Description

By decision of the highest educational institution students can choose mixed form education for six years in this profile. This will allow the student to full degree cover all aspects of the specialty and learn:

  • form labor process groups of employees, find solutions to existing problems, determine the work algorithm and check the quality of execution of the tasks assigned to the performers;
  • create programs, organize work on the use of special radio devices and monitor compliance with prescribed norms and rules;
  • justify technical and organizational solutions that contribute to efficient process use special means radio engineering;
  • ensure the safety of state secrets and the security of information systems;
  • coordinate compliance with the technical specifications of the systems being designed;

Graduates can work in the field of engineering and perform the functions of a radio engineer or technician. III. CHARACTERISTICS OF THE SPECIALTY

3.1. Receiving education under a specialty program is allowed only in educational organization higher education (hereinafter referred to as the organization).

3.2. Training under the specialty program in the organization is carried out full-time, part-time and part-time correspondence forms training.

The volume of the specialty program is 300 credit units (hereinafter referred to as credits), regardless of the form of study, the educational technologies used, the implementation of the specialty program using a network form, the implementation of the specialty program according to an individual curriculum, including accelerated learning.

3.3. Duration of obtaining education under the specialty program:

In full-time education, including vacations provided after passing the state final certification, regardless of the educational technologies used, it is 5 years. The volume of a full-time specialty program, implemented in one academic year, averages 60 credits;

in full-time or part-time forms of education, regardless of the educational technologies used, increases by no less than 6 months and no more than 1 year, compared with the period of obtaining education in full-time education. The volume of a specialty program for one academic year in full-time or part-time forms of study cannot be more than 75 credits;

when studying according to an individual curriculum, regardless of the form of study, it is no more than the period for obtaining education established for the corresponding form of study, and when studying according to an individual plan for persons with disabilities health can be increased at their request by no more than 1 year compared to the period of education for the corresponding form of study. The volume of a specialty program for one academic year when studying according to an individual curriculum cannot be more than 75 z.e.

The specific period for obtaining education and the volume of the specialty program, implemented in one academic year, in full-time or part-time forms of study, according to an individual plan, are determined by the organization independently within the time limits established by this paragraph.

3.4. When implementing a specialty program, an organization has the right to use e-learning and distance learning technologies.

When training people with disabilities, e-learning and distance educational technologies must provide for the possibility of receiving and transmitting information in forms accessible to them.

3.5. Implementation of the specialty program is possible using a network form.

3.6. Educational activities the specialty program is carried out on state language Russian Federation, unless otherwise specified by local normative act organizations.

3.7. Specialist programs containing information constituting state secrets are developed and implemented in compliance with the requirements stipulated by the legislation of the Russian Federation and regulatory legal acts in the field of protection of state secrets of federal government agencies, which are in charge of the organizations implementing the relevant programs.

IV. CHARACTERISTICS OF PROFESSIONAL ACTIVITY

GRADUATES WHO HAVE COMPLETED THE SPECIALTY PROGRAM

4.1. The area of ​​professional activity of graduates who have mastered the specialty program includes research and development aimed at creating and ensuring the functioning of devices, systems and complexes based on the use of electromagnetic vibrations and waves and intended for transmitting, receiving and processing information, obtaining information about the environment, natural and technical objects, as well as the impact on natural or technical objects.

4.2. The objects of professional activity of graduates who have mastered the specialty program are:

special radio engineering devices, systems and complexes, methods and means of their design, modeling, experimental testing, preparation for use, intended use and maintenance;

groups of performers in the field of professional activities.

4.3. Types of professional activities for which graduates who have mastered the specialty program are prepared:

organizational and managerial;

design and engineering;

scientific research;

production and technological;

operational.

When developing and implementing a specialty program, the organization focuses on the specific type(s) of professional activity for which the specialist is preparing, based on the needs of the labor market, the organization’s research, material and technical resources and the requirements for the results of mastering the educational program.

When developing and implementing a specialty program, the organization selects a specialization from the following list:

specialization No. 2 "Means and complexes of electronic warfare";

specialization No. 7 "Radio engineering systems and complexes for collecting and processing information";

specialization No. 8 "Radio engineering systems and means of supporting aviation flights";

Specialization No. 9 "Radio engineering complexes for measurements and control of special-purpose aircraft."

