Benefits around the world. How to apply for and receive electricity benefits for large families: payment documents and terms of compensation for electricity. Types and rules for organizing the work of kindergartens for children with disabilities

Light / Electricity Tariffs

In connection with the entry into force of the Moscow Government Decree No. 932-PP dated December 23, 2015 “On amendments to legal acts of the city of Moscow and invalidation of legal acts (certain provisions legal act) of the city of Moscow", in accordance with Federal law Russian Federation dated June 26, 2015 No. 176-FZ “On Amendments to the Housing Code of the Russian Federation and Certain Legislative Acts of the Russian Federation” From January 1, 2016 in Moscow, the procedure for determining the amount of benefits provided to certain categories of citizens has been changed. Mosenergosbyt reports this.

These changes established that disabled people and families with disabled children under the age of 18, as well as persons exposed to radiation as a result of the disaster at the Chernobyl nuclear power plant and nuclear tests at the Semipalatinsk test site (and persons equivalent to them), are provided with a discount of 50 interest on payment utilities(heating, water supply, sewerage, hot water supply (water heating), electricity, gas) based on the volume of consumed utilities, determined by meter readings, but not more than consumption standards approved in the manner established by the legislation of the Russian Federation. In the absence of the specified metering devices - based on utility consumption standards.

Thus, starting with payments for electricity consumed in January 2016, Mosenergosbyt PJSC provides citizens-consumers of utility services for electricity supply belonging to the above categories with a discount of 50 percent of the cost, calculated based on the volume of electricity consumed, determined by instrument readings accounting, but not more than established consumption standards.

Electricity consumption standards in Moscow

In accordance with Decree of the Moscow Government of December 20, 1994 No. 1161, the following standard values are established for citizens entitled to benefit within the limits of consumption standards:

  • Single citizens:
    • Gas stove - 50 kWh month
    • Electric stove - 80 kWh month
  • Family citizens:
    • Gas stove - 45 kWh per month
    • Electric stove - 70 kWh per month

If the volume consumed in the billing period is less than the preferential standard, then a 50% discount is provided for the entire volume.
If the volume consumed in the billing period is greater than the preferential standard, then a 50% discount is provided for the volume within the consumption standard, and the remaining portion is paid at 100% of the tariff.

At the same time, the “remaining” kilowatts of the standard are not carried over to the next month.

If there are 2 or more standard benefits on the account, the standard is summed up when calculating.

Calculation of benefits for electricity in public areas in 2018 In 2018, the methodology for calculating electricity for household needs changed. In this regard, it has undergone changes appearance receipts. Electricity costs for common areas will be displayed in the “Residential Maintenance” section. The second thing that has changed is the very principle of distribution of the amount for electricity. If previously the total kilowatts were divided equally between residents, now the calculation depends on tariffs and benefits for each specific energy consumer. To do this, a standard is taken, which is multiplied by the area of public spaces. After this, the result is divided by the area of residential and non-residential premises in the house. Next, the area of the apartment and the tariff for 1 kW of an individual tenant are multiplied by the result obtained and the amount that the person needs to pay for the month comes out.

Benefits for paying for electricity in 2018

It is needed in order to know whether the beneficiary has dependents, how many people live in the apartment and calculate the standard from this. If the discount is provided only to the beneficiary and does not apply to family members, then it will be carried out by isolating the amount based on normative value for one person;

  • a certificate confirming that the person has no debt at the time of submitting documents. Issued by the company that supplies electricity to your region;
  • birth certificate of children for large families, income certificate for the poor, papers indicating disability, etc.
    That is, any document that can confirm that you are a beneficiary;
  • application in the prescribed form. You can write on the spot or prepare in advance by downloading a sample on the Internet;
  • Bank details.

Benefits for electricity in SNT

Attention

Benefits for disabled people of group 3 for electricity in 2018 are provided in the same amount as other categories of people with disabilities. disabilities. After all, the discount does not depend on income, but on confirmed citizen status. Providing benefits to people with disabilities is legislatively confirmed by Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation dated July 27, 1996 No. 901 “On providing benefits to people with disabilities and families with disabled children to provide them with living quarters, pay for housing and utilities.”

The text states that “disabled people and families with disabled children are given a discount of no less than 50 percent on housing costs in state, municipal and public houses.” housing stock, payment for utilities (regardless of the ownership of the housing stock), and in residential buildings that do not have central heating - the cost of fuel purchased within the limits established for sale to the public.”

