1. Prepare chicken wings - rinse, dry and cut off a thin phalanx.

2. In a bowl, mix flour with spices, milk and eggs. Grind unsweetened cereal until coarse crumbs.

3. Heat the oil in a frying pan, and in the meantime, dip the wings in the batter and roll them thoroughly in the corn crumbs.

4. It will take about 5-7 minutes to cook completely in boiling oil.

After cooking, the wings must be placed on a thick paper napkin, which will absorb excess oil.

Spicy wings in orange sauce

To prepare this dish, you will need a little free time, and the most simple products. We marinate the wings themselves in orange juice, and use orange zest, juice and tomato paste for cooking. This unusual sauce will cover our original, but extremely tasty chicken wings.

To prepare you will need:

  • 500 gr. chicken wings;
  • 100 ml. orange juice;
  • Salt and pepper;
  • 100 gr. butter;
  • 1 tbsp. spoon of brown sugar;
  • 1 teaspoon hot pepper;
  • Lemon or orange zest;
  • 2-3 cloves of garlic;
  • 150 gr. tomato ketchup;
  • Cilantro for serving.

Preparation:

1. Salt and pepper the prepared wings and after thoroughly mixing, add to them Orange juice. Marinate in this sauce for 30 minutes.

2. Place the wings in the oven for 25 minutes at 250 C.

3. Meanwhile, melt the butter in a saucepan, add spices and add garlic and zest, add tomato paste and pour in a little juice. Evaporate to desired thickness.

3. Pour the hot sauce over the finished chicken wings and stir until each piece is completely covered.

Be sure to sprinkle the finished dish with fresh cilantro leaves, but you can replace it with parsley. Urgently call your guests and household members and take a sample of the delicious dish.

How to bake wings in honey mustard marinade

The simplest recipe for marinated chicken wings in honey mustard sauce will appeal to all family members. Since the wings will not be spicy at all, this lunch is suitable for any age. And baking in the oven will make the dish less fatty. But simplicity should not create the illusion that the wings will not taste good.   • Wings – 550 gr.;

  13. We bake the wings without convection, in the “top-bottom” mode at 200 degrees for 10-15 minutes.
  14. Transfer the finished wings from the baking sheet to another bowl and serve with salads, fresh vegetables and a sauce made from Greek yogurt, garlic and herbs.

    Important! The finished wings should not be sticky - when you eat them, the sauce should not remain on your hands.



  • You can replace brown sugar in the recipe with liquid honey.
  • Wings can also be fried on the grill using a special grill, as well as on the grill.
