Functional intestinal disorder. How is the intestine dysfunction? What is functional disorders of the gastrointestinal

Frequent violations of the digestive system can be associated with functional intestinal disorder.

However, this concept is not a diagnosis, but is the name of a group of diseases that cause similar symptoms.

In order to get rid of the manifestations of the intestinal functional disorder, it is necessary to accurately determine what exactly causes violations in its activities and whether these symptoms are a consequence of other diseases.

Under the concept of functional disorders of the intestine, doctors imply changes in its activities accompanied by pain syndrome.

Such clinical conditions are rarely accompanied by violations in systemic and metabolic processes, changes in structural nature, since they do not have an organic basis.

Nevertheless, the symptoms accompanying disorders are able to significantly reduce the level of life comfort of patients.

According to the international classification of the pathologies of the Functional GBC, the main diseases of this category are considered:

  • intestinal irritation syndrome. It is manifested in abdominal discomfort in combination with a violation of the defecation process and the movement of key masses by intestines. Put the accurate diagnosis is possible if the described symptoms are repeated during the year;
  • functional bloating. Accompanied by a recurrent sense of inner resolving of the abdomen, but without its increase. Functional deviations of another type are absent;
  • functional constipation. It is manifested in infrequent, but difficult acts of defecation of unknown etiology. It may be accompanied by a feeling of residual path masses in the field of thick and rectum. The cause of dysfunction is not enough active intestinal transit;
  • functional diarrhea. Periodically repeated liquid stool syndrome without pain and unpleasant experiences. May be regarded as a separate disease or as the syndromic irritation of the intestinal tract;
  • nonspecific functional disorder. It takes accompanied by meteorism, hiring in the abdomen, feelings of cutting, against the background of the incomplete liberation of the intestinal tract, excessive amounts of gases, imperative urges to defecation.

The symptoms of most functional deviations in the work of the intestinal tract looks like it makes it difficult to diagnose.

Features of irritable intestinal syndrome

The intestinal irritation syndrome (CRK) is given a key place among other disease gastrointestinal diseases.

The CRC is a disease at which not only the regularity of the chair changes, but also the nature of the path masses in combination with painful sensations in the abdomen. And after the act of defecation, unpleasant symptoms disappear.

The character of the chair may indicate a variety of SRC, but provided that the patient did not use the drugs of a laxative or fixing action.

The feeling of pain and discomfort at the time of exacerbation of the intestinal functional disorder can occur in different parts of the abdomen.

Spasms or colic appear periodically and after a while disappear. The frequency and intensity of recurrence are individual.

To exacerbate irritable intestinal syndrome, the stool change is characteristic. In different patients, this symptom manifests itself in different ways - in the form of constipation, in the form of diarrhea or in the form of their alternation.

In this case, the chair may have a watery or ribbon character, contain mucus. Frequent urges can be observed for defecation, especially in the morning.

Other symptoms characteristic of intestinal functional disorder - nausea, appearance of belching, feeling of fatigue, lack of appetite, muscle and headaches, a large amount of gases, heartburn, back pain, irritation of the bladder.

Causes of the appearance of the functional disorder of the gastrointestinal

PCT disorder - a comprehensive phenomenon formed by many factors. Among them, the increased activity of individual sections of the digestive tract, fine and colon. Anomalous reduction in the muscles of the gastrointestinal tract causes pain sensations and leads to diarrhea or a constation.

The etiology of the abnormal activity of the muscles of the digestive tract is completely unclear.

At the moment, the following reasons for increasing the activity of the tract:

  • high activity of brain pulses, stimulating the activity of the digestive tract. This is possible due to stress or anxiety;
  • pCT infection. The virus or bacteria can provoke the attack of gastroenteritis accompanied by vomiting and diarrhea;
  • receiving antibiotics. After treatment with antibiotics, the balance can be disturbed between useful and harmful bowel bacteria, as a result of which the symptoms of the CPC are exacerbated;
  • less often violation of intestinal functions causes intolerance to some products. Such products belongs lactose, fatty acids, allergic substances contained in food.

In most cases, discoordination in the intestine is observed against the background of psycho-emotional deviations.

Depressive and hypochondriacifications occupy the main place in the number of deviations that contribute to the emergence of functional disorders.

Doctors are confident that the launching mechanism of the intestinal irritation is precisely stressful disorders.

Like a diet, the normalization of intestinal functions contributes to a healthy lifestyle, without stress and emotional shocks.

The syndrome of the irritable intestinal tract is observed in 20% of the working-age population of the world.

Determine the causes of the disorder is difficult, since this problem is complex.

But to cope with unpleasant SPR symptoms for everyone, if not forget about the preventive anti-stress measures and the importance of a healthy lifestyle.

Approximately the fifth part of the adult population of the planet, as statistics says, suffers from various manifestations of intestinal dysfunction. This disease occurs in some intestinal disorders and is often referred to as the intestinal disorder or the "irritable intestinal syndrome".

It manifests itself in the form of pain in stomach and stool disturbances, for which there are no certain reasons. This disease is functional and for this reason, rarely confirmed by various laboratory tests.

Causes and symptoms of intestinal dysfunction

Internal organs of man: intestines

Intestinal dysfunction manifests itself in people of all ages: from children, to people in adulthood. The most frequent reason for the development of the disease is the constant stressful state of the patient. Also reasons for the development of intestinal dysfunction can be:

In addition to various infectious diseases, the reason for the occurrence of intestinal dysfunction can be individual intolerance to certain products from the diet. Therefore, in some cases, the disease occurs after the unlimited use of oily food or products, which contain a large amount of fiber.

Sometimes allergic reactions to some products may cause intestinal dysfunction. Also, it occurs when the use of incompatible products or poor, low-quality foods. It is important to remember that with the development of pathology in the intestine, toxins are beginning to appear in it, which poorly affect the entire organism of the patient.

Intestine dysfunction in women can appear for special reasons. It occurs during the menstrual cycle, as a result of various hormonal disorders that can sometimes appear. Intestinal disorder is characterized by various negative symptoms. These include:

  1. owl of belly
  2. intestinal pain
  3. diarrhea
  4. constipation

Therefore, if there is no objective reason for any examination for any survey for any of the above symptoms, they can be caused by the intestinal dysfunction. Pain, in the abdomen, most often appear in the morning, after sleep. They are characterized by different intensity and can be both tolerable and strong enough.