Benefits for electricity can also be issued at the dacha

  • full holders of the Order of Labor Glory;
  • Heroes of Socialist Labor;
  • Heroes of the USSR and Russia;
  • orphans and children left without parental care.

Persons of retirement age are not eligible to receive a discount unless they are included in one of the specified groups of persons. How are resource consumption standards determined? When determining the amount of the discount, it is extremely important to consider that the discount only applies to certain indications. This is due to the fact that the budget cannot pay charges for each citizen without restrictions.
The government of the subject carries out a special calculation, within the framework of which the volume of electricity is established sufficient for normal life any citizen. This indicator will be considered the norm of consumption.

Benefits for labor veterans to pay for electricity

Info

Electricity costs for orphans are also fully reimbursed.

  • A 50% discount can be applied for by all other groups of persons who are entitled to a preference, but do not belong to the two above categories.
  • Attention! Disabled people have the right to count on 50% of the costs of their own share of consumption, but within the established standard. If, for example, a family of three consumes 75 kW per month, then from local budget will provide a 50% discount on 25 kW (personal share of the disabled person). Citizens who are raising a disabled child receive benefits for the whole family.

They are given 50% of the total expenses. What is a discount? The benefit takes the form of a reverse payment. This means that the applicant who is entitled to it is obliged to repay the electricity debt in full.

Benefits for electricity in Moscow

When detecting that the power was on, the watchman turned off the power. and those people attacked him, beat him, and again, using a stick to open the door to the closet, they turned on the electricity. They called the police... Is it possible to redirect a fine from the energy supply organization to a given summer resident if the contract for electricity consumption is concluded with SNT Lawyer's answer: “Redirect” then anything can be done, but it will not be completely legal. I think that in your case it is necessary to hold the “inventor” accountable under Art.

330 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation and only after which there can be some kind of penalty. We are late in paying for electricity at SNT. Our wires were cut without notice.

Theft of electricity in SNT

Let’s say that a labor veteran lives alone in the room, no one else is registered in his apartment, and he consumed less than the norm, then: 40 kW x 50% = 20 kW, where 40 kW is the amount of energy consumed by a person per month, 50% is entitlement to electricity benefits for labor veterans in 2018. The price for 20 kW is refundable. If more energy is used than normal, for example 150 kW, then the calculation method will look like this:

  1. Let’s find out the standard: 150 kW – 50 = 100 kW;
  2. number of watts for which you will have to pay per general conditions: 100 kW – 50% = 50 kW;
  3. the final figure after adding consumption exceeding the standard will look like this: 50 kW + 50 kW = 100 kW.

How to apply for electricity benefits - types of social support

Consider the framework that is set for separate category citizens as of 2017:

  • per citizen who lives independently (no one else is registered in the house/apartment) can count on 50 kW of preferential energy. If his home is not equipped with gas appliances (an electric stove is installed), then he will pay for 80 kW at a discount;
  • a standard is allocated per family, the size of which directly depends on the number of family members living together. If the home is equipped with gas appliances, 45 kW is required, and if it is equipped with electric stoves, 70 kW. This is the norm per month for one person.

In each case, if the beneficiary exceeds the established norm, the additional expense will have to be paid at full cost. The amount will depend on the tariff in force in the region at the time of payment.

Benefits for paying for electricity at 2018 tariffs

Changes have occurred in the calculation method, causing their payments to increase slightly. This category includes:

  • disabled people of all groups;
  • disabled children.

The preference of half the payment according to the consumption rate applies to the entire family in which this beneficiary lives. Other categories Each region is free to expand the list of persons for whom the budget pays.

Important

Thus, in some regions of the federation discounts are provided:

  • large families(from three minor children or more);
  • Labor veterans who are pensioners;
  • liquidators of accidents at Chernobyl and other nuclear power plants;
  • close relatives of the liquidators.

This group includes not only veterans of the Great Patriotic War, and also people who worked in the rear, survived the siege of the city of Leningrad, visited concentration camps, disabled people of the Second World War, and some other categories;

  • disabled people This includes disabled people of all groups and people who received disabled status from birth. Benefits apply to the entire family;
  • other categories.

    These are low-income families, large families, liquidators of the Chernobyl accident, labor veterans of retirement age, combatants;

  • orphans, heroes of Russia or the USSR, citizens who have the Order of Labor Glory.

The discount ranges from 30 to 100%, depending on the group of beneficiaries. But it applies to standard energy consumption. If a family uses more electricity, then everything in excess of the norm is paid for on its own.

