Treatment according to the niche system. Rules for healing the human body using the katsuzo niche method. The principle of natural healing

In the article we will look at the “Health System” by Katsuzo Nishi.

This is a Japanese healer, author of works on healing. He was born in 1884. Having received elementary education, he was going to continue his studies, but doctors forbade him to go to school due to poor health, besides his rib cage was less than normal. He wouldn't be able to handle the school load. As a teenager, his problems worsened colds and diarrhea. Katsuzo was taken to a renowned doctor, who told his parents that he would not live more than 20 years.

Despite being extremely sick, Nisha had a very bright mind and was therefore considered by many to be a child prodigy. The only thing that prevented him from developing his abilities was poor health. To improve his son’s well-being, his father sent him to a temple where he practiced meditation. In addition, the young man went to fencing school

Many years later, he became a world-famous healer, according to whose rules many people can still heal their bodies and achieve longevity.

What is the methodology of Nisha's Health System?

Correct posture is the key excellent health. This is what this famous healer from Japan said. He believed that a person, if he wanted, could cure all his illnesses on his own. And there is evidence for this statement: Nishi himself developed a special system of healing, practicing which he lived a healthy and long life.

Today, there are many methods for treating diseases and systems for healing the body. One of these is the Nishi system. Many people have already practiced it, while others have never even heard of it.

Let's take a closer look at the Japanese "Health System" of Nishi.

History of origin

All people want to live long and not get sick. The Japanese healer K. Nishi believed that only through their efforts can people overcome all difficulties and be healthy, and he proved this from his own experience. As a child, doctors gave him a terrible diagnosis, saying that he had several more years to live. They said his illness was incurable. Nishi was a very sick and weak child. He was diagnosed with lymphatic pneumonia and intestinal tuberculosis. As a child, Nishi passionately longed to be healthy, but illnesses did not leave him either in childhood or in life. adolescence, did not allow him to live a full life and get the profession he wanted. Katsuzo realized that he would not achieve anything in life if he did not start taking care of his health.

He independently studied various methods of healing and treatment and followed Fletcher’s recommendations. This creator of a special diet managed to lose weight, get rich and become famous throughout the world thanks to his method.

As a result, Nishi developed his own healing method. She didn't appear right away. The healer improved his methods, selected the best from what he knew. Katsudzo Nishi called his method “Health System”; it was made public when the author turned 44 years old. This age at that time was considered the average life expectancy of the Japanese.

Nishi, for whom doctors predicted an early death from existing diseases, managed to maintain his health thanks to faith and a great desire to live.

After the theory of the Japanese healer was published, patients from all over the world began to come to him, and then Nishi devoted himself to his life’s work - developing healing methods.

Description of the method

Katsuzo Nishi's "Health System" is not simple complex physical exercises and rules. This is a special way of life in which habits are developed that comply with the laws of nature. It is no coincidence that the healer called his method a system. Here you cannot give preference to one of the rules, since in this technique, as in the human body, everything is interconnected.

The method does not treat specific diseases, it promotes restoration and maintenance of health. In Nishi's Health System, a person is viewed as an indivisible whole. The merit of the author is that from a large amount of material he selected the most important thing, after which he combined everything into a single system that can be used by absolutely everyone, regardless of age category and gender. The teachings of ancient healers, philosophers, various literature on healing practices (ancient Greek, Chinese, Tibetan, Philippine) are the sources from which the Japanese drew his knowledge, which he systematized into a single healing practice.

Nishi's theory was first published in 1927. Today in Tokyo there is an institute that applies this theory of healing. It has been tested by many years of practice and time. Thanks to this technique, many people got rid of terrible diseases.

The system helps to prolong youth, gives a chance to enjoy an active life, helps to withstand difficult conditions, fight diseases and stress. This can be seen as a teaching about observing the laws of nature and life. A person who observes them receives in return a valuable gift - health.

Today you can read about the Nisha method on the most different languages, exists a large number of books that outline the principles of this healer’s healing system. In addition, there is big number his followers, who, like him in his time, were healed of incurable diseases with the help of this healing system. For example, Maya Gogulan, who wrote a book about K. Nishi’s “Health System” “You Don’t Have to Get Sick.” Using the technique of this Japanese healer, she defeated cancer.

Before you get acquainted with the Nishi method

Since childhood, we are taught to maintain correct posture: at home at the table, at school at the desk. And for good reason. When people slouch, it causes weakened ligaments and muscles. After sitting at a computer for a long time, by the end of the day a person feels severe fatigue and back pain.

The healing technique involves the formation of correct posture with the help of special physical exercises, swimming, diet, rest regimen, and sleeping on a hard pillow. Thanks to special gymnastics, the spine will gain flexibility, strengthen, and develop good posture.

Nishi recommended enriching the diet with foods rich in magnesium, phosphorus, and calcium. You should also make sure that, in addition to these elements, the body constantly receives vitamins, which are no less important for the spinal column.

Below are 6 health rules according to the Nishi system.

Basic rules of the healing method

The book, dedicated to the description of this health system, talks about Nisha’s six golden rules of health:

  • The first is a hard bed.
  • The second is to sleep using a bolster or a firm pillow.
  • Third, perform the physical exercise “Goldfish”.
  • Fourth - perform exercises on the “Health System” of the Niche for capillaries and blood vessels.
  • Fifth, keep your feet and palms together during exercise.
  • Sixth, do exercises for the spinal column and abdomen.

Compliance with all of the above rules, as well as regular exercise, helps in improving health, treating and preventing various pathologies.

Rule #1

It is very pleasant to sleep on soft mattresses, feather beds, and sofas. But a person pays for such pleasure with his health, since even minimal curvature of the spine leads to disruption of the functioning of all organs and systems. In this regard, it is extremely important to maintain correct posture. Nishi advises to always pull the top of the head up and eradicate the habit of sitting hunched over, as this causes great harm to health. You need to sleep on the right pillow, and Nishi considers it a hard one. The same goes for the bed.

This has a number of advantages and contributes to:

  • eliminating the load on the spine;
  • improving blood circulation;
  • normalization of thyroid function;
  • improving the functioning of the digestive and excretory organs.

However, this cannot be achieved if a person continues to sleep on a soft bed.

Rule #2

By resting on a hard pillow, the vertebrae in the cervical spine are in a natural position. But sleeping on a soft down pillow leads to their sagging. As a result, due to such a comfortable sleep, the functioning of internal organs is disrupted, pain in the back and neck is observed, and there is poor blood supply to the brain due to compression of the arteries.

Compliance with this rule also affects the nasal septum. Due to the disturbance of her condition, various diseases arise, irritability increases, and dizziness appears.

In Japan, they believe that a crooked neck can be considered a sign short life. Katsuzo Nishi suggested that his followers sleep on a hard cushion so that the fourth and third cervical vertebrae were in correct position.

Rule #3

The “Goldfish” exercise helps correct scoliosis and other problems of the spinal column, relieve nervous tension, normalize circulatory processes, coordinate the parasympathetic and sympathetic systems, and normalize intestinal motility. The exercise is very simple to perform: you need to lie straight on a flat surface, stretch your toes, put your hands under your neck, crossing them under the fifth cervical vertebra. After this, you should wriggle your entire body like a fish for 1-2 minutes. You need to do the exercise twice a day.

Rule #4

Exercise for capillaries helps stimulate these small blood vessels in all organs, thus stabilizing the overall circulatory process, the movement of lymphatic fluid, helping to normalize the functioning of the heart and blood vessels. You need to lie on your back, put a cushion under your head, lift your upper and lower limbs up vertically and begin to vibrate them. The exercise is performed daily (twice) for 3 minutes with breaks and repetitions.

As you can see, following the rules of the Nisha Health System is very simple.

Rule #5

Nishi developed an exercise for closing the palms and feet, which promotes coordination of nervous functions, muscles of the limbs and torso, as well as the hips, abdomen, and groin. During pregnancy it helps proper development and the growth of the child, correcting his position in cases where the baby is positioned incorrectly in the womb.