Also in the morning time, the patient may suffer from meteorism and permanent diarrhea. It is accompanied by a constant feeling of the intestinal furnace, which sometimes does not disappear even after defecation. In addition to all this, the patient is experiencing a rumbling in the stomach, and a mucus can often be detected in the chair.

Pain sensations and diarrhea, in the intestinal dysfunction, can often manifest themselves especially after meals or during stress. Some people may experience tenessees - false calls for defecation, during which pain or unpleasant sensations are felt in the rectum.

These symptoms of the intestinal dysfunction can manifest itself in different patients in different ways: someone is pronounced, someone's vice versa. Nevertheless, if any symptoms still arise, then this is a completely objective reason to contact a specialist.

Intestinal disorder is a disease, for which there are a number of reasons. It is accompanied by various symptoms, the manifestation of which different people are expressed in different ways. The most common ones are: constipation, diarrhea, pain in the abdomen. In the event of these symptoms, it is desirable to seek advice from a specialist.

Treatment of intestinal dysfunction

The doctor needs to establish the cause of intestinal dysfunction

Before dealing with the treatment of intestinal dysfunction, the doctor must determine the cause of the disease. If a long-term stressful condition was the reason for its development, then the attending physician may recommend a patient with various relaxing classes: yoga, running, jogging, walk in the fresh air.

They contribute to the relaxation of the body and stabilize the state of the nervous system. If the stressful state does not pass and accompanies the patient a very long time, then it can be attributed to various sedatives and antidepressants.

If the causes of the intestinal dysfunction lies in something else, then, depending on them, the following drugs can be assigned:

  1. safety spasmodics - to fight painful sensations
  2. lastabilities - to combat constipation
  3. anti-diarrhea means - to combat diarrhea

To remove pain in the intestinal dysfunction, spacious, Niaspam, Duspatalin, etc. are often used. They have a relaxing effect on the intestines and contribute to its normal reduction. However, in some cases, their use is prohibited because they contain peppermint oil, which can not be taken to women during pregnancy.

Intestinal dysfunction wears another name - irritable intestinal syndrome

Laxative preparations softened feces and contribute to the normalization of the defecation process. Taking these drugs of the patient should consume a large amount of fluid in order to protect the body from dehydration. The intestinal dysfunction, accompanied by diarrhea, will require the use of various binding drugs, for example, immodium and loperamide.

They slow down the intestinal peristalsis and increase the duration of finding the carts in it. As a result, the liquid carriages have more time to thicken and emptying the intestines normalizes.

In the intestinal disorder, it is recommended to follow various diets, the therapeutic effect of which is similar to the effects of drugs. Patients who suffer from constipation must be made more fluid, there is a bran bread, various oils, fish, meat, porridge. At the same time, it is extremely undesirable to drink coffee, which, kissels, chocolates and baking from a dough.

In diarrhea, food, accelerating intestinal peristalsis and its emptying process should be excluded from the dietary sick. In the diet can include coffee, tea, dry cookies. The use of kefir and cottage cheese is recommended, and eggs and meat - for a while are excluded.

Special additives containing beneficial bacteria can be added to food, contributing to the normalization of the intestinal operation.

The treatment of intestinal dysfunction is made depending on the causes caused by the disease. If the cause of the disease is stress, then classes and preparations are recommended that have a soothing effect on the nervous system. With constipation and diarrhea, it is recommended to receive special medicines and various diets that contribute to the normalization of intestinal functions.

Intestinal dysfunction in a child

Intestinal dysfunction is quite often in patients of gastrotransactions

Intestinal disorder in children is a rather frequent disease, so parents need to know what it can be caused. In small age children, intestinal disorders can be due to the insufficient development of the digestion system, which is not adapted to the normal absorption of some products. Older children may suffer from intestinal dysfunction for the same reasons as adults.

The differences are that children and adults have a disease with some differences. Children are worse to transfer diarrhea and symptoms that accompany it. Intestine dysfunction in children lasts longer than an adult and does not pass on their own. The body of the kid is needed help to combat the disease. Parents should carefully follow the prescriptions of the pediatrician doctor, since there is a danger that ordinary diarrhea will grow into dysbacteriosis, and this is a much more serious illness.

Deviations from the normal functioning of the digestive system leads to a violation of various metabolic processes, which leads to a general deterioration of the state of all organism systems. Of these, you can allocate:

  • reducing immunity
  • reducing attention and baby memory
  • lethargy
  • increased irritability

In children, this disease may have an infectious or non-infectious nature. The first are more simple in diagnosis and treatment, but the second will require a more serious analysis of symptoms and conducting various tests. In the non-infectious type diarrhea, preparations, designed to combat microbes, can be prescribed by the doctor: the most likely perpetrators of the appearance of the disorder. Inadequate treatment of diarrhea in the baby can lead to an acute form of the disease, which usually passes within a week.

Intestinal dysfunction has many additional symptoms

In cases where the diarrhea and the symptoms associated with it last longer, the manifestation of chronic intestinal disorder is possible. This form of the disease is characterized by the fact that even after diarrhea ceases, single cases of manifestation of nausea and vomiting are possible, sharp temperatures in the baby.

Diarrhea in older children can be caused by an incorrect diet, the absence of various vitamins, poisoning in poor food, infections and allergic reactions. If diarrhea has a duration of more than a day, it is extremely desirable to seek help from a specialist doctor.

These symptoms may be caused by some diseases of children (Scarlatina, Kor), which are not recommended to be treated independently, as it is dangerous for a child. The attending physician will conduct the necessary diagnosis and prescribe the right treatment. The intestinal disorder in children differs depending on their age. So, in children up to a year, it may be caused by the insufficient development of the digestion system, and more older children have the causes for the intestinal dysfunction, it may be similar to the reasons for this disease in adults.

In the event of various symptoms of pathology in a child, it is necessary to apply to the doctor, since self-medication in this case can be dangerous to the health of the baby.

The intestinal dysfunction is a disease that suffers from up to 20% of the adult population of the planet. It can be characterized by various symptoms: pain in the abdomen, constipation, diarrhea. In the treatment of the disease, it is necessary to properly establish its cause, and then appoint an adequate course of treatment, supported by a special diet.

There are somewhat more dangerous in the functioning of the intestine in children than in adults, especially if a child is less than one year old. The treatment of the disease in this case should be carried out only depending on the recommendations of the specialist doctor.

How does the stomach disorder in children appear? The symptoms of this pathological state will be listed below. You will also learn why this disease develops and how it should be treated.