According to federal legislation, large families are a socially protected category of the population. They are entitled to various benefits and discounts as targeted assistance. Thus, the state compensates at least 30% of the cost of utilities, which includes electricity. This measure helps reduce parents' expenses for maintaining a large family.

Utility benefits for a large family: who is eligible?

There is no law in Russia that would regulate the distribution of benefits and privileges to parents with many children. Measures are taken on the basis of presidential decrees or decisions of regional authorities.

Depending on the specific region, the understanding of a large family will vary. Standardly in Russia, the number of minors to obtain this status is 3. However, in regions with positive demographic dynamics, families with 4 or even 5 children can be considered large. This is the situation in the Mari El Republic - the norm for large families here is 4 children, in the Krasnoyarsk Territory - 5 or more.

If one of the children studies at secondary or higher educational institution, the status of a family with many children is maintained until they reach 18 years of age, and in some regions, if the child is studying in educational organization full-time, lasts until 23 years of age. For example, in Moscow, the status of a large family is lost after execution youngest child 16 years.

When counting children, the degree of their blood relationship is not taken into account; they can be natural or adopted, as well as stepsons or stepdaughters.

The conditions for providing discounts on utilities depend on the region. If in Moscow large families receive them depending on compliance with housing area standards, in the Moscow region a discount of 30% applies to all families with 3 or more minor children, then in the Vladimir region the discount is 50%, but is intended only for families whose income is below the subsistence level. This condition applies in most regions of Russia.

How to apply for benefits on electricity payments for large families

To apply for benefits for electricity, as well as water and gas, you must contact 2 institutions at once:

You must contact the social security authorities for a certificate of a large family and a certificate authorizing the receipt of benefits. There, the family can consult whether they are entitled to a discount on utility bills and, if so, how to get it.

The certificate can be obtained at the MFC. To do this you should go there:

  • by phone;
  • through the “My Documents” service;
  • by picking up a ticket at the office.

You will need to fill out an application. The sample will be issued at the office or can be downloaded from the MFC website.

Documentation

A discount on electricity payments can only be obtained from an organization that manages housing and communal services. You must come there with a package of documents containing:

  • statement from one of the parents;
  • passports of family members (children and spouses);
  • birth certificates of all children;
  • certificate of family composition;
  • certificate of a large family;
  • an extract from the personal account confirming that there are no rent arrears;
  • documents for the occupied living space;
  • a certificate from the social security authorities regarding the possibility of accruing benefits;
  • current account number.

Application processing time

After contacting the management organization at the place of residence with all the necessary documents, the decision on granting the benefit will be announced or submitted in writing within 10 days. During this time, it is allowed to submit the missing documents without increasing the period for consideration of the application. If this is not done, or the documents will get lost and will not reach the authorities housing sector, then consideration of the application will be suspended for a month.

How is compensation for electricity calculated?

If a family has the right to receive benefits for electricity, then from the next month after applying, the amount on the payment slip will change - it will decrease depending on the region. Compensation for fuel is transferred to the current account to insulate the home if the house does not have central heating.

Subsidies are also credited to the current account. In this case, one of the benefits must be chosen, since summing up discounts is prohibited by law.

So, in Moscow, large families in which 3-4 children receive 1044 rubles. monthly for compensation of housing and communal services expenses. If there are 5 or more children in the family, the amount doubles - 2088 rubles.

Families from the Moscow region will be compensated for half the cost of housing and communal services. Moreover, even if the standard consumption per person is exceeded, half of the standard consumption is reimbursed. The remaining amount must be paid independently.

Cash compensation for the cost of utilities within the established standards in St. Petersburg depends on the number of children:

  • 30% if three minors are being raised;
  • 40% - if there are from 4 to 7 children;
  • 50% - 8 or more.

IN Leningrad region compensated 500 rub. per family member monthly. In Vladimirskaya, the state pays half of utility costs (within the established norm).

If you have a debt, the benefit does not apply to it, however, you can enter into an agreement with the management company to restructure the debt and agree on the deadline for its payment.

How long can large families benefit from electricity benefits?

The benefit is provided for a year and can then be extended. The application procedure will be the same. If this is not done, benefits will no longer be provided.

After the benefit period, it is necessary to provide documents confirming utility costs, including electricity, to local authorities.