Lying on a hard cushion on your back, you need to put your hands on your chest, open your palms, and connect your fingertips. After this, you should press them simultaneously on each other, and then relax (repeat several times). After that, you need to move your hands back and forth, while keeping your fingertips closed. Next, you should close your palms in front of your chest and move on to the second part of this exercise. In the starting position, lying down, you need to connect your knees and raise your legs up. Then, with your feet closed, simultaneously raise and lower your closed arms and legs. The exercise is performed 10-50 times.

Rule No. 6 of Niche Health Systems

This exercise for the spinal column and abdomen helps in normalizing the functioning of all parts of the nervous system, regulating the functioning of the digestive tract, and has a beneficial effect on the entire body.

At the initial stage, the following actions:

Main part of the exercise:

  • after the preparatory stage, you should relax, place your palms on your knees;
  • after this, you need to swing your torso to the sides, using your stomach;
  • You need to do the exercise for 10 minutes every day.

So, we have examined in detail the implementation of all six rules of the Nisha Health System.

Maya Gogulan - follower of the healer

“Health is a great capital,” Maya Gogulan once said, a woman who, following the example of the great Japanese healer, got rid of a serious disease - cancer. This woman has written many books about overcoming illnesses, healing the body and normalizing lifestyle. In her writings, Gogulan shared the secrets of her own miraculous healing.

She put into practice the Nisha Health System.

When a diagnosis sounds like a death sentence, many people give up. Others begin an active fight against the disease. When Maya Fedorovna was faced with the development of a malignant tumor, she not only defended the right to life, but also gave hope to thousands of people like her. Her works, for example, “Say Goodbye to Diseases,” help both psychologically and practically to overcome a particular disease.

Since childhood he was sick and weak. Doctors doubted that he would live to be 20 years old. The problem of promoting health became a matter of life and death for Katsuzo Nishi, and he created his famous health system step by step. The creator of one of the most effective healing systems, Japanese scientist, engineer by training, Professor Katsuzo Nishi Nishi was born in 1884.

The Nishi system is not just a set of rules and exercises, it is rather a way of life that develops the habit of living according to the laws of nature. It is not by chance that it is called the System, because in it one cannot give preference to one thing, everything in it is interconnected - just like in the human body. The Nishi system does not cure diseases, but creates health, considering a person as a single whole, inextricably linked with the surrounding world and the Universe. In addition, the Niche System helps to form three habits that Bragg believed were necessary to achieve happiness: the habit of constant health, the habit of constant work, and the habit of constant learning. But those who have embarked on the path of health will have to show perseverance, will and ruthlessness towards their own inertia, since these three qualities are at the origins of all our diseases. You can't wait for someone to come and help you. Only you can make yourself healthy and happy.

An example of painstaking work is the history of the emergence of Nisha’s “Rules of Health.” The creation of the System was preceded by long and painstaking work on studying a huge amount (over seventy thousand copies!) of various literature related to health. Ancient Egyptian, ancient Greek, Chinese, Tibetan, Philippine practice, yoga, research by modern specialists in the field of prevention various diseases, dystology, bioenergetics, breathing, fasting, hydrotherapy - this is the range of interests of the scientist. And it is no coincidence that Nisha’s books are full of excerpts from the works of other naturopaths, including Russian ones.

Nisha's merit lies in the fact that he selected the most important materials from a huge number of materials and combined them into a system that everyone can use, regardless of age and gender. This system was first published in 1927, and in 1936 Nisha's first book was published on English language.

Today in Tokyo there is an institute operating according to the Nishi system. Her methods have been tested in practice, thanks to them thousands of people have become healthier and have been cured of serious diseases. The Nishi system allows you to prolong youth, gives you the opportunity to enjoy life, helps a person survive in difficult conditions, cope with stress and illness. It teaches a person to observe the laws of life and nature, and in return gives the most valuable thing - health.

Illness and healing powers

The inconsistency of traditional views on diseases and their treatment is increasingly being revealed. Doctors with more and more new patented drugs find themselves unable to cope with the diseases of their many patients. But there are no fewer sick people. Alas, modern medicine is not omnipotent, so increasingly there is a need to approach the problem of diseases differently.

Contrary to conventional medical views, I do not offer methods to combat countless diseases, but a way to maintain health. Over many years of research, I have created a Health System, which I can call the science of health. Like any science, it generalizes the experience of mankind, analyzes it, tests it experimentally and derives a law, following which makes a person invulnerable to disease.

I view the human body as a self-regulating system, I cannot agree with those who rudely invade it, thinking that they are bringing benefit and healing. Traditional medicine, when fighting a disease, tries to suppress its symptoms with the help of drugs, which leads to a violation of the structural integrity and functional energy of organs and tissues. After all, any substance that cannot be assimilated by a living organism and used by it to maintain life is poison for it. It is necessary not to treat the disease, but to help the body awaken its own healing powers, using natural methods to remove obstacles that interfere with the proper flow of natural processes in organism. The doctor must restore cosmic forces in the countless ducts and channels of the body, help the body clear the paths along which the stream of cosmic life flows, in other words, open the path to self-healing, since the laws of self-regulation and self-healing lie at the basis of all vital activity of the human body.

A sufficiently wise nature endows every person with the potential ability to put in order any problems that may occur in his system. But the healing powers that each organism possesses have their limits. Therefore, a person must support them and help them work more efficiently. And he must do this using only natural methods recovery.

Since every living being has healing powers inherent in it by nature, then treatment should be understood as the awakening of these healing powers using natural methods based on knowledge of the main biological laws governing the body.

The human body is a system where everything is interconnected. The human body is often called the "human economy". There is something wise in this expression, since in reality any healthy economy, be it state, rural, economic or public, lives under the rule of law - sometimes “inside”, sometimes “outside”, sometimes “credit”, sometimes “debit”. In the human economy, nutrition means “inside” or “credit”, excretion means “outside” or “debit”. Sweating, diarrhea, vomiting are the large unpaid debt on the current account of the human economy, which the body has to return, since this is the only suitable way to regulate the unbalanced account in the human economy.

Essentially, the healing powers of nature are one example of a reaction inherent in any living organism, when any of the reactions begins to act to save the entire organism. Losing sight of the concept of the human body as a single whole, traditional medicine fights a specific disease by suppressing its symptoms with the help of medications. And the health system is aimed at increasing the effectiveness of the healing powers of nature, thereby maintaining the health of the patient as a whole. What we call symptoms of illness are actually manifestations of the healing powers of nature. The body needs these forces. They eliminate any disorders in the human body. This does not mean that there is no need to suppress fever, diarrhea, and vomiting. They need help, because they play the role of healers: temperature burns accumulated toxins in the blood, vomiting cleanses the stomach of poisons, diarrhea clears the intestines of them. We need to fight not with them, but with the poisons that gave rise to them, and in no case should we grab onto additional poisons - medicines.

In order not to interfere with the action of the healing forces of nature, it is necessary to know the principle of self-regulation that occurs during illness; only then is it possible to create the most favorable conditions for the body. And only such treatment will be beneficial!

No method of maintaining health can be a practical and rational means until it is based on the principle: understand the reason! And only then - to interfere with the work of nature itself, rather not to interfere, but simply not to interfere and, if possible, to help. This is another important principle of the Health System.

Nature creates a living organism healthy. She puts protective forces in it - the forces of immunity, self-regulation, self-healing and self-improvement. So why do various disorders and disorders arise? In order to understand this, it is necessary to understand the concept of “health”.

What is health

Taken in its fullest sense, the word “health” means completeness, perfection of organization, that is, vital reliability, freedom of action, harmony of functions, energy and freedom from any tension and constraint. Health is based on the principle of interaction and interdependence of organs. Health depends on the harmony or balance between the conflicting, opposing forces of the body: movement and rest, action and reaction, acid and alkali, heat and cold, absorption and excretion.

These forces are constantly at work in the body, and our healing powers are designed to maintain a balance between them. The more effective they are, the better your health. And to have good health means to never have discomfort caused by an imbalance between these opposing forces (and, if it occurs, to be able to quickly eliminate it).