Basic information

The stomach disorder in children is a fairly common phenomenon. As is known, the said organ is among the main elements that make up the human digestion system. Interruptions in his work adversely affect not only the patient's well-being, but also on his health in general.

The functional disorder of the stomach in children is a special state at which one of the functions of the body under consideration (for example, a motor or secretory) is disturbed. At the same time, a small patient feels a noticeable epigastric pain and is experiencing a significant sense of discomfort.

A characteristic feature of such a state is the absence of any structural changes on the mucous membrane of the stomach. Thus, diagnosis is made on the basis of a survey of patient, available symptoms, results of analyzes and other studies.

Disease varieties, their causes

The disorder of the stomach in children, and more precisely its type, is determined by several factors that caused the imbalance in its work. Primary disorders are independent diseases. The main reasons for their development are the following:

Why does the stomach disorder in children arise? Secondary reasons for such pathology are accompanying factors or the consequences of other internal organs. These include the following:

  • diseases of vessels and hearts;
  • failures in the work of the gastrointestinal organs;
  • disorders in the work of the endocrine system;
  • chronic infections;
  • organic or functional CNS diseases.

Most often, the stomach disorder in children does not arise due to one, but because of several factors that were indicated above.

Symptoms of the disease

Now you know that it represents such a pathological condition as a stomach disorder. Symptoms in children, however, as in adults, can be different. In modern medicine distinguish several clinical paintings of this disease:

  • dyspepsic;
  • painful;
  • mixed.

Typically, the functional disorder of the stomach in children is accompanied by such unpleasant signs as pain in the epigastric area. At the same time, children, and adults speak of parodious pains, which are usually concentrated in the field of navel and are inconsistent.

In the kids, with such pathology, light pain may develop, especially when pressed on the stomach.

Signs of illness

If the temperature and indigestion of the child in the child should be referred to as a pediatrician. It is also necessary to visit the doctor if a little patient has a bad appetite, a feeling of gravity in the stomach, as well as belching with a smell of rotten or acidic food and nausea, turning into vomiting.

According to the allegations of specialists, a strong vomitive reflex in a child can talk about the presence of pylorospasm. It should also be noted that difficulties with swallowing food in the kid may indicate the development of cardiospasm.

Other symptoms of disease

How does the stomach disorder manifest itself (the treatment of such a disease is only a gastroenterologist)? The disease under consideration in kids is often accompanied by excessive sweating, emotional instability, the instability of the heart and blood vessels, as well as other internal organs.

It should also be noted that such a disorder of the main digestive body has special forms in which such symptoms are observed as Aerophagia (that is, the strong extermination by air), acute expansion of the stomach and the usual vomiting (including sharp attacks of vomiting).

All listed symptoms require special attention from doctors. But to put the correct diagnosis, it should be relying not only on the identified signs of disorder, but also on the results of the tests. Only in this case, the specialist will be able to prescribe treatment, as well as correct the power supply of his patient.

According to statistics, the children and adolescents suffer much more often than adults from the gastric disorder. This fact is explained by the fact that it is at young people who are inextricably connected with computer and other electronic techniques that regularly arise psycho-emotional overload. By the way, on the background of this, many children and adolescents forget about regular and full-fledged meals, snacking hamburgers and drinking them with strong drinks. Typically, the results of such behavior are not forced to wait long.

A child has a stomach disorder: what to do?

Modern food does not always meet all the requirements of quality and safety. Therefore, the diseases of the gastrointestinal bodies came out in the first place among all others.

Very often, such a problem arises in young children and adolescents, especially if their parents are not particularly followed by their nutrition. So what to treat a stomach disorder in a child? To eliminate the cause of this ailment, doctors recommend using non-drug methods. As them, experts offer the following:

  • Normalization of the power mode. This includes a selection of high-quality and safe products, the availability of various hot dishes in the menu, the regularity of food, the absence of coffee, hot chocolate and carbonated drinks consumed, as well as the complete exclusion of fried, sharp, oily and salty foods.
  • If the stomach disorder in an adult is associated with harmful working conditions, they need to be eliminated. To do this, refuse to work at night, as well as cancel frequent business trips.
  • Healthy lifestyle. Such a method of eliminating the causes of gastric disorder involves regular sports and physical education, alternation of work and recreation, rejection of bad habits (for example, from smoking or abuse of alcoholic beverages).

In most cases, when the stomach disorder, such events allow not only to significantly improve the patient's condition, but also eliminate failures in the work of other internal organs.

The temperature and disorder of the stomach in the child can be observed not only in the early, but also in adolescence. By the way, in such children the signs of the pathology under consideration are very similar to gastritis. To put a more accurate diagnosis, a morphological confirmation is required.

Drugs from the stomach disorder in children are used with more serious disorders, as well as the presence of a huge number of symptoms of this disease. In addition, with this condition, a special diet is appointed to the patient.

Medicia treatment

What remedy for stomach disorder for children should be used? Experts argue that, to eliminate motor disorders, kids may be appointed drugs of the following groups: antispasmodics, cholinolities, selective cholinomimetics and prokinetics. If you need to adjust secretory disorders, doctors recommend using antacids or cholinolics.

With a vegetative disorders, drugs and various herbs that have a sedative effect are allowed to apply drugs. Also, with such pathology, accelerates, antidepressants, electrosone, massage, gymnastics, water procedures are often used. If gastric disorders arose due to psycho-emotional overload, the psychiatrist consultation is shown.

Treatment of small children

If adolescents and adult people can be prescribed various drugs and other procedures, then for young children, such treatment methods are not suitable. So what to do if a similar disease arose from the kid?

The main condition for the successful therapy of the stomach disorder in a small child is to use sufficient liquid that helps prevent the body's dehydration.

If, with gastric pathologies, the child willingly and more often takes the chest, as well as a bottle with a mixture, then it should not be limited in this. Also additionally, the baby is required to give an electrolytic solution. The drug "Regidron" can act as it. This tool will help restore the water balance in the children's body.

According to experts, with gastric disorders to give the child fruit juices with glucose should not be. Also, babies are forbidden to use carbonated drinks. If you neglect this advice, the listed products contribute to the increase in diarrhea and will significantly exacerbate the condition of the child. By the way, the kids are not recommended to produce both drugs, as they are contraindicated to children under 12 years old.