In most regions of Russia, families with the status of large families can enjoy a discount on electricity bills. In this way, the government strives to support those who improve the demographic situation. To receive the required benefits, you must independently collect Required documents and contact the housing and communal services authorities.

Veterans of labor have the right to compensation for part of their electricity costs. To receive government assistance, a number of conditions must be met.

In Russia, support is provided to heroes of labor by providing them.

Benefits for labor veterans for electricity include compensation for part of the cost of paying bills.

A labor veteran is a person who has a large seniority, awards, thanks and badges for conscientious performance of duties.

To qualify for compensation for electricity costs, a citizen must fulfill one of the following conditions:

  • have extensive work experience - women over 35 years old, men over 40 years old;
  • have awards, orders or badges;
  • being underage, start labor activity during the Great Patriotic War.

Important! Requirements for obtaining veteran status may vary from region to region.

Amount of benefits

By comparison, discounts of 30% and 70% are applied as .

As for labor veterans, they are entitled to a 50% discount in the form of compensation for the money paid on their electricity bill.

  • persons who received the title of Hero of the USSR and the Russian Federation;
  • persons who have the Order of Labor Glory.

Procedure for calculating compensation

When calculating the amount of compensation social bodies pay Special attention family composition. To correctly calculate compensation, you need to know the number of family members living with the beneficiary. The amount of compensation is also affected by the current electricity standards for a particular region and the area of the apartment (house).

In addition, the absence of debts on payment of electricity bills is taken into account. If there is debt, the applicant will not be able to receive assistance.

Innovations – electricity limits

Since January 2017, so-called limits on electricity use have been introduced. If previously the benefit was provided for the total amount of light consumption, now everything has changed. The beneficiary can no longer use electricity excessively and pay for it at a discount. Now a certain limit has been established, and compensation is provided subject to compliance with this limit:

  • if the beneficiary lives alone, then he is entitled to 50 kW/h for a month if he has a gas stove and 80 kW/h if he has an electric stove;
  • if a veteran lives with a family of several people, then he is allocated 45 kW/h with a gas stove and 70 kW/h with an electric stove.

If the established limits are exceeded, the excess must be paid according to general standards without applying any concessions.

The above standards are valid in Moscow and the Moscow region. In other regions they may differ significantly.

Benefit calculation example

A lonely veteran lives in a Moscow apartment and uses an electric stove. The calculation of the benefit directly depends on whether he met the established limits or exceeded them.

If the beneficiary has not spent the established limits, then the calculation will be as follows.

The actual amount of kilowatts consumed is multiplied by the discount provided. For example, 50 kW × 50% = 25 kW. In this case, the veteran must pay for electricity as if he had consumed not 50 kW, but only 25 kW. The result obtained is multiplied by the regional standards.

If the veteran has exceeded the limits, the calculation will be made differently.

The first step is to determine the difference, i.e. the number of kilowatts exceeded. To do this you need from total number kilowatt per month subtract the limit, in this case – 80 kW.

For example, 100 kW – 80 kW = 20 kW surplus. Thus, the veteran will be given a discount for only 80 kW, and for the remaining 20 kW he will pay at the general tariff.

How to get compensation

To register the right to compensation, the applicant must prepare the following package of documents:

  • Russian passport and its copy;
  • application for the right to benefits;
  • SNILS insurance certificate;
  • pensioner's ID;
  • a document confirming the status of a labor veteran;
  • certificate of family composition;
  • a certificate of absence of debts for payment for electricity;
  • bank account details.

It is allowed to submit documents through a representative, but in this case, a notarized power of attorney for the right to represent the citizen’s interests must be attached to the package of documents. Copies of all submitted documents must also be certified by a notary.

Where to contact

Authorities are responsible for providing benefits social security citizens. You can contact us either directly or through Multifunctional Center.

However, in some regions, documents must be submitted to the regional operator. For example, in Moscow, documents are submitted through Mosenergosbyt.

Terms of consideration

Social security authorities are given 10 days to review the documents and make a decision. If the decision is positive, the veteran is issued a certificate granting him the right to a benefit in the amount of 50%. With this certificate, he needs to contact the management company, which maintains the house and which charges for electricity.

Important! Electricity benefits can only be provided for one veteran's home or apartment. If there is other real estate, the veteran is required to pay the costs in full.

Starting next month, payments will be accrued using the discount. The veteran will receive benefits to the specified bank account in the application when submitting documents.

Look for your case and try to figure it out. Good luck!