However, very often we not only do not help the healing powers of our body, but also interfere with them, violating the laws of nature. Knowing the basic laws of nature and following them is another principle of the Health System. Unfortunately, our world today is a world of people who are well educated in the field of non-positive knowledge, that is, knowledge that is not related to man and nature. You can be great at technology and still suffer from chronic indigestion. Unfortunately, even medical students are not required to study healthy people! Health signs and symptoms are not studied. No medical college applied for healthy people for clinical examination. But a health clinic in the open air is more important than a disease clinic at a hospital bed. A place where the population and students would be taught how to establish and maintain health, not at the hospital bed, but in the fresh air! But no one has yet seen a medical institute in a gymnasium, on a beach, in a sanatorium or in a dining room, where issues of health and its symptoms would be discussed.

Any illness (excluding injuries and genetic diseases) is the result of a violation of the laws of life of the human body, the laws of nature. Therefore, it is necessary to treat by restoring the action of biological laws, and this is only possible with correct understanding their actions. You can restore a person’s health only by knowing what health is and what laws it obeys. In order to defeat a disease, you need to know the reasons for its occurrence, and in order to understand these reasons, you again need to know the basic laws to which this organism is subject. The health system provides this knowledge and fills in the gaps that have arisen due to a one-sided view of health - the view from the side of illness.

What is a disease and how to cope with it

Since a disease is a violation of the integrity of the body, then when eliminating this individual violation it is necessary to use systems approach. The over-specialization in modern medicine is a real attack on the dignity of man, for it so meticulously divides man into parts that there is nothing left in these fragments that can reproduce the real picture of the human being as he really is. Modern doctor is like a person studying a tiny fragment of a great painting under a magnifying glass, examining the smallest cracks of paint and pinpoint touches of the artist’s brush - but, alas, not seeing the whole picture. But the ancient Japanese doctor Kan Funayama in his “Essays on Medicine” says: “If you do not believe that a person is an indivisible whole, the path to success is closed to you.”

In order for the objective laws of self-regulation and self-healing, independent of our will, to work, it is necessary not to interfere with them, but to create conditions that will allow the body to cope with its problems and restore its integrity. And this can be done only by natural methods and only by complex influence.

Indeed, a cure for a cold or other abnormal condition that we call a disease depends only on the self-healing functions of the body. With the help of drugs, we only suppress the symptoms of the disease, thereby driving the disease itself deeper. Without eliminating the causes that gave rise to the disease, we force it to hide, and it will wait for a new opportunity to come out.

What does the viability of an organism depend on? What determines his health? Health depends on four primary elements, namely: skin, nutrition, body organs, and psyche. If we take health to be 100%, then each of these elements is responsible for 25% of health. Any one of these elements cannot constitute the whole of health, but all of them together can ensure the vitality of the entire organism.

Various wellness systems offer treatment individual organs bodies, thus trying to solve the global problem in private ways - for example, dietetics, breathing therapy, hydrotherapy or various therapeutic exercises. The health system takes a global approach and offers overall health by helping the four elements of health.

The principle of natural healing

The health system completely rejects any drug therapy; it uses only natural healing methods aimed at awakening the healing powers of the body. The source of health is in healthy influences and healthy means. Medicines, which are actually poisons, do not belong to the factors of life that bring health.

If nothing interferes with the healing powers in the human body, then it remains immune to many diseases. Despite the fact that a person is inhabited by microbes of typhus, tuberculosis, plague, cholera and many other diseases, nothing threatens him if his body is not tired, irritated, cleansed: his cells can coexist in peace with many microorganisms that will be busy fighting with each other, but not with the environment in which they live. Therefore, we need exercises that relieve fatigue, improve all physiological processes, normalize the energy balance in the body, and cleanse it at the level of each cell.

Special exercises and cleansing of the body are the basis of my healing methods. Light, air, water, food, movement, balanced diet and mental regulation are the means that open the way to self-healing. By increasing the flow of oxygen to the cells, stimulating the capillary system, enhancing the flow and exchange “back and forth” between blood and lymph on the one hand and the intracellular environment on the other, organizing the elimination (destruction) of intracellular waste, we can protect the integrity and energy of the cytoplasm, nucleus , mitochondria and membranes. This is a real therapy for all diseases, which does not cure, but modestly and obediently opens the path to self-healing.

Traditional medicine, despite its huge arsenal of remedies against diseases, has not made people healthier. Defeated diseases are being replaced by new, even more insidious ones. Diseases are becoming more and more difficult to cure, as if competing in sophistication with the means that kill them, and yet man stubbornly continues to resort to patented remedies. He seeks salvation in anything and anyone, but not in himself, not realizing that no one can cope with illnesses better than the healing powers inherent in his own body. They just need to not interfere.

So, in order not to hinder your healing powers, you need to move away from traditional and ineffective means of fighting diseases. My Health System first of all gives knowledge of the laws of nature, teaches the correct way of life, because only armed with this knowledge can a person protect his health. And the science of a sick person must first of all be based on observation. When examining a patient, I take into account many factors, for example, a person’s posture and gait help to make the correct diagnosis. General population analysis only various symptoms may help to understand real reasons disorders in the body.

Live according to the laws of nature and the human body - and you will be protected from premature aging and disease, you will be able to fully realize your physical, mental and spiritual strength.

Vital functions of the skin

Skin is one of four elements on which the health of the body as a whole depends. The skin is the boundary line between environment and the human body, this is the part of the human body that first comes into contact with air. The skin is a boundary, but it is also a gateway through which the healing powers of nature affect the entire body. Finally, the skin performs a variety of functions that are important to normal functioning the whole body.

Firstly, the skin, along with the lungs, performs the function of breathing. Through microscopic pores it inhales oxygen and releases carbon dioxide. This function is vital for the body. If an animal is placed in an atmosphere of carbon dioxide or hydrogen sulfide, and its head is left in an ordinary atmosphere, it will die, despite the fact that it would seem to have the ability to breathe. If the smallest pores for some reason become clogged (due to a burn, when covered with paint or resin), the person begins to suffocate, the heartbeat slows down, the temperature drops and death occurs. There is a well-known case, described in the biography of Leonardo da Vinci, with a boy who was painted with gold paint (the boy depicted the golden age) and in the festive bustle they forgot to wash it off. The child died because cutaneous respiration stopped.

A person can live without food for 40-50 days (due to the reserves of all substances in his body), without water - approximately 5 days, without oxygen, even an experienced diver will not last more than 5 minutes. But oxygen enters the body in two ways:

through the lungs and through the skin. This means that the skin can be considered as a respiratory organ.

Nature created us naked, undoubtedly expecting us to breathe through more than just our lungs. Some scientists believe that the first living creature did not yet have respiratory organs, but nevertheless lived and breathed. This is evidenced by the fact that, in terms of its evolutionary origin, the skin is older than the lungs.

So, the skin performs a respiratory function; oxygen, which is extremely important for metabolic processes, enters through its pores. The fact is that the lack of oxygen does not allow waste to burn completely, which leads to the accumulation of carbon monoxide, and this in turn is one of the main causes of diseases, including cancer. Usually people don't know that respiratory function skin and cancer are closely related.

Research shows that the foods we eat are first converted into glucose, then acetic acid, then formic acid, and finally into carbon dioxide and water. When there is a lack of oxygen, instead of carbon dioxide and water, the human body forms oxalic acid, which breaks down into carbon dioxide, water and carbon monoxide. Thus, the less oxygen influx, the more carbon monoxide is formed.

Unfortunately, the skin of modern man has lost a significant part of its natural functions: we constantly wear clothes, and our skin has stopped breathing normally. In addition, a person spends most of his time in stuffy concrete houses, works in poorly ventilated rooms, and on the street inhales air poisoned by exhaust gases from cars. This means that a person risks his health. The accumulation of carbon monoxide is one of the causes of cancer. This conclusion was reached back in 1928 by Dr. Burburg, who stated that energy for cancer cells is provided by the fermentation process that occurs in the absence of oxygen. Lack of oxygen causes disturbances in normal cells and creates the preconditions for the formation cancer cells. To combat carbon monoxide, this terrible enemy that causes many diseases, it is necessary to increase the supply of oxygen to the body. Techniques that improve skin respiration are designed for this purpose. And above all - air baths.

