into account the results of microbiological studies. In pediatrics, the following can be used:

  • Lactobacterin,
  • Linex,
  • Lactuvit Forte,
  • Beefi-Form,
  • Enterol,
  • Simbiter,
  • Primadophilus.

What to take with antibiotics

Until now, there is no unequivocal opinion of doctors about whether it is worth drinking drugs to restore microflora at the same time as antibiotics. Many agree that it is better to take prebiotics at the same time, which will support the normal functioning and activity of existing intestinal microorganisms. Can be applied:

  • Hilak Forte,
  • Bionorm.

Probiotics are added immediately after the end of antibiotic therapy. Modern drugs, for example, Linex, contain special strains of antibiotic-resistant microorganisms, which allows them to be used for antibiotics for dysbiosis from the first day of treatment.

At the end of antibiotic therapy, any probiotic, prebiotic, or symbiotic can be used. Their reception should last at least 5-7 days.