Benefit calculation examples

1. Calculation of benefits from electricity consumption - single-tariff metering device
Condition:

PU single tariff;
Calculation:
Energy consumption × tariff = amount to be paid × 0.5 (preferential coefficient) = amount to be paid (taking into account the benefit)

2. Calculation of benefits from electricity consumption - multi-tariff metering device
Condition:
50% discount on electricity consumption;

Calculation:
Energy consumption according to T1× tariff1 = amount to be paid pot1×0.5 (preferential coefficient) = amount to be paid (taking into account the benefit)
Electricity consumption for T2× tariff2 = amount to be paid for T2 × 0.5 (preferential coefficient) = amount to be paid (taking into account the benefit)
Electricity consumption for T3 × tariff3 = amount to be paid for T3 ×0.5 (preferential coefficient) = amount to be paid (taking into account the benefit)
Total amount to be paid = amount to be paid (including benefits) for T1+amount to be paid (including benefits) for T2+amount to be paid (including benefits) for T3

3. Calculation of benefits according to the standard - single-tariff metering device when consumption is greater than the established standard
Condition:
Single tariff metering device;
Single labor veteran (50% of the standard);
Standard 80 kWh;
Electric stove;
Consumption 135 kWh;
Tariff 3.28 rub.;
Calculation:
Out of 135 kWh, the benefit applies only to 80 kWh; the remaining consumption of 55 kWh is calculated at the full cost.
80×3.28=269.40 amount payable×0.5 (preferential coefficient) =131.20 rub. amount to be paid (including benefits)
55×3.28=180.40 rub.
Total payable taking into account the benefits 131.20+180.40=311.60 rubles.

4. Calculation of benefits according to the standard - single-tariff metering device when consumption is less than the established standard
Condition:
Single tariff metering device;
2 labor veterans (50% of the standard);

Electric stove;
Consumption 98 kWh;
Tariff 3.28 rub.;
Calculation:
Since the consumption for the calculated month is less, the discount applies to the entire volume of consumption. The amount received for payment is multiplied by 0.5 (preferential coefficient).
98×3.28=321.44 amount payable×0.5 (preferential coefficient) =160.72 rubles. amount to be paid (including benefits)
"Unused» kilowatts in the current month from the established consumption standard are not carried over to the next month; in the next month, the standard of 140 kWh is included in the calculation.

5. Calculation of benefits according to the standard - multi-tariff metering device when consumption is greater than the established standard
Condition:
Multi-tariff metering device (three-tariff);
Labor veteran, lives with family;
Standard 45 kWh;
Gas stove;
Consumption T1 – 100 kWh; T2 – 52 kWh; T3 – 73 kWh;
Tariff T1 – 4.92 rubles; T2 – 1.26 rubles; T3 – 4.08 rub.;
Calculation:
Since the consumption in the day zone T1 = 100 kWh, of which 45 kWh is calculated taking into account the preferential coefficient
T1 (including benefits) = 45 × 4.92 = 221.40 amount payable × 0.5 (preferential coefficient) = 110.70 rubles. amount to be paid (including benefits)
The remaining consumption of 55 kWh is calculated at full cost
Т1=55×4.92=270.60 rub.
The volume of the preferential standard is fully taken into account for the tariff zone of the day T1; for the remaining zones of the day (T2 and T3) the calculation is made at the full cost
Т2=52 × 1.26 = 65.52 rub.
Т3=73 × 4.08 = 297.84 rub.

110.70+270.60+65.52+297.84=744.66 rub.

6. Calculation of benefits according to the standard - multi-tariff metering device when the consumption in one of the zones of the day is less than the established standard
Condition:
Multi-tariff metering device (three-tariff);
2 people live in the apartment: a labor veteran and an honorary donor;
Standard: 70 + 70 = 140 kWh;
Electric stove;
Consumption: T1 – 90 kWh; T2 – 52 kWh; T3 – 73 kWh;

Calculation:
Calculation always starts from day zone T1
Consumption according to T1 = 90 kW h, this is less than the standard, therefore in in this case consumption will be calculated with a 50% discount
T1 = 90 × 3.45 = 310.50 amount to be paid × 0.5 (preferential coefficient) = 155.25 rubles. amount to be paid (including benefits)
We calculate how many preferential kWh are left after the calculation is made for the day zone T1
140 (established standard) – 90 (accounted standard) = 50 kWh (remaining unaccounted standard)