Air baths

There is probably no need to talk about the benefits of air baths. We all know from childhood how healing their effects are. Staying on the beaches, sunbathing, swimming - all this charges us with vigor and health for a long time. Our body is saturated with oxygen, which means metabolism improves and the risk of diseases decreases. Even more beneficial are contrasting air baths, that is, alternate exposure and wrapping in warm clothes.

Contrasting air baths

Procedure Exposure time, sec. Time to warm up in clothes, sec.
1st 20 60-120
2nd 30 60
3rd 40 60
4th 50 90-120
5th 60 90
6th 70 120
7th 80 120
8th 90 120
9th 100 120
10th 110 120

When performing these procedures, if possible, the entire body should be exposed. It is also necessary to remember that the clothes worn between exposures should be somewhat warmer than required for the season.

After completing the procedures, you should lie down for some time on a hard and level bed with a hard pillow.

When performing contrast air baths, you need to be naked in a room with open windows, and warm up by closing the windows. Clothes for keeping warm should be warm, but you should not allow yourself to become overheated to the point of sweating. Someone must help a sick and weakened person.

It is best to choose the time of the procedure just before sunrise or until about 10 am; you can also perform it in the evening, around 9 pm. The procedures last 30 days, then there is a break for 3-4 days, then again 30 days of treatment. This should be done for about 3 months, and in case of liver disease or other internal organs, treatment should be extended to a year.

Often during treatment, unpleasant sensations occur: skin itching, discomfort or stomach pain. This is temporary and indicates that the body has begun to self-heal.

You can take contrasting air baths outdoors if weather conditions permit. The technique is the same as indoors. You just need to remember that clothes to keep warm should be very warm; Warming time can be extended, but exposure time must be strictly observed.

The first session (from 1 to 40 seconds) should be lying on your back, from 40 to 70 seconds - on your right side, from 70 to 100 seconds - on your left side, from 10 to 110 seconds - again on your back.

When exposed, you can rub the stiff parts of the body or do the “Goldfish” exercise, an exercise for the capillaries, as well as for the back and abdomen. After getting dressed, you need to lie down with your palms tightly closed over solar plexus. And after completing the entire procedure, lie down for 10 minutes with your feet and palms closed. This procedure is performed an hour before meals or 30-40 minutes after it, and also no earlier than an hour after a bath.

The technique I propose not only enhances skin respiration, but also improves another function of the skin - excretory. Like the kidneys or other excretory organs, the skin removes harmful substances from the blood through the sweat glands.

The total area of the human skin surface is from 1.7 to 2.6 square meters. m. The approximate number of sweat glands is three million. The number of sebaceous glands is approximately 250 thousand. Sebaceous glands secrete products of intestinal fermentation, iodine, bromine, antipyrine, salicylic acid.

Sweat glands secrete 600-900 g of sweat per day, and sometimes even up to 1400 g. This depends on the external temperature, the amount of liquid poured, renal failure, the intensity of blood circulation, conditions such as excitement, fear, anger, which increase sweating. During the development of subacute diseases, instead of an attack of fever, night sweats appear.

Sweat contains mineral salts, fatty acid, urea; milk, ant, acetic acid. In a normal state, about 1 g of urea is released with one liter of sweat; in a sick state, the amount of urea increases significantly. During illness, the sweat glands increase their activity to rid the body of toxins and other substances that cannot be excreted by the kidneys, lungs and digestive tract. Their intense work during an acute period of illness is reminiscent of the efforts of sailors who pump water out of the hold of a shipwrecked ship.

The size of the sweat glands is not the same: some of them can reach 3-4 mm, others do not exceed 0.1 mm. There are approximately 500 glands per square centimeter of body surface, which means total area the sweat-producing surface is about 5 square meters. Comparing these numbers, you can understand how important the excretory function of the skin is for the body. By enhancing the excretory function of the skin, we help cleanse the body of harmful substances.

Try licking your shoulder with your tongue after exercise, and you will feel the acrid taste of a mixture of acid and salt, much more unpleasant than the taste of pure salt. Moreover, sweat is poisonous. It is enough to allow an animal to ingest a small amount of sweat to cause its death.

Studies that have been carried out to find out the reasons feeling unwell or even fainting, which occurs during a long stay in a room filled with people, showed that the reason for this is an increase in the content of toxic products in the gases emitted by the human body, and not a lack of oxygen, as was previously believed.

So for healthy life cells from it must be removed toxins. Nature has created several ways through which these wastes are removed: lymphatic, venous vessels and ducts of the sweat glands. For tens of thousands of years, when primitive man ran all day in search of food and sweated all day, all three channels worked at full capacity. Modern man is less mobile, moreover, he is constantly protected by clothing, often made of artificial, breathable fabrics. Therefore, a person carries all those poisons that could come out with sweat within himself. As a result, the circulatory and lymphatic systems, and therefore the liver and kidneys, work under overload. As a result of such unnatural overload, people develop diseases of the liver, kidneys, bladder and other organs. Therefore, in addition to carrying out medical procedures I recommend not spoiling your skin by wearing too warm clothes, and taking them off more often in the open air.

We are machines powered by air. Oxygen is not only a purifier for our body, but also one of the greatest suppliers of the energy it needs. Fresh air and sunlight bring vital energy to all life on Earth. Remember what a plant looks like that has grown without sunlight, without fresh air - it seems lifeless. Every tiny leaf of grass, every vine, tree, bush, flower, fruit and vegetable draws its life from solar energy. Everything living on Earth depends on solar energy and its intensity. Our Earth would be a lifeless, cold place, shrouded in eternal darkness, if it were not illuminated by the magical rays of the Sun. But the Sun gives us not only light, solar energy is transformed into human energy.

It has long been known that the skin is closely related to the body’s defense reactions. Clinical observations confirm that skin perform a protective function in febrile diseases. The skin can certainly be called a graveyard of microbes. And sunbathing, being in the fresh air and especially playing sports in nature help increase protective functions skin.

It must be remembered that the effect of air on the human body depends primarily on its humidity: the same temperatures are perceived differently. Thus, increased air humidity with it high temperature contributes to overheating of the body, and when doing physical exercises in these conditions, overheating occurs faster. Therefore, if it is hot and humid at the same time, be careful during exercise, carefully control your sensations, it is especially important to detect the state of unpleasant intense heat.

At low temperatures, moisture in the air dampens your clothes and skin, and you may feel chilly. This condition should also be alarming. Thus, spending time in the fresh air should not be uncontrolled, although many believe that no special technique is required for taking air baths.

The same applies to sunbathing. Very often, people, trying to tan as quickly and as much as possible, do not follow the rules for sunbathing, and as a result are forced to sit at home or in the shade for a week, or even more, due to the burns they receive.

It should also be remembered that if exposure to air has virtually no contraindications, then sunbathing can only be taken after consultation with a doctor. There are many reasons why sun exposure should be reduced to a minimum. This applies to some heart diseases, tuberculosis of internal organs, etc. Staying in the sun is very tiring for weakened people who have recently had an infectious disease, as well as those who are no longer young. Old man Having spent the whole day on the beach, you may feel palpitations, shortness of breath, and unpleasant profuse sweat.

An even, good tan can be obtained by using fractional exposure to the sun, that is, in small doses, taking breaks. And you don’t need to think that tanning occurs only under direct rays of the sun; The skin also acquires a dark shade when taking air or sunbathing in aerosolariums, protected from direct sunlight by special ceilings and tree crowns. The healing effect occurs after taking small doses of solar radiation, and this effect is much ahead of the appearance of our beloved chocolate skin color. Even in cool weather, you can tan in clear weather, you just need to take shelter from the wind. But remember that tanning without medical advice will not always benefit you.