4.4. A graduate who has mastered the specialty program, in accordance with the type(s) of professional activity and (or) specialization to which the specialty program is focused, is ready to solve the following professional tasks:

organizing the work of a team of performers, making decisions, determining the order of work and monitoring their implementation;

development of plans and organization of work on the operation of special radio systems, monitoring their implementation;

finding rational organizational and technical solutions that ensure the effective use of special radio systems in the field of professional activities;

organization of information security and protection of state secrets;

analysis of the state of a scientific and technical problem based on the selection and study of literary and patent sources, determination of goals and formulation of design tasks;

coordination technical specifications on the designed system, calculation of the main indicators of the quality of the radio engineering system;

development of electrical circuits of special radio systems and devices using computer design tools, carrying out calculations and feasibility studies of decisions made;

V. REQUIREMENTS FOR THE RESULTS OF MASTERING THE SPECIALTY PROGRAM

5.1. As a result of mastering the specialty program, the graduate must develop general cultural, general professional, professional and professionally specialized competencies.

5.2. A graduate who has mastered the specialty program must have the following general cultural competencies:

5.6. When developing a specialty program, all general cultural, general professional, professional competencies related to those types of professional activities that the specialty program is focused on, and professionally specialized competencies related to the chosen specialization, are included in the set of required results for mastering the specialty program.

5.7. When developing a specialty program, the organization has the right to supplement the set of competencies of graduates, taking into account the focus of the specialty program on specific areas of knowledge and (or) type(s) of activity or specialization of the program.

5.8. When developing a specialty program, the organization sets the requirements for learning outcomes in individual disciplines (modules) and practices independently, taking into account the requirements of the relevant exemplary basic educational programs.

5.9. Specialty programs implemented in the interests of defense and security of the state, ensuring law and order in federal government organizations, which are under the jurisdiction of the federal government bodies specified in Part 1 of Article 81 of the Federal Law of December 29, 2012 N 273-FZ “On Education in the Russian Federation” (hereinafter referred to as the federal government bodies), are developed on the basis of the requirements provided for by the specified Federal Law , and qualification requirements to the military vocational training, special professional training for graduates, established by the federal government body in charge of the relevant organizations.

VI. REQUIREMENTS FOR THE STRUCTURE OF THE SPECIALTY PROGRAM

6.1. The structure of the specialty program includes a mandatory part (basic) and a part formed by participants in educational relations (variable). This provides the opportunity to implement specialty programs with different specializations within the same specialty.

6.2. The specialty program consists of the following blocks:

Block 1 “Disciplines (modules)”, which includes disciplines (modules) related to the basic part of the program, and disciplines (modules) related to its variable part;

Block 2 “Practices, including research work (R&D)”, which fully relates to the basic part of the program;

Block 3 “State final certification”, which fully relates to the basic part of the program and ends with the assignment of qualifications specified in the list of higher education specialties approved by the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation.

6.3. Disciplines (modules) and practices, including disciplines (modules) and specialization practices related to the basic part of the specialty program, are mandatory for students to master. The set of disciplines (modules) and practices related to the basic part of the specialty program is determined by the organization independently to the extent established by this Federal State Educational Standard for Higher Education, taking into account the relevant sample(s) of the main educational program(s).

6.4. Disciplines (modules) in philosophy, history, foreign language, life safety are implemented within the framework of the basic part of Block 1 “Disciplines (modules)” of the specialty program. The volume, content and order of implementation of these disciplines (modules) are determined by the organization independently.

6.5. Disciplines (modules) according to physical culture and sports are implemented within the framework of:

the basic part of Block 1 “Disciplines (modules)” of the specialty program in the amount of at least 72 academic hours (2 credits) in full-time study;

elective disciplines (modules) in the amount of at least 328 academic hours. The specified academic hours are mandatory for mastering and in z.e. are not translated.

Disciplines (modules) in physical culture and sports are implemented in the manner established by the organization. For disabled people and persons with limited health capabilities, the organization establishes a special procedure for mastering disciplines (modules) in physical education and sports, taking into account their health status.

In federal government organizations under the jurisdiction of federal government bodies that train personnel in the interests of defense and security of the state, ensuring law and order, within the framework of the basic part of Block 1 "Disciplines (modules)" the discipline (module) "Physical training" is implemented in the amount of not less than 11 z.e. in full-time education.