If the sick child is already 6 months already, then when developing a strong diarrhea, it can be puree from a ripe banana or rice decoction. Older children are perfectly suitable starch products and chicken meat.

If a liquid chair during a stomach disorder in a child is observed for two days and more, and the dietary constraints are not reflected in its condition, then it is necessary to consult a doctor. Independently acquire drugs intended for the treatment of such a state, it is not recommended in pharmacies.

Sequencing

The expediency of using certain drugs, their doses, as well as the duration of therapy of gastric disorders is determined only by the doctor.

If the disease under consideration has secondary causes of development, the treatment should also be directed to the elimination of basic symptoms, and on those pathologies that caused the disorder itself. For this, a sick child or an adult man with complaints about severe pain in the stomach should be registered with the therapist or a gastroenterologist for a period of 12 months. At the same time, the examinations of the patient should be carried out every six months.

Diet with a stomach disorder in a child is very important for the recovery process. The correct power for the baby or adult is appointed by a doctor. At the same time, the doctor must issue a patient with a brochure with an indication of prohibited and allowed products.

With particularly severe cases, the patient is assigned to the reception of sedatives, as well as moderate loads.

If after some time the main signs of gastric disorders are no longer repeated, then more intensive therapy is not required. In this case, the patient is removed from the record.

If, when the stomach disorder does not appeal to the doctor on time, then the child may have serious violations in the gastrointestinal bodies that are able to go into peptic disease or chronic gastritis. In this case, the symptoms and treatment will differ significantly.

Proper nutrition of the child with a stomach disorder is very important. Usually a special diet is used during the exacerbation of the disease. At the same time, the diet of the child includes nicotinic acid and additional vitamins C and group V.

All dishes designed for a patient kid must be prepared exclusively for a couple. Also products can be used in boiled form.

Feeding when the stomach disorder should be fractionally, that is, up to 6 times a day. As the main symptoms of the patient's disease are transferred to a balanced diet. He is also recommended a sparing diet.

What preventive measures to take the stomach disorder does not have any or your child? The primary prevention of the disease under consideration is to introduce a healthy lifestyle. This will not only entail the elimination of many reasons that cause violations in the work of the gastrointestinal bodies, but also will simply improve the patient's condition.

According to experts, proper compliance with the day of the day, the lack of physical overloads, balanced nutrition, as well as the elimination of nerve stresses will help significantly reduce the number of patients, including children, with the diagnosed diagnosis.

If the child has diseases of the abdominal organs, or glides are observed, which contribute to the development of gastric disorders, preventive measures must be carried out in conjunction with the treatment that is currently being carried out. In order to rehabilitate a small patient, he is shown sanatorium-resort therapy.

Functional intestinal disorder is a pathological process associated with the impairment of nutrients. It manifests itself in the form of spasms and pain in the abdomen, meteorism, diarrhea or constipation. The disease can develop in a person of any age, regardless of sexuality. The reasons contributing to its occurrence, many: constant stress, acute and chronic intestinal infections, dysbacteriosis, individual intolerance to some food products, genetic predisposition.

Often the FRZHT accompanies diabetes mellitus, inflammation of the organs of the genitourinary system in women, oncological diseases. The provoking factors are considered: consumption of oily, fried and salted food, plant fiber; Surgical interventions in the abdominal cavity.

Disturbing of the digestive system promotes long-term antibacterial, cytostatic and hormonal therapy. Functional disorders of the gastrointestinal tract are often found in people who have bad habits. In children, such diseases are developing against the background of intestinal infections, food poisoning and gliste invasions. Since there are many causes of the disease, it is not possible to identify them. Treatment should be started with the elimination of provoking factors - exceptions from the diet of certain products, refusing to harmful habits and excessive physical exertion.

Clinical picture of the disease

The characteristic symptoms of the FRCT are pain in the abdomen, increasing after the proceeds of food, emotional overvoltage or stress. Increased gas formation is accompanied by hydration and belching. Another feature of the intestinal functional disorder is nausea, often the ending attack of vomiting. The belching usually occurs through which time after meals is connected with involuntary diaphragm reductions, pushing gases from the stomach. Diarrhea develops against the background of strong irritation of the intestinal mucous membranes. Callery masses have a dark color, the act of defecation is accompanied by severe pain syndrome. The chair happens to 8 times a day.

Such a state with time is replaced by constipation, defecation occur less than 3 times a week. This symptom may be associated with incorrect power, in which there are no products that stimulate the peristaltics in the diet. This form of intestinal disorders is characteristic of children and the elderly. Tenses are false poses to defecation, accompanied by spasms and painful sensations. During the day, up to 20 attacks are observed.

Intestinal disorders in gliscate invasions are characterized by the appearance of bleeding impurities in the cartoons. In addition to typical signs, FRZHT can have both common. The symptoms of the body intoxication are manifested in the form of general weakness, respiratory failure, reinforced sweating and increasing temperature. Violation of intestinal functions is negatively reflected in the skin condition. Angry rash, psoriasis, erythema - signals of the failure of the digestive system. There is a decrease in the amount of collagen produced and accelerated skin aging. Chronic forms of intestinal dysfunction contribute to the development of arthritis, heart failure, urolithiasis, hypertension and diabetes.

In children, FRZHT has several other symptoms. The child's body is harder to transfer diarrhea and the pathological conditions associated with it. The disease is distinguished by a protracted flow and in all cases requires immediate treatment. The usual diarrhea often develops into dysbacteriosis. Incorrect intestinal operation negatively affects endocrine, nervous and immune systems. The child often sick, becomes sluggish, apathetic, inattentive.

Diagnosis and treatment of disease

If the FRZhT acquires a chronic character, it is necessary to contact the gastroenterologist. A full examination of the digestive system will detect the cause of disorders. A nutritionist is a specialist who will help the patient to choose a power scheme based on the existing disease. Diagnostics begins with inspection and survey of the patient, laboratory and hardware research methods - blood analysis, uriria and feces, FGDS, colonoscopy, irrigoscopy and computed tomography.

Based on the results of the survey, the final diagnosis is made, the degree of functional disorders is determined. In each 5 case, the cause of FRCT is psychological disorders. In such cases, the course of treatment includes psychotherapeutic techniques. Mandatory is to change the lifestyle and diet. Successful treatment of the disease is impossible without identifying and eliminating its cause.

Medical therapy is prescribed in the chronic flow of a pathological process that contributes to the deterioration of the general condition of the body. These may be laxatives, fixing or antibacterial drugs, prebiotics. Antidepressants are used in psychosomatic disorders.

