  • Flounder – 2 medium pieces.
  • Parmesan cheese – 100 gr.
  • Pine nuts – 70 gr.
  • Garlic – 2 cloves.
  • Capers – 50 gr.
  • Olive oil, pepper and salt.

How to cook flounder in spicy sauce:

  1. Cut the fish into 4 fillets and fry on both sides for 4 minutes, lightly salting it. Place on plates.