Consumption for the day zone T3 = 73 kWh, of this consumption 50 kWh is calculated taking into account the preferential coefficient, and the remaining consumption is 23 kWh at full cost
T3=50×2.85=142.50 amount to be paid×0.5 (preferential coefficient) =71.25 rub. amount to be paid (including benefits)
Т3=23×2.85=65.55 rub.
At this point, the calculation taking into account the benefit is completed; it is fully taken into account for the T3 day zone.
Consumption for day zone T2 is calculated at full cost
T2=52×0.88=45.76 rub.
Total payable taking into account discounts by day zones
155.25+71.25+66.25+45.76=337.81 rub.
*If you have a multi-tariff meter, the benefit is calculated by priority - from the largest tariff zone of the day to the smaller, i.e. First, for the T1 day zone, then for the T3 day zone, and if the standard is not fully used, then the remainder of the benefit is taken into account for the T2 day zone.

7. Calculation of benefits according to the standard - single-tariff metering device, benefit for having many children, when consumption is less than the established standard
Condition:
Single tariff metering device;
Large family of 5 people,
Standard: 5×70=350 kWh;
Electric stove;
Consumption 253 kWh;
Tariff 3.28 rub.;
Calculation:
The discount for the above category of benefits is 30% of the standard, the value of the standard is calculated based on the number of people using the benefit.
Since the consumption in this case is less than the standard, the consumption is calculated entirely taking into account the benefits.
In the calculation, a preferential coefficient is applied to the accrued amount
(in this case 0.7, since the discount on the benefit is 30% of the standard)
253×3.28=829.84 amount to be paid×0.7 (preferential coefficient) =580.89 rub. amount to be paid (including benefits)
"Unused» kilowatts in the current month from the established consumption standard are not carried over to the next month; in the next month the same standard of 350 kWh is included in the calculation.

8. Calculation of benefits according to the standard - single-tariff metering device, benefit for having many children, when consumption is more than the standard
Condition:
Single tariff metering device;
Large family of 5 people;
Standard: 5×45=225 kWh;
Gas stove;
Consumption 253 kWh;
Tariff 4.68 rub.;
Calculation:

Since consumption = 253 kWh (more than the established standard), of which 225 kWh is calculated taking into account the benefit, and the remaining consumption is 28 kWh at full cost
255×4.68=1053 amount to be paid×0.7 (preferential coefficient) =737.10 rub. amount to be paid (including benefits)
28×4.68=131.04 rub.
Total payable taking into account the benefits 737.10 + 131.04 = 868.14 rubles.

9. Calculation of benefits according to the standard - multi-tariff metering device, benefit for having many children
Condition:
Multi-tariff metering device (three-tariff);
Standard: 6×70=420 kWh;
Electric stove;
Consumption: T1 – 174 kWh; T2 – 85 kWh; T3 – 189 kWh;
Tariff: T1 – 3.45 rubles; T2 – 0.88 rub.; T3 – 2.85 rub.;
Calculation:
The discount for this category of benefits is 30% of the standard, the value of the standard is calculated based on the number of people using the benefit.
Consumption for day zone T1 is calculated taking into account the benefit
In the calculation, a preferential coefficient is applied to the accrued amount (in this case, 0.7, since the discount on the incentive is 30% of the standard)
Т1=174×3.45=600.30 amount to be paid×0.7 (preferential coefficient) =420.21 rub. amount to be paid (including benefits)
We calculate how many preferential kWh are left after the calculation is made for the day zone T1
420 (established standard) – 174 (accounted standard) = 246 kWh (remaining unaccounted standard)
Since the benefit is not taken into account in full for the tariff zone of the day T1, the calculation is made according to the day zone T3
Т3=189×2.85=538.65 amount to be paid×0.7 (preferential coefficient) =377.06 rub. amount to be paid (including benefits)
We calculate how many preferential kWh are left after the calculation is made for the T3 day zone
246 (remaining unaccounted standard for T1) -189 (accounted standard for T3) = 57 kWh (remaining standard)
Consumption in the day zone T2 = 85 kWh, more than the remainder of the preferential standard, therefore, of the total consumption in the day zone T2, 57 kWh is calculated taking into account the benefit (preferential coefficient), and the remaining consumption is 28 kWh at full cost.
T2=57×0.88=50.16 amount payable×0.7 (preferential coefficient)=35.11 rub. amount to be paid (including benefits)
T2=28×0.88=24.64 rub.
The total amount of payment, taking into account the benefits, is 420.21 + 337.06 + 59.75 = 817.02 rubles.