Additionally, physiotherapeutic procedures are appointed: autotrehenings, swimming, exercises, exercise, yoga, massage and therapeutic baths. Folk treatments imply the reception of decoctions and informations of medicinal plants. The most effective in the FRCT is the peppermint, chamomile, mustard powder, the bark of the Duma and partitions of walnuts. With violation of the intestinal functions caused by melted invasions, the grass of the vegetables or a hollow bitter is used. All of these funds should be applied only with the permission of the doctor, self-treatment is unacceptable.

- This is a number of pathologies that are associated with a violation of motility and the secretory of the stomach without significant changes in the structure of the mucous membrane. Manifested symptoms of dyspepsia (nausea, loss of appetite, periodic vomiting) and painful syndrome. For diagnosis, the following studies are carried out: fractional gastric probing, esophagogastroscopy, electric shepography, stomach radiography, ultrasound of the abdominal organs. Treatment - conservative, includes drug therapy, diet and therapy, the correct power mode.

General

Functional disorders of the stomach are the diseases under which the work of the body (secretion, motoric) suffers, but pathological changes do not affect its structure. In the future, it is possible both the disappearance of symptoms and complete cure and the transition of disorders into more serious organic pathology. They suffer mostly young people, men are twice as often than women. According to different estimates, the functional disorders of the stomach falls from 1.5% to 58.8% of all gastroduodenal pathology. Such different estimates are related to the fact that during the diagnosis formation, various approaches are used and adequate additional research is not always carried out. If you suspect the functional stomach disorders, you should contact a consultation to the gastroenterologist or therapist.

Causes of functional disorders of the stomach

Functional disorders of the stomach may have a primary or secondary origin. The factors caused by the occurrence of primary disorders include irregular nutrition, food is dry, the abuse of fried or sharp dishes. Violations can develop due to alcoholism, smoking, physical overvoltage, work in hot shops, bacterial infections and gliscate invasions, stress. Secondary disorders include states arising against the background of chronic diseases of various organs of the digestive system, vegetative-vascular dystonia, kidney diseases, hearts and vessels, spine, foci of chronic inflammation or infection.

Irregular meals lead to a violation of the cyclicality of the secretion of the gastric juice, excess of gastrointestinal hormones. Some dishes (fried, with a large number of sharp seasonings) can irritate a gastral mucous membrane, and smoking, especially an empty stomach, provokes the release of gastrin, which stimulates the production of digestive juices in the stomach. Stresses and nervous disorders lead to a violation of neuroendocrine regulation. With secondary functional disorders, the first place is increasing the effect of the wandering nerve (parasympathetic system), which stimulates the motorcy and secretion.

In most cases, motility suffers from the functional disorders of the stomach, the evacuation of solid content in the lower gastrointestinal departments is disturbed. Pains are connected with the arrhythmic strong cuts of the walls, sometimes there is a reverse record. It is often disturbed not only the motorcycle of the stomach, but also the motor function of the duodenum, the weakness of the sphincters occurs. The secretion in the stomach is enhanced, which causes heartburn and pain in the top of the abdomen.

Classification of the functional disorders of the stomach

Taking into account the causes of the occurrence of pathology, the functional stomach disorders are divided into primary and secondary. In addition, the following types of body disorders are distinguished: hypersthenic, hypostenial, normostic, asthenic. On clinical features, such forms are distinguished: painful, dyspeptic, mixed.

There are several special forms of the functional disorders of the stomach, for example, acute expansion of the stomach, aerophagia and usual vomiting. In the formulation of the diagnosis, the type and form of the disease must indicate.

Symptoms of functional disorders of the stomach

Most of the symptoms of the stomach functional disorders are clearly associated with specific causes of the disease. Pains appear after errors in diet, stressful situations. Pains in epigastrics are localized or around the navel. We have a good character, sometimes can move into acute intensive pain. Also, patients complain about nausea, gravity in the area of \u200b\u200bthe stomach after meals, heartburn. For aerophage typical, filling is rotten. Sudden, regularly repeated vomiting is characteristic of the syndrome of the usual vomiting.

A specific feature of symptoms with functional disorders of the stomach is its subjectivity and impermanence. Complaints of patients are often contradictory, not very specific, with emotional color. Characteristic is their behavior and appearance. Patients have an asthenic physique, they are emotionally labils. Most of them are not powered incorrectly, work a lot or learn, have various personal problems.

During the general inspection, signs of vegetative-vascular dystonia are often revealed - the pallor of the skin, cold limbs, a rapid or labile pulse, high sweating. At palpation, a slight pain in the top of the abdomen or around the navel is detected. An important criterion for diagnosis is the shortness of complaints. The disease should not last more than a year or one and a half. Otherwise, it is necessary to suspect more serious pathology.

Diagnostics of the functional disorders of the stomach

To study the features of the secretion of the stomach produce fractional gastric probing. The method allows to determine the volume of gastric juice, its acidity, amount of free hydrochloric acid. Sounding is carried out on an empty stomach (basal secretion study) and after stimulation by histamine or pentagastrine (stimulated secretion). A more modern method of studying a secretory function is an intraventric PH-Metron. It allows you to assess the properties of the gastric juice and the features of its allocation directly inside the stomach.

Electrheasterographics (EGG) is carried out with the help of a special electro-handrograph. It allows you to study the bioelectric activity of the gastric wall. Using this technique, the type of functional disorder of the stomach (hypersthenic, atonic, normal) is determined. To study the motility, an x-ray of a stomach with barium contrast is also used, which allows you to estimate the speed of evacuation of the content, the state of the sphincter, the tone of the walls, the volume of the organ.

Treatment of functional disorders of the stomach

Therapy depends on the cause and degree of functional disorders of the stomach. It is recommended to change the mode and quality of the power. The food must be taken 3-4 times a day, at least once a day there are hot liquid dishes. It should be limited to products that may irritate the mucous membrane (too sharp seasonings, pickled and fatty dishes, smoked all kinds). Very often, the correction of nutrition leads to a significant decrease in or to complete the disappearance of symptoms, and drug treatment is not required.

If the patient has neuroveptative disorders, it is prescribed cholinolics of non-selective sedative action. Disorders of the nervous system can be corrected by reassuring phytopreparations, small tranquilizers, such as diazepams, oxazepam. In more severe cases, antidepressants are prescribed.