The basic principle of sun hardening is gradualism. At first, sunbathing can be taken for up to 3 minutes, after 1-2 days their duration increases by 2-3 minutes. Thus, the duration of the procedure is increased to 50-60 minutes.

Sunbathing is best done in the morning. The most useful tan is May. And a few more tips. Sunbathing is allowed only 2 hours after eating. It is best to take them on an empty stomach or immediately before meals. Some people mistakenly believe that the more tightly the head is wrapped, the better it is protected from the sun's rays. But all kinds of turbans made from towels or hats made from newspapers interfere with normal heat exchange. A light white Panama hat is more appropriate in this case.

Of course, air procedures are not limited to staying outdoors during the warm season. There are many hardening procedures that accustom a person to cold air. Don't wear clothes that are too warm and expose your skin often. Of course, you shouldn’t test the limits of your body’s endurance out of the blue, but constant training increases your safety margins.

The life of the human body can be thought of as metabolism, and metabolism is possible only in the presence of oxygen. Moreover, we should all be interested in not experiencing oxygen deficiency, and from here follows a simple conclusion: we need to provide the skin with Free access fresh air and under no circumstances overheat it. There is even such a thing as thermal pollution. When we keep our skin clogged and overheated, we open the door to disease.

Hydrotherapy

Hydrotherapy has been popular at all times. It has long been known that the skin is the most extensive organ for excreting waste. That is why hydrotherapy, which stimulates the excretory function of the skin, was widespread.

The first information about hydrotherapy came to us from the Indian epic Rigveda (1500 BC). Water was not used only as a means of washing the body for hygienic purposes, but also served as a healing agent among the Indians and Egyptians. It is known from various literary sources that it was used for medicinal purposes by the Assyrians, Babylonians and Jews. From Egypt, the water treatment method was transferred to Greece by Pythagoras (528-507 BC), where it was improved by Hippocrates (460-377 BC).

From Greece, Hippocrates' teaching on hydrotherapy was transferred to Rome by the physician Asclepiades (114-59 BC). Numerous remains of ancient Roman baths indicate that hydrotherapy became widespread in Rome. Rome was famous for its public baths, which consisted of many rooms: for washing with warm water, for washing hot water, for swimming in cold water, for relaxation and entertainment. These baths were called "balnium". From this word the term “balneotherapy” was later derived. Baths with mineral water were especially valued.

In the "Medical Canon", created in the 11th century by Abu Ali ibn Sina (Avicenna), poda is mentioned among other medicinal remedies. In India, balneological procedures were prescribed to people suffering from both external and internal diseases. Diaphoretic treatment was widespread for swelling of the face, limbs, general dropsy, and in all cases when the patient’s body, in the doctor’s opinion, was overfilled with dampness, moisture and phlegm. Mud treatments, rubbing, baths, fumigation with smoke and steam, warming compresses, hot wet and dry poultices were popular; at skin diseases, especially if they were accompanied by itching, patients were bathed in artificial sulfur baths or natural mineral springs.

During the Middle Ages, hydrotherapy was forgotten. Its revival dates back to the second half of the 17th century and the first half of the 19th century, when it began to develop in some European countries.

For a long time, the use of hydrotherapy procedures was based on purely empirical ideas, not supported by theory. Empiricists, intoxicated by the success of their therapeutic measures, often reached the point of curiosity in their methods. They ordered patients to sweat in a steam bath or in a hot oven for 10 days in a row, kept patients in water not only during the day, but also at night, and forced them to drink up to 80 glasses a day mineral water. And in order to diversify the long stay of patients in the water, floating tables with snacks were placed in the hydrotherapy pool. Such fanaticism, of course, could not contribute to the development of hydrotherapy as a science.

Hydrotherapy received scientific development in the 19th century. At this time it gained great popularity in the West. A simple peasant, Vikenty Priessnitz, made a great contribution to its development. His student, the Austrian doctor, Professor Winternitz, having studied practical experience and the works of his teacher, put hydrotherapy on a solid scientific basis. Winternitz carefully developed the physiology of hydrotherapy techniques and gave a scientific explanation of the observations and knowledge obtained empirically by Priessnitz.

The priest Kneipp enriched hydrotherapy with new methods, who also contributed to the spread of hydropathic methods throughout the world. In 1892, works on hydrotherapy appeared by V. Kaminsky, an outstanding Russian scientist who devoted his life to the issues of hydrotherapy. Having summarized the experience of his predecessors, he introduces a lot of new things into this method of treatment. Kaminsky conducted a large practice; huge crowds of people thirsting for healing came to him.

Hydrotherapy is natural physical factor effects on the human body. It differs from many other means in its accessibility, safety and effectiveness: with proper use of water, you can fully correct many functional disorders, successfully fight diseases and maintain working capacity until old age. One of the most important laws of hydrotherapy is the law of reaction, which states: the stronger the irritation, the stronger the flow of blood to the site of irritation. Or, as Avicenna wrote, “swimming in cold water immediately deposits the innate warmth inside the body, then it again sticks to the surface of the body, enhanced several times.”

Contrast baths are a powerful irritant, have hardening properties, train blood vessels, reduce high blood pressure, relieve nervous overload and stress and improve skin function. That is why, along with air baths, contrasting water baths were included in the Health System.

Regular hot panna, which causes sweating, can lead to the body losing moisture, salts and vitamin C, and also disrupt the acid-base balance in it. Therefore, it would be more correct to alternate cold and hot bath. Such contrast baths maintain the body in normal condition and help it maintain acid-base balance.

The duration and technique of performing baths depends on the state of health. Contrast baths are especially effective for neuralgia, rheumatism, headaches, diabetes, hypertension, heart and kidney diseases, colds, Addison's disease, malaria, anemia, circulatory diseases, and fatigue. It should be remembered that with some diseases - alkalosis, acidosis, colds - convulsions or general lethargy often occur; these opposite symptoms can develop alternately. Such manifestations indicate the development of a compensatory process that rids the body of physiologically incompatible phenomena. In this case, contrast baths help.

Those suffering from sexually transmitted diseases should use contrast water baths only after treatment with air baths for 2-3 months. For those over 30 years old or weakened people, it is better to start with a hand or foot bath, with a gradual deeper immersion of the arms and legs in the bath: first to the elbow and knee, then to the shoulder and groin. After a week, you can already take a full bath, that is, immerse yourself in water up to your neck.

Hot and cold baths are taken alternately. Hot bath temperature 42-43°C. Temperature cold bath 14-15° C.

The technique of a bath with immersion to the groin is as follows: first you need to take a regular bath for the whole body, then dry yourself thoroughly and proceed to contrast baths:

  • Hot bath - 1 minute, cold bath - 1 minute;
  • Hot bath - 1 minute, cold bath - 1 minute;
  • Hot bath - 1 minute, cold bath - 1 minute.

The last bath should be cold, after which the body is thoroughly dried and left naked in the air until the skin is completely dry, from 6 to 30 minutes, depending on the state of health. Thin people need to stay naked for a shorter time, fat people need to stay naked for a longer time.

Contrast baths for those suffering from atherosclerosis.

In this case, treatment begins at the smallest temperature difference between the hot and cold bath. Gradually this difference is increased, and in the end it should be approximately 30 ° C.

  • Temperature hot water, S: 39 40 41 42 43
  • Temperature cold water, S: 35 30 25 20 14
  • How many days to take this bath: 3 3 2 2 2
  • Then the last bath is taken daily.

Contrast baths for healthy people.

Performed at a temperature of 41-43° C for a hot bath and 14-15° C for a cold one. Each bath lasts one minute, baths alternate. A series of baths of 11 cycles is recommended, and sometimes the course is extended to 61 cycles!

If you are unable to take a bath, you can pour cold tap water over your body, starting from your feet and gradually lifting the hose. You can also use a bucket for this purpose: one bucket of water for the legs, one for the knees, one for the navel area, one for the left shoulder, one for the right (repeat three times - a total of three buckets for each shoulder).