6.6. Disciplines (modules) related to the variable part of the specialty program determine, among other things, the focus (profile) or specialization of the specialty program.

The set of disciplines (modules) related to the variable part of the specialty program is determined by the organization independently to the extent established by this Federal State Educational Standard for Higher Education. After the student has chosen the focus (profile) and specialization of the program, a set of relevant disciplines (modules) becomes mandatory for the student to master.

6.7. Block 2 “Practices, including scientific research work (R&D)” includes educational and production, including pre-graduation, internships.

Type of educational practice:

practice in obtaining primary professional skills and skills, including primary skills and research skills.

Pre-graduation practice is carried out to complete the final qualifying work and is mandatory.

The organization has the right to provide in the specialty program other types of practices in addition to those established by this Federal State Educational Standard for Higher Education.

The choice of internship sites for persons with disabilities is made taking into account the health status of students and accessibility requirements.

6.8. Block 3 “State Final Certification” includes the defense of the final qualifying work, including preparation for the defense procedure and the defense procedure, as well as preparation for and passing the state exam (if the organization included the state exam as part of the state final certification).

6.9. 6.10. When developing a specialty program, students are provided with the opportunity to master elective disciplines (modules), including special conditions disabled people and persons with limited health capabilities, in the amount of at least 30 percent of the variable part of Block 1 “Disciplines (modules)”.

In federal government organizations under the jurisdiction of federal government bodies that carry out training in the interests of defense and security of the state, ensuring law and order, the specifics of the formation of the variable part of educational programs and the development of elective disciplines (modules) are determined by the federal government body under whose jurisdiction it is located. organization.

6.11. The number of hours allocated to lecture-type classes as a whole for Block 1 “Disciplines (modules)” should be no more than 50 percent of total number hours of classroom training allocated for the implementation of this block.

7.1.1. The organization must have a material and technical base that complies with current fire safety rules and regulations and ensures the conduct of all types of disciplinary and interdisciplinary training, practical and research work of students provided for by the curriculum.

7.1.2. Each student during the entire period of study must be provided with individual unlimited access to one or more electronic library systems (electronic libraries) and to the organization’s electronic information and educational environment. Electronic library system ( digital library) and the electronic information and educational environment must provide the student with access from any point where there is access to the Internet, both on the territory of the organization and outside it.

The electronic information and educational environment of the organization must provide:

Access to curriculum, work programs of disciplines (modules), practices, publications of electronic library systems and electronic educational resources specified in the work programs;

progress fixation educational process, results of intermediate certification and results of mastering the main educational program;

conducting all types of classes, procedures for assessing learning outcomes, the implementation of which is provided for using e-learning and distance learning technologies;

interaction between participants in the educational process, including synchronous and (or) asynchronous interaction via the Internet.

The functioning of the electronic information and educational environment is ensured by the appropriate means of information and communication technologies and the qualifications of the workers who use and support it. The functioning of the electronic information and educational environment must comply with the legislation of the Russian Federation.

In federal government organizations under the jurisdiction of federal government bodies that carry out training in the interests of defense and security of the state, ensuring law and order, functionality, the procedure for the formation, use and operation of the electronic information and educational environment, features of students’ access to the electronic library system (electronic library) and electronic information and educational environment, as well as students’ access to computer equipment connected to local networks and the Internet networks are determined by the federal government agency in charge of the educational organization.

7.1.3. In the case of implementing a specialty program in a network form, the requirements for the implementation of the specialty program must be provided by a set of resources of material, technical, educational and methodological support provided by organizations participating in the implementation of the specialty program in a network form.

7.1.4. In the case of the implementation of a specialty program in departments established in accordance with the established procedure in other organizations or other structural divisions of the organization, the requirements for the implementation of the specialty program must be ensured by the totality of the resources of these organizations.

7.1.5. The qualifications of the organization's management and scientific-pedagogical employees must correspond to the qualification characteristics established in the Unified qualification directory positions of managers, specialists and employees, section "Qualification characteristics of positions of managers and specialists of higher professional and additional vocational education", approved by order of the Ministry of Health and Social Development of the Russian Federation dated January 11, 2011 N 1n (registered by the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation on March 23, 2011, registration N 20237), and professional standards(in the presence of).

7.1.6. The share of full-time scientific and pedagogical workers (in rates reduced to integer values) must be at least 70 percent of the total number of scientific and pedagogical workers of the organization.