For the treatment of disorders of the motor function and removal of pain syndrome, antispasmodics are prescribed (DROTAVERINA, PAPAVERIN). A good effect is given cholinolics and selective cholinomimetics, sometimes sick are recommended to taking nitrates. In the syndrome of the usual vomiting, metoclopramid is prescribed, Domperidon. Secretor disorders are adjusted with the help of cholinolithics of selective action (Pyrenezepine, Telenzepine), antacids.

Forecast with the functional disorders of the stomach

With the functional disorders of the stomach, the forecast is quite favorable. The basic requirement is to make a diagnosis and start treatment in time. It is very important for the patient to change the type of food, more rest and not overload the nervous system. If the disease arose in a young or adolescence, it can go through a year or two, when the neareegetative system will begin to work more stable, violations associated with age-related changes are eliminated.

With adverse circumstances, the functional stomach disorders go into more serious diseases - the stomach ulcer, chronic gastritis. This happens in the absence of treatment, regular disorders of diet, stress. Sometimes the transition of functional disorders to organic is associated with an infection or activation of Helicobacter Pylori. The prevention of pathology is to comply with the rational nutrition, the regime of labor and recreation, physical activity, the elimination of stress.

Functional disorders constitute most of mental disorders. We are talking about violations for which the causal factor of organic nature has not yet been identified. This is the main disorder of behavior or mental functions associated, apparently, with a change in the activity of the nervous system; They seriously make it difficult or impossible normal ways to adapt to social conflicts. For no matter, these violations refer to the category of psychosis or neuroses (see Document 12.4).

Schizophrenic disorders

In the US, more than a quarter of all patients undergoing treatment for behavioral disorders were diagnosed with schizophrenia, and about 50% of the latter were under 25 years old (Blum, 1978). We are talking about people who have disorganization of behavior, including those that feel "quite adapted." Perception, as well as the form and content of thoughts they have changed. Gestures lose their value, and as a result of relations with the outside world interrupted (Fig. 12.8).

Fig. 12.8. The horror that admired this woman and standing in her glance completely slices it from other people and overlaps all the ways to normal communication. This is exactly the case when a person is glued with Schizophrenia label.

The problem with which psychiatry faces, dealing with this disorder, however, is that it is difficult to talk about it onemental illness; The inability of psychiatry to consider it otherwise leads to the fact that very many patients fall into this poorly delimited category (see Documents 4.6).

It has not yet been identified with a certain biological factor, which would explain the development of this disorder. In some studies in the twins, attempts were made to show that these factors have a genetic nature. However, as in the study of the hereditary transmission of mental abilities, in such cases it is always difficult to determine whether the child is a schizophrenic as a result of the fact that he inherited certain genes from schizophrenic parents, or because they were brought up with them *.

* According to one of the biochemical hypotheses, dopamine is responsible for the development of schizophrenia, the excess of which in synapses is celebrated in many schizophrenics; It is not known, however, how in this case dofamine acts and whether this excess of dopamine is a hereditary or acquired feature (Owen et al., 1978).

Environmental factors are better studied, the role of which various hypotheses was put forward. Attempts were made to explain the behavior of schizophrenic to the reaction to excessive caring, the dismissive attitude or the overwhelming influence of the mother, frequently repeated situations of "double coercion" (see ch. 11), the gap of attachments in childhood or, finally (according to behaviorists), exposure to factors Social reinforcement that contributed to the development of abnormal behavior.

The fact that not everyone has been treated with this way in childhood, subsequently fall into psychiatric hospitals, suggests that some people apparently have a hereditary predisposition or "born fragility", which makes them more sensitive to traumatic environmental factors. . Thus, the occurrence of schizophrenic disorders, as well as the development of mental abilities (see Dossier 9.1), best explains epigenetic approach.

According to the classification of DSM III, there are four types of schizophrenia:

1. Unisemedizedschizophrenia, which is characterized by confusion of thinking, nonsense and hallucinations that are not associated with some particular topic, and, finally, emotional experiences that are inadequate or bizarre.

2 . Kat.aTONIC FORMwith the characteristic features of psychomotor behavior: the patient is capable of keeping the same pose or suddenly, without the influence of any external incentives, move to the rapid motor activity (Fig. 12.9).

Fig.12.9. The immobility that this person can remain for hours, completely torn off from the outside world, is the main symptom of catatonic type schizophrenia.

3. Paranoid formwith delirium, greatness or persecution, which is accompanied by hallucinations, but is not associated with any narrow theme.

4. Schizophrenia uncertain typewhich includes all cases of disease that do not relate to the three categories described above.

Paranoid disorders

DSM II refers to this category the persistent forms of nonsense, clearly connected with the mania of greatness, persecution or jealousy, turning into a patient in an obsessive idea. In such cases, they talk about paranas . However, it is difficult to determine at what point a person begins to leave reality into the world of own interpretations and to what extent its paranoid disorders are not related to such physical defects as, for example, deafness, or with such external circumstances, as loneliness after moving to a new residence .

Affective disorders

Schizophrenic and paranoid disorders are manifested mainly in the cognitive region, not accompanied by any significant deviations in the emotional sphere. In cases where the behavior shows the loss of control in the emotional plan, for example, an excessive tide of energy or, on the contrary, deep depression, talk about affective disorders.

According to DSM III, bipolar disordercharacterized by alternating two states -Manyacinalwhen the patient is extremely excited, he speaks without a silence, jumping from one thought to another, or that and the case is struggling with a neurotic laugh, and deep depressionthe patient in the state of complete passivity, permeated by a sense of uselessness and insignificance of life *.

* Apparently, a "mood stabilizer" during manic-depressive states can serve as lithium carbonate, which affects the norepinenenal metabolism in the brain. However, its therapeutic doses are approaching toxic.

Deep depressionmaybe the only "pole" of affective disorder. It is in this case that the longing to despair, accompanied by painful thoughts and food failure, or simply to leave the bed with reluctance.

Neurotic depressionit has a smaller severity and most often arises as a result of fatigue or stress. It is expressed in a more or less conscious refusal from any activity that loses its meaning for a person.

Alarm states

Along with somatoforms and dissociative disorders, we are talking about in subsequent sections, the alarming states are included in the group of diseases called Freud neurosis, -irrational forms of behavior, when a person in a collision with a situation that generates anxiety cannot overcome it in conventional ways, but does not lose contact with reality. A characteristic feature of alarming states - a clearly expressed sentence of anxiety, which can be either generalized (as in the case of panic disorders)or associated with any object, thought or action (both with phobias and obsessive-compulsive disorders).

