At night I absolutely didn’t want to sleep, but during the day I felt like a sleepy fly. This caused lethargy, dizziness, and irritability. But I adapted pretty quickly.
So what can you do to quickly adapt to a new time zone? I would like to give some advice from my practice:
- change your watch while still on the plane;
- walk more fresh air;
- don't drink coffee and energetic drinks to cheer up;
- eat more light foods;
- limit your time nap or give it up completely;
- do exercises in the morning and afternoon, but in the evening physical exercise contraindicated.