To cleanse the skin, it is also very useful to use Dr. Kneipp’s method - wrapping with a “Spanish cloak”. This procedure is performed as follows. The “Spanish cloak” is made from thick canvas in the form of a wide shirt with sleeves, which is wrapped in the front like a kimono. The “cloak” is soaked in cold or warm water and put on. The patient lies down on a blanket and wraps himself in such a way as to block access to air, and covers himself with a feather bed on top. You can use a wax paper liner. Under no circumstances should you use polyethylene or oilcloth. You need to put on the “cloak” and wrap yourself up quickly enough, and the whole procedure lasts 1.5-2 hours.

In order to be convinced of the effectiveness of this procedure, it is enough to look at the water in which the “cloak” is rinsed after such wrapping: it is full of harmful substances and mucus that come out along with sweat. This procedure is especially useful for general catarrhal conditions, fever, gout, and articular rheumatism. And if the “cloak” is dipped in a decoction of hay dust or pine branches, it can cure aching joints and urolithiasis.

This procedure is very useful for cleansing the body of toxins and can be performed by both adults and children.

Air and water baths do not only enhance skin respiration, not only stimulate the excretory function of the skin, but also train capillaries. This is especially important when we remember that the glomus, which acts as an emergency controller and plays an important role in blood circulation, is abundantly scattered under the skin.

Skin is the mirror of health

The skin performs not only respiratory and excretory functions; skin in a broader sense is a tissue that forms the contents of various organs. Therefore, when diagnosing, great attention should be paid to the condition of the skin. The presence of rashes, acne, freckles, moles, warts, dry skin, irritation - all these are signs of certain disorders in the body.

All nerve endings are located on the skin, it is penetrated by a huge number of venous vessels and is directly connected with endocrine system. All life processes are connected with it.

Diagnosing diseases based on skin conditions has been used since ancient times. Thus, in ancient China external signs knew how to recognize human illnesses, this art was called “Xian Ming”. This knowledge was secret, and the great masters of Xian Ming orally passed on their experience to a few students. According to this teaching, weight marks on the skin (birthmarks, age spots, nevi) indicate weak energy zones and channels in the human body.

Based on the pattern of facial skin changes, heart disease was determined. For example, a red complexion is characteristic of heart disease. When hypertension begins, pale skin is observed only in the forehead area. Heart failure with damage to the mitral valve and congestion in the pulmonary circulation is manifested by a blue-red coloration of the cheeks. A very reliable diagnostic sign of a possible myocardial infarction is also a violation of sensitivity, up to numbness of the skin area between the chin and lower lip.

Very characteristic of cardiac pathology are changes that appear on the nose or in the nasal area. For example, if blood vessels in the form of meshes are found around the nose, this indicates hemodynamic disturbances, stagnation, thrombosis with inflammation of the veins. The wings of the nose, which have a blue-red color, also indicate heart disease. Poor circulation is also indicated by pallor of the ears with a characteristic waxy tint.

Combined cardiopulmonary failure, with difficulty breathing due to chronic bronchitis, manifests itself as blueness of the auricle.

Zone special attention represent whiskey, which is an indicator of the vital energy reserves of the body. A curved temporal artery, which clearly protrudes under the skin, coupled with facial redness, indicates a sharp increase in blood pressure, which can lead to a hypertensive crisis. The same condition of the temporal artery, but in combination with pallor of the facial skin, indicates sclerosis of the cerebral vessels, aggravated by increased blood pressure renal origin.

White spots against the background of normal coloring of the cheeks indicate asthenoneurotic syndrome with persistent hypotension. In the case of blue-red coloration of the skin of the neck in combination with thickened veins, heart failure can be assumed.

Thus, for a person who understands that an organism is one system, where everything is interconnected, any skin changes, in combination with other signs, are important in establishing the correct diagnosis.

Skin pathology is understandable only against the background general pathology body. The skin is an important gland of external and internal secretion, with a vast surface, richly supplied with vessels, closely connected with all internal organs. It produces heat, electricity, radiation, it is the focus of the metabolism of many organic and mineral components, it is the source of numerous humoral reactions. The skin reacts humorally to all physical, chemical and microbial agents, external or internal. By maintaining skin resistance and youth, we will become better equipped to fight many diseases!

Constipation and carbon monoxide constipation as a risk factor

I already talked about that negative impact on health caused by the accumulation of carbon monoxide in the body. One of the reasons preventing the removal of carbon monoxide from the body is lack of oxygen, another is constipation.

Constipation is a consequence of expansion of the pylorus (the outlet from the stomach into the intestines) as a result of weakening of the 5th thoracic vertebra. It is known that the stomach has an acidic environment, and the intestines are alkaline. When the pylorus dilates, gastric acid from the stomach pours into the intestines, thereby neutralizing the alkali found there. This leads to weakened bowel function. If this phenomenon occurs regularly, constipation appears and, as a result, carbon monoxide accumulates in the body. And this, in turn, leads to many serious diseases, including cancer.

For some reason, constipation is not usually considered a serious illness or a cause for serious concern. Many people believe that it can be easily treated with laxatives or enemas. But these remedies are unlikely to help if the cause of constipation is a weakened spine. In this case, six health rules can provide effective help, allowing you to eliminate subluxations of the vertebrae, strengthen them and, in addition, enhance intestinal motility (especially the exercise for the back and abdomen and the “Goldfish”).

As soon as you start doing these exercises regularly, twice a day, you will immediately feel positive result. Regular bowel movements once a day can be considered ideal.

Why is constipation so dangerous and why is so much attention paid to this problem in the Health System?

When I was working on creating the System, my attention was drawn to the experiments of Dr. Shibata, who artificially created constipation in rabbits, which led to an expansion of the brain blood vessels and cerebral hemorrhage. Moreover, hemorrhages were observed only in those rabbits who had prolonged constipation. This pattern led me to think about a new method of treating mental illness.

Main reason mental disorders I consider a blockage or twisting of the intestines. With constipation, poisons are formed, these poisons are absorbed into the blood and, reaching the brain, poison its cells. This leads to dilation or inflammation of the capillaries, which in turn leads to impaired mental function. The good results obtained by treating some mental patients with thorough cleansing of the intestines confirm these conclusions. It can be said that one in ten weak-minded people suffers from constipation. This theory was known back in the time of Hippocrates. “Good health also presupposes perfect unloading,” they said then. Although many doctors consider diarrhea or constipation to be just a minor health problem, the dangers of intestinal waste accumulation cannot be underestimated.

When food is completely burned, carbon dioxide is formed, which does not harm the body. But when food is not completely burned, carbon monoxide is produced, which destroys the tissues and organs of the body. Even most careless servants will not forget to remove the ash from the bottom of the stove before loading coal into it. If you throw coal into a stove with ash at the bottom, there will be more smoke than fire. If we want to have good health, we must take care of perfect unloading. This means that you need to look for methods of cleansing the large intestine and the principles of rational nutrition.

But constipation disrupts more than just brain activity. Poisoned blood, circulating throughout the body, causes disturbances in all its organs. Chronic constipation expressed in three different stages:

  • At the first stage, general exhaustion resulting from constipation reduces the body's resistance, making it susceptible to any disease.
  • In the second stage, the general discomfort experienced by a constipated person is manifested by fog in the head, pain, and disturbances. blood pressure, diseases of the heart, kidneys and other organs.
  • At the third stage, self-poisoning occurs. The brain suffers most from intoxication; its blood vessels either dilate abnormally or rupture.

Damage to the brain leads to degeneration of the entire digestive system. With constant constipation, diseases associated with psychosis, duodenal ulcers, diseases of the large intestine, appendicitis, cholelithiasis, rheumatism, and stomach cancer occur. With self-poisoning, the skin becomes pale, yellow, filled with a large number of red blood cells and compounds with iron oxide. It is known that the health of the body largely depends on the state of the blood: it can either nourish it or destroy it. Contaminated blood during constipation becomes a source of autointoxication. It is clear, therefore, that those suffering from constipation can become victims of a wide variety of diseases.