Phobia.The phobia is an irrational, strong and non-actual fear of fear of anything - open space (for example, fear of areas, parks or large stores in agoraphobia), closely closed space (under claustrophobia), height (for acrofobia), harmless Animals (for zoofobia) or any object (usually lively), which other people have no excessive fear (Fig. 12.10).

Fig. 12.10. Phobia-severe irrational and groundless fear of the fact that other people have no fear. How is your case with fear of snakes, whose seems to be completely deprived of this little girl?

Panic disorders.These disorders that Freud called horror neurosis, in contrast to phobias characterized generalized alarmemerging out of connection with any particular situation. They manifest themselves in the form of seizures accompanied by heartbeat, the abundant sweat of sweat and sometimes reaching the loss of consciousness. The patient aware that his "horror" is irrational, but to resist him unable.

Ossessive compulsive disorders.These disorders are manifested in thoughts or motivations that take intrusive character (obsession) and often generate an irresistible desire to make a certain action to free themselves from anxiety (compulcia). A person is aware of the irrationality and the uselessness of such actions and therefore constantly "breaks" between the desire to make them and hold them. Most often, compulsive, obsessive actions are associated with fear of microbes and consist in "ritual" washing of certain parts of the body.

Somatoform disorders

We are talking about disorders with physical symptoms. The patient complains of paralysis or in pain in the chest, not discovering, however, no organic signs of the disease.

Covering disorders.Anomalies of this type Freud called conversion hysteria.This is a violation of any physiological function of the body, manifested in the form of paralysis of the limb, nervous tick, full or partial voice loss, hand or leg rigidity, sudden blindness, etc. Although such symptoms are developing in the absence of any Physical anomalies, patients do not simulate them. Their reason should be sought in the mental sphere, assuming that the patient is trying to resolve the unconscious conflict, "converting" him to the somatic sphere.

Somatized disorders.Unlike conversion, somatization is not accompanied by any somatic symptoms. The person complains about the painful sensations that do not have a clear localization, which makes it refer to various doctors and one after another try different medicines, none of which helps him. The greatest difficulty associated with this type of disorders usually developing in persons under 30 years is that a person refuses to accept the psychological explanation of his illness and often be convinced that only surgery can help him.

Hypochondria.This is an exaggerated concern of his own health, peculiar to some people of mature age. As a rule, this concern concerns the state of a certain body or some kind of disease, which a person learned from the television program or read in the journal and all the symptoms of which he finds. The tendency to the "hypochondriac syndrome" sometimes discover also students studying medicine and psychology when they acquire knowledge about the physical and mental pathology of a person *.

* Thus, among somatic disorders due to psychological reasons, it should be distinguished:

1) psychosomatic disorders whose symptoms are associated with a certain body;

2) conversion disorders whose symptoms are associated with a certain function of the body;

3) Hypochondriatic disorders whose symptoms are imagining.

Dissociative disorders

These disorders, as well as Somatoform, Freud referred to hysterical neurosis. The new classification offered in DSM III highlights them in a special category, emphasizing that dissociative disorders are a way to avoid stress not by "conversion" of internal conflict into the somatic sphere, but using sudden changes at the memory level, motor behavior, identification or Consciousness.

Psychogenic Amnesia -easiness, developing without a visible physical reason as a result of mental shock or stress. It is in this case about active "forgetting", selectively affecting one or more events injured. In other words, those events that a person forgets, "postponed him in memory," regardless of all other memories, which are completely preserved.

Psychogenic flightit lies in the fact that a person sharply breaks with his eternal way of life so that in another place to start a new life as another "I". When, after a while, a person restores its former "I", the whole episode of the "escape" falls from his memory.

Multiple personit is characteristic of a person who has a different personality with high complexity and integrity at different times of time. Each of these "temporary" personalities allows a person to experience the feelings and impulses that his "home" person rejects and constantly ignores (Schreiber, 1978). There are cases when more than 20 different personalities alternate in one person (Fig. 12.11).

Fig.1.11. Multiple personality is extremely rarely encountered anomaly. Its manifestations more than once became the main theme of novels and such films, such as "three Lika Eva".

Depersonalizationit is characterized by the loss of human contact with everyday life, which leads him to the perception of life as a dream and the impression that all his thoughts and actions are outside of its control *.

* This disorder should not be mixed with schizophrenia, at which there is a complete separation from reality. In the case of dissociative disorders, a person "functions" in all those areas that perceives his personality.

Psychosxual disorders

There are numerous forms of manifestation of sexuality, which only enrich the sex life of partners. In this sense, even the deviant (deviating) behavior cannot be regarded as pathology, if it is manifested by people voluntarily. Therefore, psychosexual disorders are ranked in DSM III only cases of sexual identification disorders, sexual deviations focused on unusual objects, violations of sexual functions or anxiety associated with homosexuality.

Violation of sex identificationincludes mainly transsexualismi.e. the desire to be the creature of the opposite sex. Apparently, hormonal treatment and surgical intervention in order to form a penis in a woman who wants to turn into a man, or female genital organs in a man who wants to become a woman can make the lives of such people more attractive.

Also known are also diverse parafilia- Deviations in which sexual satisfaction is associated with unusual objects or forms of activity. Mainly the men meet travism,i.e. the need to dress and behave in female, but moreover, without any desire to change the floor or enter the homosexual relationship (Fig. 12.12). Fetishismit is that sexual attraction and excitation is provoked by only one part of the body (for example, a finger) or inanimate object (nylon stocking, shoes, female underwear, etc.). Zoophiliarelated to preference of sexual animal relationships. Pedophiliait is characterized by attachment to children under the sexual maturity as sexual partners. It seems that however, that in this case the purpose of sexual relations is more likely to be a lot of touch, rather than sexual act, and that, contrary to popular belief, there are many more cases of cases of heterosexual, and not homosexual attraction *. Voyeurismit is a disorder in which a person is able to receive sexual satisfaction, only watching unfamiliar people involved in sexual activity without their knowledge. Exhibitionismit is that a person is experiencing sexual excitement from an unexpected effect, which in strangers produces the genitals to them (for the most part, however, the exhibitionist is not looking for sexual contact with outsiders).

In addition, in 85% of cases, a family friend or acquaintance participates in such relationships.