7.2.1. The implementation of the specialty program is ensured by the management, scientific and pedagogical employees of the organization, as well as persons involved in the implementation of the specialty program under the terms of a civil contract.

7.2.2. The share of scientific and pedagogical workers (in rates reduced to integer values) who have an education corresponding to the profile of the taught discipline (module), in total number scientific and pedagogical workers implementing the specialty program must be at least 75 percent.

7.2.3. The share of scientific and pedagogical workers (in terms of rates converted to integer values) who have an academic degree (including an academic degree awarded abroad and recognized in the Russian Federation) and (or) an academic title (including an academic title received abroad and recognized in the Russian Federation), the total number of scientific and pedagogical workers implementing the specialty program must be at least 65 percent.

In federal state organizations under the jurisdiction of federal state bodies that train personnel in the interests of defense and security of the state, ensuring law and order, military-professional and special-vocational teachers are equated to scientific and pedagogical workers with academic degrees and (or) academic titles disciplines (modules) without academic degrees and (or) academic titles, with specialized higher education, experience military service(services in law enforcement agencies) in the region and with objects of professional activity corresponding to the specialty program, at least 10 years, military (special) rank not lower than "major" ("captain 3rd rank"), as well as having combat experience, or state awards , or government (industry) honorary titles, or state awards.

7.2.4. The share of employees (in terms of rates reduced to integer values) from among the managers and employees of organizations whose activities are related to the focus (profile) of the specialty program being implemented (those with work experience in this professional field at least 3 years) in the total number of employees implementing the specialty program must be at least 1 percent.

7.3.1. Special premises should be classrooms for conducting lecture-type classes, seminar-type classes, course design (execution coursework), group and individual consultations, current control and intermediate certification, as well as premises for independent work and storage and preventive maintenance facilities educational equipment. Special premises must be equipped with specialized furniture and technical training aids used for presentation educational information large audience.

The list of logistics necessary for the implementation of the specialty program includes laboratories equipped with laboratory equipment, depending on the degree of its complexity. Premises for independent work of students must be equipped with computer equipment with the ability to connect to the Internet and provide access to the electronic information and educational environment of the organization.

In the case of using e-learning and distance learning technologies, it is possible to replace specially equipped premises with their virtual counterparts, allowing students to master the skills required by their professional activities.

If the organization does not use an electronic library system (electronic library), the library fund must be equipped with printed publications at the rate of at least 50 copies of each edition of the basic literature listed in the work programs of disciplines (modules), practices and at least 25 copies of additional literature per 100 students.

7.3.2. The organization must be provided with the necessary set of licensed software (the content is determined in the work programs of disciplines (modules) and is subject to annual updating).

7.3.3. Electronic library systems (electronic library) and electronic information and educational environment must provide simultaneous access to at least 25 percent of students in the specialty program.

7.3.4. Students must be provided with access ( remote access), including in the case of the application of e-learning, distance educational technologies, to modern professional databases and information reference systems, the composition of which is determined in the work programs of disciplines (modules) and is subject to annual updating.

7.3.5. Students with disabilities should be provided with printed and (or) electronic educational resources in forms adapted to their health limitations.

7.4.1. Financial support for the implementation of the specialty program must be carried out in an amount not lower than the basic standard costs established by the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation for the provision of public services in the field of education for a given level of education and area of ​​training, taking into account correction factors that take into account the specifics of educational programs in accordance with the Methodology for determining standard costs of providing public services for the implementation of educational programs of higher education in specialties (areas of training) and enlarged groups of specialties (areas of training), approved by order of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation dated October 30, 2015 N 1272 (registered by the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation on November 30, 2015, registration N 39898).

7.4.2. In an organization in which the legislation of the Russian Federation provides for military or other equivalent service, service in law enforcement agencies, financial support The implementation of the specialty program must be carried out within the budgetary allocations federal budget allocated by a federal government agency.

4.4. A graduate who has mastered the specialty program, in accordance with the type(s) of professional activity and (or) specialization to which the specialty program is focused, is ready to solve the following professional tasks:

the ability to evaluate the results of operation of measurement and control systems for aircraft in order to detect and recognize objects and evaluate measurement errors in this case (PSK-9.2);

the ability to operate radio engineering complexes for measuring and controlling aircraft at various stages of the life cycle (PSK-9.3);

the ability to analyze and synthesize radio engineering complexes for measuring and controlling aircraft (PSK-9.4);

ability to carry out modeling of specialized information-measuring systems (PSK-9.5).

