Dear animal owner! Having considered your application, I want to inform you the following. To study the situation, the clinic's management carefully studied Willis's medical history, watched videos of the appointment, received explanations from the veterinarians who examined your cat. Willis was taken to the clinic on 01/14/17. with complaints of lethargy, decreased appetite, profuse salivation, which were observed in him for 2 days. You reported that Willis may have drunk water from a toilet bowl with a detergent attached to the rim the day before, and also ate the leaves of a palm tree. Examination revealed: a state of moderate severity, hypersalivation, oral cavity: pink mucous membranes, moist, shiny, without visible lesions and violation of integrity, abdomen: tense, liver enlarged, painful on palpation, round kidneys, painful on palpation, lungs and heart: no abnormalities were found. A preliminary diagnosis was made: intoxication of n / a etiology, suspicion of triiditis, a foreign body of the esophagus. Completed: 01/14/17. blood sampling for clinical and biochemical research, 01/15/17, ultrasound of the abdominal cavity and retroperitoneal space, 01/17/17, Rn-graphy of the neck and chest. The examination revealed: a decrease in renal function, right-sided nephroptosis (prolapse of the kidney) and a decrease in renal perfusion, signs of triida (an inflammatory process in the pancreas, liver and biliary system, intestine, in particular in the duodenum). Also, your cat was excluded from dangerous viral infections: leukemia and immunodeficiency. To correct the condition, Willis was prescribed and carried out the appropriate treatment: Reamberin, Ringer's solution, 0.9% sodium chloride solution, lilac, acilic, enterodesis was prescribed internally. Rabies is a dangerous contagious disease that ends fatally in animals and humans. Rabies is transmitted through contact between a healthy and a sick animal, rarely through objects or the environment. In case of suspicion of rabies in Willis, not only family members would be at risk, but all other people who have been in contact with the animal during the last 3 weeks, including the clinic staff. Children are at a special risk group, especially at the age of several months, because carrying out preventive measures in case of suspicion of infection with rabies is extremely dangerous for them, which must be taken into account by the veterinarian. Since absolutely reliable information about Willis's contact with other animals was not provided, and Willis was not vaccinated against rabies, a receipt was taken to provide complete and reliable information about the absence of such contacts. The Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation and the Code of the City of Moscow on Administrative Offenses provide for administrative liability for failure to comply with mandatory requirements in the field of veterinary medicine and untimely vaccination of animals against rabies. In cases in which the above offenses entail the spread of epizootics and other grave consequences, animal owners may be prosecuted in accordance with Part 1 of Article 249 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation. You are absolutely correct in asserting that animals suspected of disease, and even infection with rabies, should be immediately isolated and quarantined. But I disagree with the fact that you were given incomplete information: when asked about contact with other animals lately, we immediately said that Ulysses had contact with the kitten (acquaintances asked to look after him for a week, just before Ulysses the kitten was just vaccinated). Most likely the problem is that every time we were examined by a new doctor and asked all the same questions. The last doctor asked if there had been contacts in the last six months (I talked to her by phone) - and I replied that if you took six months, and not just recently, there was contact with another cat (who died of kidney disease recently). So I do not agree that this is the provision of incomplete information - when different people ask a hundred times, maybe the information circulates poorly between them, but whose fault is it then ?! Not ours, for sure. I was just talking to Anna Valerievna, she examined us at one of the last receptions. After she said that the suspicion of rabies and everyone who was in contact with the animal would die, she said that these symptoms could be due to a number of other diseases, but that she could not check for them, since she sent to laboratories are not allowed to potentially infectious material. I have been a regular client of the Center Veterinary Clinic on Tsvetnoy Boulevard for 15 years, but, apparently, I will have to look for another clinic. It got much worse. The qualifications of doctors have declined. Despite the presence of a mass of devices and devices for making a diagnosis, the diagnosis is not clearly made. A lot of people (much more than clients) walk around the clinic imposingly, slowly, picking their noses. Nobody is in a hurry to accept emergency animals, although they promise immediate help over the phone (7.07 York with a broken spine, 8.07 Guinea pig Sema - filled out the questionnaire). Only one doctor works from 9 pm, although all troubles with animals usually occur in the evening and on weekends. On July 8, at about 22-23 o'clock, a young trainee was simply naughty to a client with a heavy cat Dulcinea from the hospital. I'm not talking about prices. Well, okay, the prices, if they do help you, but if "you go to school, and then, bam, the second shift" - the animal is not helped. Build discipline. Shake the staff. Probably, the salaries are too good. I was very unhappy with the visits. I hope I won't come again. My dog (after all the manipulations for 6 tr and a lot of time spent) was never diagnosed with diarrhea - maybe worms ... I agree with the previous negative reviews.