Constantly filled feces colon turns into a stretched, motionless bag. It displaces internal organs from their places, compresses the diaphragm, which, as is known, is of great importance for normal blood circulation, displaces the liver, kidneys, and reduces mobility small intestine, causes problems in the genitourinary system.

All this creates the ground for the occurrence of serious diseases, including cancer.

Having realized the health threat constipation poses, I focused on finding methods of cleansing, strengthening the intestines and the principles of proper nutrition. Only these three components can bring the intestines back to normal.

Fasting treatment

Fasting treatment has been successfully practiced since ancient times by almost all nations. From sources that have reached us, it is known that more than two thousand years ago this treatment was prescribed by the philosopher of nature Asclepiades. Plutarch said: “Instead of taking medicine, fast for a day or two.” Similar recommendations can be found in many ancient scriptures, Hindu and Chinese. It is known from the Bible that not only Christ, but also Moses and Elijah starved for 40 days.

Kabbalah, the secret science and mystical philosophy of the Jews, also prescribes fasting. Almost all ancient peoples considered giving up food a way to cleanse the body. The Celtic priests, the Druids, had to go through a long fast in preparation for initiation into the next stage of the cult. Sun worshipers in Persia subjected themselves to a 50-day fast. The same is practiced in India to this day. Mahatma Gandhi, the famous spiritual leader of India, fasted often, sometimes for long periods. In his notes, Gandhi repeatedly prescribed fasting not only to heal the body, but also as a means of spiritual and mental development person.

In the 10th-11th centuries, the great Eastern physician Avicenna often prescribed fasting to his patients, especially those with smallpox and syphilis. During the French occupation of Egypt, many cases of cure of syphilis in Arab hospitals were recorded - through fasting. This was in 1922. A little later, the works of the famous Dr. Graham appeared, who laid the foundation for “Graham science.” A more detailed study of fasting treatment was carried out by Dr. E. Hokkaru, who defined fasting as a special branch new science. Not only when acute diseases, but even in the case of chronic diseases, he prescribed fasting, and this gave very good results. Around the same time, Dr. G. Tanner was studying therapeutic fasting; he himself fasted twice for 40 days in order to prove to others by his example that a person could remain without food for such a long time without any damage to his health.

Having studied many sources on the use of fasting for medicinal purposes, I tried to answer the question: what happens in the body during fasting? The immediate result of fasting is expressed in an increase in the blood of carbon dioxide, histamine, choline and similar substances, which contribute to the narrowing of the veins, resulting in a vacuum in the part where the venule meets the capillaries. This condition in the body creates a capillary vacuum, which is the driving force of blood circulation. Since a vacuum is a force, and fasting means creating a vacuum, by fasting we revive the motor power of the entire human body.

The most creative process in the body is the digestive process. But in the case when digestion is impaired and constipation occurs, this process can turn from constructive into destructive. In order to eliminate this destructive factor, it is necessary to temporarily suspend the digestion process. And then the released vital energy will be directed to restoring the functions of the body.

We ingest food, and as it passes through the body, it is crushed, digested, assimilated, and the excess is removed from the body. Four organs are responsible for removing harmful substances: the intestines, lungs, kidneys and skin. For these organs to work well, the body must have a high vital potential, that is, certain energy capabilities.

After all, to remove excess, you need to expend energy. It takes an enormous amount of vital energy to pass large quantities of food through the digestive tract, a ten-meter-long path that runs from the mouth to the rectum. A huge amount of energy is required to pass fluids through the two million filters of the human kidneys. Vital energy is required for chemical processes in the liver and gallbladder, which prepare food for absorption by myriads of body cells.

A lot of energy is required to enrich five to eight liters of blood with oxygen and remove carbon dioxide from the body; vital energy is also needed by the skin with its millions of pores, through which toxic substances are removed.

If you stop these energy expenditures for a while, then the freed vital force will be directed to other urgent needs of the body. However, I am not inclined to view fasting as a panacea. Rather, I share the view of fasting as a preventative measure that helps prevent many diseases. At the same time, fasting according to my system can actually cope with certain diseases. These include stomach diseases, dyspepsia, constipation, liver enlargement, appendicitis, hepatitis, gastroenteritis, rheumatism, obesity, arthritis, diabetes, asthma, high pressure, dropsy, sciatica, epilepsy, insomnia, impotence, general paralysis, headaches, migraines, pneumonia, obesity, bronchitis, pleurisy, goiter, malaria, tonsillitis, typhoid, varicose veins, ear diseases, cancer, meningitis, adenoids, hernia, cholelithiasis, cystitis, chronic diarrhea, rectal disease, motor nerve paralysis, anemia.

The following is indisputable: fasting treatment is an excellent way to influence the body, causing an improvement in mental and physical condition, restoration of normal body functions, and an increase in a person’s mental abilities. The greatest success can be achieved by fasting 5 times a year. In men, fasting treatment should last 3 days for the first time, 5 days for the second, 7 days for the third, fourth and fifth time. For women - 2 days the first time, 4 - the second, 6 - the third, and the remaining two times - 8 days each.

An interval of 40 to 60 days should be maintained between courses. In case of uncertainty or fear of a longer fast (for 7 and 8 days), a short course of 2 days can be repeated before undergoing a longer fast.

If the desired result is achieved after the first two courses of fasting treatment and if you do not want to carry out the remaining three courses, then short fasts (2-4 days for men and 3-5 for women) should be repeated after 2 or 3 years. Fasting courses should be carried out under proper supervision, and it is necessary to first cleanse the intestines. It should, however, be remembered that fasting also has a shadow side - the possibility that intestinal obstruction will occur. Therefore, fasting cannot be recommended for everyone.

In order to eliminate this serious drawback of fasting, I performed a series of experiments on myself. As a result, I was able to develop a diet that prevents the occurrence of intestinal obstruction during fasting. Complete fasting is replaced by a diet consisting of agar-agar jelly. In this case, no complications arise, while the advantages of treatment are fully preserved.

Cleansing diet

To remove old feces and toxic metabolites from the body, as well as to stimulate the functions of the excretory organs, you can use the M. Bircher-Benner cleansing diet.

It is carried out as follows:

  • For four days in a row, eat only vegetables and fruits, raw or dried fruits, but soaked in the evening (infusions are also drunk), nuts, infusions of chicory leaves or coffee, green tea, honey, vegetable oil 1-3 teaspoons, potatoes only in the form of raw juices. Nothing cooked. 100 g dried rye bread.
  • For these four days the following are excluded from food: meat, fish, eggs, sausage, White bread, crackers, pastry products, soups and broths, chocolate, candies and other sweets, alcohol and tobacco.
  • Fifth day: the same as the first four days, but one black cracker is added.
  • Sixth day: the same, for lunch you can add 2-3 potatoes, boiled without salt, or mashed potatoes.
  • Seventh day: the same plus two crackers and half a liter of sour milk.
  • Eighth and ninth days: add one egg (raw yolk). From the tenth to the fourteenth day: add 1 teaspoon of butter and 2 tbsp. spoons of cottage cheese with 1 teaspoon of vegetable oil.
  • Starting from the fifteenth day, 100 g of boiled meat is included (no more than twice a week), but two days a week (Monday and Tuesday, for example), the regimen of the first four days is repeated.

The Nishi health system has a healing effect on the human body through special gymnastics, a unique macrobiotic nutrition system and various recommendations for improving health.

Origin

The Nishi system came to us from Japan, its founder was Katsuzo Nishi, who believed that the basis of all health problems is an improperly functioning spine and disruption of the capillaries. The theory of the great Japanese practitioner showed stunning results in real life. Katsuzo Nishi suffered from intestinal tuberculosis, and all the doctors predicted an early death for him. However, the young Japanese refused such a prospect and decided to be cured at all costs.