5.6. When developing a specialty program, all general cultural, general professional, professional competencies related to those types of professional activities that the specialty program is focused on, and professionally specialized competencies related to the chosen specialization, are included in the set of required results for mastering the specialty program.

5.7. When developing a specialty program, the organization has the right to supplement the set of competencies of graduates, taking into account the focus of the specialty program on specific areas of knowledge and (or) type(s) of activity or specialization of the program.

5.8. When developing a specialty program, the organization sets the requirements for learning outcomes in individual disciplines (modules) and practices independently, taking into account the requirements of the relevant exemplary basic educational programs.

5.9. Specialty programs implemented in the interests of defense and state security, ensuring law and order in federal government organizations under the jurisdiction of federal government bodies specified in Part 1 of Article 81 of the Federal Law of December 29, 2012 No. 273-FZ “On Education in the Russian Federation” Federations" (hereinafter referred to as federal state bodies), are developed on the basis of the requirements stipulated by the specified Federal Law, as well as qualification requirements for military professional training, special professional training of graduates, established by the federal government body in charge of the relevant organizations.

VI. Requirements for the structure of the specialty program

6.1. The structure of the specialty program includes a mandatory part (basic) and a part formed by participants in educational relations (variable). This provides the opportunity to implement specialty programs with different specializations within the same specialty.

6.3. Disciplines (modules) and practices, including disciplines (modules) and specialization practices related to the basic part of the specialty program, are mandatory for students to master. The set of disciplines (modules) and practices related to the basic part of the specialty program is determined by the organization independently to the extent established by this Federal State Educational Standard for Higher Education, taking into account the relevant sample(s) of the main educational program(s).

6.4. Disciplines (modules) in philosophy, history, foreign language, life safety are implemented within the framework of the basic part “Disciplines (modules)” of the specialty program. The volume, content and order of implementation of these disciplines (modules) are determined by the organization independently.

6.5. Disciplines (modules) in physical culture and sports are implemented within the framework of:

In federal government organizations under the jurisdiction of federal government bodies that carry out training in the interests of defense and security of the state, ensuring law and order, functionality, the procedure for the formation, use and operation of the electronic information and educational environment, features of students’ access to the electronic library system (electronic library) and electronic information and educational environment, as well as students’ access to computer equipment connected to local networks and the Internet, are determined by the federal government body in charge of the educational organization.

7.1.3. In the case of implementing a specialty program in a network form, the requirements for the implementation of the specialty program must be provided by a set of resources of material, technical, educational and methodological support provided by organizations participating in the implementation of the specialty program in a network form.

7.1.4. In the case of the implementation of a specialty program in departments established in accordance with the established procedure in other organizations or other structural divisions of the organization, the requirements for the implementation of the specialty program must be ensured by the totality of the resources of these organizations.

7.1.5. The qualifications of management and scientific and pedagogical employees of the organization must correspond to the qualification characteristics established in the Unified Qualification Directory of Positions of Managers, Specialists and Employees, section “Qualification Characteristics of Positions of Managers and Specialists of Higher Professional and Additional Professional Education”, approved by order of the Ministry of Health and Social Development of the Russian Federation dated January 11, 2011 No. 1n (registered by the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation on March 23, 2011, registration No. 20237), and professional standards (if any).

In federal state organizations under the jurisdiction of federal state bodies that train personnel in the interests of defense and security of the state, ensuring law and order, the qualification characteristics of positions of managers and scientific and pedagogical workers of higher education and additional professional education are determined in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.

7.1.6. The share of full-time scientific and pedagogical workers (in rates reduced to integer values) must be at least 70 percent of the total number of scientific and pedagogical workers of the organization.

7.2. Requirements for personnel conditions for the implementation of the specialty program.

7.2.1. The implementation of the specialty program is ensured by the management, scientific and pedagogical employees of the organization, as well as persons involved in the implementation of the specialty program under the terms of a civil contract.

7.2.2. The share of scientific and pedagogical workers (in terms of rates reduced to integer values) with an education corresponding to the profile of the taught discipline (module) in the total number of scientific and pedagogical workers implementing the specialty program must be at least 75 percent.