Fig. 12.12. Travism is characterized by the desire to dress and behave as the face of the opposite sex.

Sadismand masochism -psychosxual deviations, the first of which is expressed in the need to cause a partner of suffering, and the second - in the need to be humiliated and suffering to achieve sexual satisfaction. As noted, about psychosexual anomaly in such cases, it is possible to speak only when the sexual partner of the sadist is not a masochist, and vice versa.

Fig. 12.13. In the mid-1970s, a strong movement of the protest of homosexuals, defended their rights to the way of life, which would correspond to their natural inclinations.

One of the psychosexual problems is violation of sexual function.It may be due to men either with a complete inability to achieve or maintain erection (sexual powerlessness), or with the inability to control the ejaculation reflex (premature ejaculation), and in women - with the lack of sexual excitement, inability to achieve orgasm (anorgazmia) or complete or Partial counteracting the vagina penetration of the penis due to involuntary spasms (vaginism).

Egodistonic homosexuality- The only form of disorders associated with homosexuality, which is considered in DSM III. It is advisory to people who have homosexual behavior accompanied by anxiety and a strong sense of guilt. It is possible, however, to wonder: is it not possible in this case about the disorder, for the existence of which would be much less than the reasons if the society belonged to a homosexual orientation more tolerant?

Disorders of the control of motivation

These are forms of pathological behavior associated with an inseparable need to make certain actions: steal without any visible (kleptomania),logged (pyromania)or kill other people without any reason that would allow to explain the attack of such murder mania.

Medical terms Functional intestinal disorders are taken to combine pathology, when several functions are violated, mainly of the middle and lower sections of the intestinal tract caused by organic, biochemical, abnormal (tumors) changes. The symptoms of the state is diverse and depends on the causes of pathology. The condition is not diagnosed with standard methods, and requires more in-depth analysis conducted in the complex. Therapy is prescribed depending on the causes and prevailing symptoms of the violation. In case of early responding, the forecast is favorable.

What is this pathology?

The intestinal dysfunction is classified as a pathological process that occurs in the gastrointestinal tract and a change in the performance of the organ. Preferably, the functions of the lower and middle intestinal department are preferably discharged, which is manifested by constant abdominal pain syndrome, discomfort, bloody and other violations in the behavior of the body in the absence of known factors.

In older children and infants, the nature of intestinal dysfunction infectious or non-infectious. Determine the cause, only the doctor of the children's profile is capable of choosing treatment.

Classification

Disorder of intestinal functions, depending on the prevailing symptom, is divided into the following types:

  • functional constipation, diarrhea or meteorism;
  • functional abdominal pain.

In turn, each type is divided into the following subtypes:

  1. Violation characterized by diarrhea:
    • with impurities of mucus 2-4 r. / day., more often in the morning or after breakfast;
    • with sudden, irresistible urges for defecation;
    • with a retreat at night.
  2. Disorder manifested in the form of constipation:
    • duration of 2 days or more;
    • alternately arising after diarrhea;
    • with a feeling of incomplete emptying, a lintel-shaped chair or masses by the type of "Sheep Cala".
  3. Dysfunction with the predominance of abdominal pain syndrome and meteorism, characterized by:
    • grapple-shaped pain with increased gas formation;
    • pain in tackling the spashed zones of the intestine;
    • in amplifying discomfort during the urges to the toilet and weakening after the defecation.

The main symptoms of violations

When the intestinal operation is broken, the following characteristic symptoms appear:

Chronic intestinal dysfunction is manifested by arthritis, in the functioning of the cardiovascular system, stone-forming in the kidneys, the appearance of frequent convulsions, jumps of blood pressure and the development of VDCs (dystonia). In each case, the symptomatics is different, so the presence of all symptoms is simultaneously impossible.

Characteristic manifestations of infants or more adult patient:

  • decrease in immunity;
  • weakness, lethargy;
  • irritability;
  • pronounced inattention.

Causes and factors of intestinal functional disorder

Functional intestinal disorder Uncomfortable can be provoked by two main factors:

  • exogenous, that is, external, often caused by psycho-emotional failures;
  • endogenous, that is, internal, developing against the background of the fall of visceral sensitivity, weak intestinal motor activity.

Causes of children

Provocateurs problems in adults

The main reason for the irritable intestinal syndrome is stress and intensive lifestyle, there are a number of provocateurs factors that do not allow the intestinal tract to work normally:

  • chronic fatigue, stress;
  • neurosis, hysteria;
  • violation of the usual power mode;
  • unhealthy daily menu;
  • insufficient drink;
  • long use of antibiotics;
  • dysbacteriosis;
  • infections, poisoning;
  • gynecological problems in women;
  • hormonal failures during menopause, pregnancy, menstruation.

Diagnostics

For a thorough examination, you need to contact a specialist.

With the appearance of suspicious discomfort in the intestine, contact a specialist for a careful examination of the body. Consultation is needed at the therapist, which will determine a narrow specialist for further inspection. We are talking about a gastroenterologist, a nutritionist, a proctologist, a neurologist, psychotherapist. The functional disorder of the intestines is uncomplicated is diagnosed as follows:

  1. consultation of specialists of narrow regions;
  2. physical inspection, evaluation of complaints;
  3. general urine tests, blood, feces (deployed coprogram);
  4. colonoscopy, rectoscopy, irrigoscopy;

A disturbed function is diagnosed, as is the provocating factor, based on the current exclusion technique.

Pathology therapy

An important reminder to everyone who suffers from intestinal dysfunction is a refusal of amateur performance. Any self-mediation is fraught with severe consequences, weighing symptoms. Successful therapy is considered the correct definition of the causal factor and its effective elimination. Important is the stabilization of all organs of the digestive tract.

General rules

The therapy of intestinal disorder is based on a cardinal change in lifestyle and nutrition. To do this, patients are advised to adhere to such rules:

  1. Not nervous, avoid stressful situations.
  2. Regularly relax, meditate, take a warm bath.
  3. Sports and make simple exercises if the work is sitting (prevention of constipation).
  4. Refuse alcohol, coffee, smoking.
  5. More often walking out in the fresh air, relax.
  6. Use lactic acid bacteria and probiotic products (fermented yogurts, cheeses, kefirs).
  7. Avoid snacks in bars, restaurants with a dubious reputation.
  8. Restrict the use of fresh fruits and vegetables with diarrhea.
  9. Making a massage of the abdomen, perform aerobic charging.
