Imagine that you, without noticing the sign, drove under a "brick" at a gas station. An inspector lurking around the corner stops you and says that you have driven into oncoming traffic, for which you face punishment under Part 4 of Article 12.15 of the Administrative Offenses Code of the Russian Federation, and this is deprivation of a driver's license for a period of 4 to 6 months.
How to be in such a situation and what to tell the inspector?
According to GOST (Technical means of organizing road traffic) sign 5.5 "One-way traffic" must be installed on the road or carriageway.

If all signs inside the territory of the gas station have no legal force, then they have "bricks" at the entrance and exit from the adjacent territory. True, this is still no "oncoming lane", but just non-compliance with the requirements prescribed by the road sign. Part 1 of Article 12.16 of the Administrative Code, a fine of 500 rubles.