7.2.3. The share of scientific and pedagogical workers (in terms of rates converted to integer values) who have an academic degree (including an academic degree awarded abroad and recognized in the Russian Federation) and (or) an academic title (including an academic title received abroad and recognized in the Russian Federation), the total number of scientific and pedagogical workers implementing the specialty program must be at least 65 percent.

In federal state organizations under the jurisdiction of federal state bodies that train personnel in the interests of defense and security of the state, ensuring law and order, military-professional and special-vocational teachers are equated to scientific and pedagogical workers with academic degrees and (or) academic titles disciplines (modules) without academic degrees and (or) academic titles, with specialized higher education, military service experience (service in law enforcement agencies) in the field and with objects of professional activity corresponding to the specialty program, at least 10 years, military (special) rank not lower than “major” (“captain 3rd rank”), as well as having combat experience, or state awards, or state (industry) honorary titles, or state prizes.

Among scientific and pedagogical workers with an academic degree of Doctor of Science and (or) the academic title of professor, teachers of military professional disciplines (modules), special professional disciplines (modules) with an academic degree of Candidate of Sciences, having either state awards or state ( industry) honorary titles, or state awards.

7.2.4. The share of employees (in terms of rates reduced to integer values) from among the managers and employees of organizations whose activities are related to the focus (profile) of the specialty program being implemented (with at least 3 years of work experience in this professional field) in the total number of employees implementing the specialty program, must be at least 1 percent.

7.3. Requirements for material, technical, educational and methodological support of the specialty program.

7.3.1. Special premises should be classrooms for conducting lecture-type classes, seminar-type classes, course design (completing coursework), group and individual consultations, ongoing monitoring and intermediate certification, as well as rooms for independent work and rooms for storage and preventive maintenance of educational equipment. Special premises should be equipped with specialized furniture and technical teaching aids that serve to present educational information to a large audience.

To conduct lecture-type classes, sets of demonstration equipment and educational visual aids are offered, providing thematic illustrations corresponding to the sample programs of disciplines (modules), work programs of disciplines (modules).

The list of logistics necessary for the implementation of the specialty program includes laboratories equipped with laboratory equipment, depending on the degree of its complexity. Specific requirements for material, technical, educational and methodological support are determined in the approximate basic educational programs.

Premises for independent work of students must be equipped with computer equipment with the ability to connect to the Internet and provide access to the electronic information and educational environment of the organization.

In the case of using e-learning and distance learning technologies, it is possible to replace specially equipped premises with their virtual counterparts, allowing students to master the skills required by their professional activities.

If the organization does not use an electronic library system (electronic library), the library fund must be equipped with printed publications at the rate of at least 50 copies of each edition of the basic literature listed in the work programs of disciplines (modules), practices and at least 25 copies of additional literature per 100 students.

7.3.2. The organization must be provided with the necessary set of licensed software (the content is determined in the work programs of disciplines (modules) and is subject to annual updating).

7.3.3. Electronic library systems (electronic library) and electronic information and educational environment must provide simultaneous access to at least 25 percent of students in the specialty program.

7.3.4. Students must be provided with access (remote access), including in the case of the use of e-learning, distance educational technologies, to modern professional databases and information reference systems, the composition of which is determined in the work programs of disciplines (modules) and is subject to annual updating.

7.3.5. Students with disabilities should be provided with printed and (or) electronic educational resources in forms adapted to their health limitations.

7.4. Requirements for the financial conditions for the implementation of the specialty program.

7.4.1. Financial support for the implementation of the specialty program must be carried out in an amount not lower than the basic standard costs established by the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation for the provision of public services in the field of education for a given level of education and area of ​​training, taking into account correction factors that take into account the specifics of educational programs in accordance with the Methodology for determining standard costs for the provision of public services for the implementation of educational programs of higher education in specialties (areas of training) and enlarged groups of specialties (areas of training), approved by order of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation dated October 30, 2015 No. 1272 (registered by the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation on November 30 2015, registration number 39898).

7.4.2. In an organization in which the legislation of the Russian Federation provides for military or other equivalent service, service in law enforcement agencies, financial support for the implementation of the specialty program must be carried out within the limits of the budgetary allocations of the federal budget allocated by the federal government body.
