What does the preparatory health group mean for a child? Regulations on a special medical group for physical culture lessons

Who has not dreamed of getting rid of physical education at one time. At school and at the university, classmates always looked with slight envy at those who had a certificate of exemption from physical education classes. Everyone knows very well that you cannot get such a certificate just like that. Unless, after a cold or flu, the local therapist can give an exemption for a week or two. But the trouble is that after that you will need to catch up with the program. In addition to this, there is preparatory group in physical education (PGF) and a special one, the difference between which is quite large. Next, we will dwell on this in more detail.

All healthy children in the classroom physical culture belong to the main group. If there are any health problems, then the child is assigned a PHF or a special one. The latter is characterized by complete absence physical activity, but it should be borne in mind that children from such a group cannot have the highest score in physical education for a year. This should also be borne in mind by those to whom the PPF was assigned, which, ideally, should manifest itself as an exemption from passing certain standards. Usually these include jumping, somersaults, endurance running. But all this is strictly individual and depends on the diagnosis made by the doctor. In addition, the teacher or school teacher should give less load.

How can such liberation be obtained? If there is any acute or chronic illness, the attending physician writes out a medical certificate of the illness, at the end of which there are recommendations for limiting physical activity. But if you have any difficulties in obtaining such a certificate in the traditional way, then a special or PPF can be obtained by you or your child with our help.

The point that is also worth paying attention to is the vague description of the liberation that the preparatory group for physical education provides for schoolchildren or students. Despite the fact that in relation to children to whom this particular group is assigned, often teachers and teachers ignore the recommendations of doctors or, in pursuit of passing the standard, may not keep track of the current state of the child's body. Caring parents observing such a picture, they understand that the preparatory group for physical education is not suitable for their children and often turn to us so that we can help arrange the special group. After all, since children with a reduced physical reserve fall into this category, for example, after suffering an illness, the teacher's task is to gradually return such a child to the main group. It is assumed that up to this point, any stressful physical activity is categorically excluded. But teachers do not always remember this, and the preparatory group for physical education, along with the main one, passes the standards.

This state of affairs should in no case be allowed. Since the teacher must either completely exempt the child from passing the standards, or else establish such a standard that the child with the recommended disabilities, could pass. Thus, getting the highest score in physical education is not excluded. All this is very individual and depends on the state of health of the child and the personality of the teacher. If your child has been assigned a preparatory group for physical education, and you want to have a special group, then we will make certificates for you that will allow you to receive it. If there is enough preparatory work, we will gladly fulfill your request.

The most popular certificate for schoolchildren is a document that exempts a student from attending physical education lessons. This paper can be obtained by a student with health problems. In some cases, parents wish to restrict their child from attending physical education lessons to eliminate the likelihood of injury.

Obtaining such a document is sufficient difficult process... It is much more profitable to buy a certificate from physical education. It is also possible to enroll a child in a special group. This can be done if he has serious medical pathologies.

Types of physical culture groups

Currently, there are several physical education groups. Each of them has its own characteristics. Physical culture groups are divided into the following categories:

  • main;
  • preparatory;
  • special "A";
  • special "B".

The main group includes children who do not have significant health deviations. From its name it is clear that it is intended for healthy schoolchildren and pupils, without significant pathologies. V this group all children who do not have any medical restrictions are recorded. In fact, it is considered "standard".

Students with minor health problems or initially poor physical fitness are enrolled in the preparatory group. The attending physician can recommend the child to practice in it. The doctor must make an appropriate entry in the student's outpatient card. To enroll a student in the preparatory group, there is no need to obtain a KEC conclusion. To solve the problem, you need a specific record in the card.

As a rule, the district pediatrician issues a certificate for assigning a child to the preparatory group. It is based on the recommendations of the attending physician. It is important that the diagnosis is clearly stated. The period during which the student is recommended to attend the preparatory group should be clearly stated. You also need to indicate what exactly you need to protect the child from. For example, outdoor activities, swimming pool and the like.

A special group is created for students with significant medical pathologies... You can get a certificate for referring a child to it only through KEK. The list of indications that are the basis for sending a student to such a group includes ailments of the heart, blood vessels, excretory system etc.

To send a student to physical education in a special group, it is necessary to have a corresponding record in his outpatient card. The certificate is issued in the same way as the usual exemption from physical education. It indicates the term. It cannot exceed one year.

Special group "A" is intended for schoolchildren with chronic ailments who are in a state of compensation. Physical education lessons take place separately from other students. Thus, the student stops attending shared lessons with other students. At the same time, he will go to physical training lessons at a different time.

In such groups, students from different grades are engaged. If there are many students with severe pathologies, then for each age category conduct separate lessons. If there are few of them, that a physical education lesson is held immediately for all students with strong problems for health. Students from special group "A" do not pass the standards. They also cannot compete.

Special group "B" is intended for students with chronic ailments and temporary health limitations. It defines children who are in remission or recover from an exacerbation of the disease. In fact, special group "B" is exemption from physical education lessons. Together with her, the student must attend physical therapy lessons in a medical institution or at home. The certificate identifying a child in group "B" must be updated at least once a year.

Receiving medical documents always associated with serious bureaucratic processes. To solve the situation with obtaining a certificate that identifies a child in a special group, it is necessary to bypass many offices. The easiest way to buy this document... This approach is the simplest and most rational. Buying a certificate will allow you to quickly place your child in a suitable physical education group.

School physical education lessons are undoubtedly important for every student. However, the average level of loads is not suitable for everyone, separate categories children are forced to attend physical training lessons and take the TRP on special grounds.

I group of health

This class is intended for those children who have no problems and who are in good physical condition. The legislation provides for special pupils from this category. For school graduates, they are relevant, the delivery of which allows you to acquire certain points upon admission to a university.

Pupils belonging to this category, without additional medical advice, can enter various sport sections and attend additional classes. Such students are allowed to fulfill the standards. For those children who have health problems, there is a special TRP preparatory group.

II health group

For students in the preparatory category of children, a limitation of physical activity is provided, therefore, the standards of the preparatory group for physical education at school are softer. Mostly children with congenital or acquired health problems study in it.

The decision to enter a specific preparatory category is made by the doctor. If it is necessary to limit physical activity, the specialist writes with the designation of the ailment and recommendations for classes at school in the classroom.

Also, measures are taken to control and the delivery of certain indicators, however, the conditions for their delivery are softer. Many are worried about the question of whether it is possible to take the TRP with a preparatory group for physical education? Children belonging to the preparatory category are allowed to fulfill the standards after an additional medical examination.

For such students, additional preparatory sections are organized in schools that contribute to the development of the body and its training. TRP standards for the preparatory group for physical education are established at the legislative level.

III class of health

Those students who have serious problems with physical development, on the recommendation of a doctor, they are trained in specialized classes. The standards for the special group for physical education are established taking into account the state of the student. Schoolchildren from this health group are not allowed to fulfill the standards.

Many students are wondering about how. The answer to this question is yes. To pass the test, schoolchildren from grades 1 to 11 must download and fill out a special form.