Since childhood, Katsuzo Nishi loved to watch the continuous movement of Nature, and one day it came to him that all living things in this world are trying to maintain their health and do their best to avoid the onset of disease. Man, according to Nisha, refused to comply with natural laws, trying to quickly get rid of a painful condition and not realizing the full power of his healthy essence.

Therefore, inventing his extraordinary health system, Katsuzo Nishi strove for the natural restoration of all vital systems of the body without the use of various medications, massages and other tricks. He especially focused on the regeneration of the natural functions of the base, the supporting structure of our body - the spinal column, as well as the healthy functioning of the capillary system, which covers our entire body with tiny blood threads.

The Nishi system involves regular exercise, macrobiotic nutrition, meditative practices, as well as the use of oxygen, sunbathing and hydrotherapy to maintain the vitality of the body and restore its basic functions.

A bed and pillow that protects

According to Katsuzo Nishi, the key to good health is a perfectly straight, perfectly functioning spine and, of course, proper blood circulation. To maintain stable operation of the entire spinal system, it is necessary to pay close attention to the bed and pillow on which we usually sleep. Spring mattresses or soft feather beds are not allowed on the bed, since they do not fix the spine in the correct position during sleep and allow its curvature, which ultimately leads to
can cause clamps and displacement of the vertebrae. For longevity and natural health you need to choose a hard surface to sleep on. For example, you can put a board or wood plywood on the bed. To achieve the ideal effect, you should try sleeping on the floor, especially in summer time. A hard surface will ensure an even horizontal position of the body, thereby allowing complete blood circulation throughout the capillary system.

A firm pillow is also an integral part of a healthy spinal structure, as it properly supports the neck, preventing it from twisting and dislocating during sleep. Practitioners of the Nishi system recommend using a tight fabric roller or half-cylinder, made from wood yourself, and placing it under the cervical region. If you are not used to it, sleeping on a hard cushion can be quite painful, but over time the amazing effect will come: all the tightness and pain in the cervical region will go away, headaches will stop, blood circulation in the face and neck area will normalize, chronic diseases of the ears, nose and throat will disappear.

Macrobiotics - the path to longevity

Japanese practitioner Katsuzo Nishi focused on the quality of nutrition. Its health system differs from its analogues in the macrobiotic principle of nutrition. Macrobiotics considers food as a source of health, longevity, and a favorable mood. It only includes products natural origin, as whole (natural) foods are believed to build strength in our body healthy mind and saturates it with the necessary vital energy.
The Nishi system involves a gradual abandonment of animal and meat foods, which are recommended to be eaten only occasionally, in favor of macrobiotic foods, the list of which includes vegetables, fruits, cereals, legumes and other food products of plant origin. This diet contains a rich complex of vitamins and minerals necessary to maintain the vitality of the body and activate internal energy. The macrobiotic system helps eliminate various toxins and waste from the body, returning the body to its natural state of health.

Sun, air and water...

In the Japanese health system, close attention is paid to hydrotherapy, oxygen and solar procedures. Katsuzo Nishi believed that the use of contrast baths was effective for normalizing the functioning of capillaries and the circulatory system as a whole. Hydrotherapy in the Nishi system takes place in several courses. During the procedure, the patient takes alternately hot and cold baths, and the procedure ends with a cold bath to maintain skin and vascular tone. Upon completion of the procedure, the patient is thoroughly dried with a towel and remains naked until completely dry if the procedure is carried out in the fresh air. The effectiveness of solar and contrast air baths, respectively, is based on feeding the body with ultraviolet radiation and the alternating effects of atmospheric heat and cold. Air baths are best performed in the cold season to obtain effective results.

Nishi's health system places an emphasis on the ability to relax, as well as positive thinking. Katsuzo Nishi recommended not to bring into the bedroom all the troubles and negative thoughts accumulated during the day, and try to get rid of them long before going to bed. The main function of sleep is rest and normalization of all body systems, so negativity and anxiety will not be the best companions at the stage of proper rest.

Also, the Japanese practitioner taught his followers that any problem in life is passing, and you just need to accept it as a given.

Application of gymnastics in the Nishi system

Health-improving gymnastics is a key stage in the entire Nishi system. However, it will not give full effect without following all of the above recommendations. Gymnastics is focused on restoring the entire musculoskeletal system and capillary system, which, according to the teachings of Nishi, is the vital foundation of our body.

We present to your attention several exercises from the Sixth Rule of Health of Nisha, which will allow you to independently improve your health and maintain it for a long time. However, I would like to start with an exercise for the capillaries.

Since capillaries can be found in any part of our body, their condition is a leading parameter of the health of the entire body. Their proper functioning ensures the cleansing of cells from accumulated decay products and the delivery of fresh, healthy elements, and also guarantees complete cleansing circulatory system from harmful substances. The largest number of capillaries are located on our limbs. In the case of a sedentary lifestyle, there is a loss of their elasticity and ability to contract, which causes blood stagnation and the accumulation of decay products. The vibrations created by shaking the limbs will help get rid of stagnation and restore the vital activity of the capillaries. The Nishi system offers an easy and interesting exercise that includes vibrations. While performing it, you need to lie down on the floor or a hard surface, raise your arms and legs up and start shaking them vigorously. Stagnant capillary areas are activated, thus normalizing the vital activity of the arms and legs along the entire length.

Warm feet and running in place

The healing effect of the entire musculoskeletal system comes from regular running in place. The Nishi system is built on the fact that the basis of life is movement. Even casual movement in place can bring long-awaited healing to your body. Every day you need to jog smoothly in place for a few minutes. In this case, you should not strain your legs, you need to move them freely and slowly, lower your arms along your body and let them just dangle.
At first, this type of running will seem unusual; from time to time you will have the desire to run faster or make some kind of sudden movement. However, harmony and slowness are important in recovery, so a leisurely daily run in place will give amazing results.

To get rid of the syndrome of constantly cold extremities, the effective exercise “Reed in the wind” is suitable. It helps improve blood circulation and prevents stagnation. The exercise is performed while lying on your stomach on a hard surface, your legs are bent at the knees and completely relaxed, as if turned into the thinnest reed, susceptible to any blow of wind. Allowing your legs to move freely, begin to bend and straighten them with ease and without tension, trying to reach your buttocks with your heels. Even if at first you won’t be able to reach your buttocks, it doesn’t matter, the main thing is to do this smoothly and gradually exercises. Over time, daily gymnastics of this kind will increase blood flow, saturate muscles and tissues with useful substances, and relieve fatigue in the lower part of the body.

Short breaks between daily exercises can also be filled with benefits. To do this, it is necessary, intensively squeezing, to roll two walnuts. Perform a similar massage with the feet, rolling the nuts on the floor with your feet. This type of massage will improve blood circulation, relax the nervous system and restore wonderful well-being.

The health of the spine lies in its flexibility

Nishi's gymnastics, aimed at aligning the spine and harmonizing the entire spinal sphere, improves blood circulation, removes tightness, straightens the back and puts the vertebrae in place.

Thanks to the effective “Leaf” exercise, blood supply to the brain is normalized. To begin, you need to lie face up on a hard surface and completely relax. Then, slowly bending your knees without lifting your heels off the floor, try to bring your legs as close to your buttocks as possible. After this, slowly raise your head and pull your hands to your knees without lifting your spine from the floor. Reaching your knees as far as possible, freeze in this position for a while, and then smoothly return to the starting position and rest a little. The exercise is performed every day in the morning and evening.

Exercise “Willow Branch” is done in a standing position, legs placed as wide as possible, the back is straightened, and the hands are placed on the lower back. In the starting position, completely relax your body, feel it as if weightless. Then begin to slowly bend back, smoothly throwing your head back. Bend over as much as possible, lower your arms freely and freeze like that for a while. If you feel slightly tired, place your hands on your lower back again and slowly straighten up to the starting position. The exercise is performed daily.

The “Bow String” pose will restore the lumbar region and prevent the deposition of salts in the spinal column. To perform the exercise, you need to kneel and place your arms along your body. Then gently bend back and clasp your ankles with your hands, stay in this position for a few seconds, then return to the starting position. The exercise must be done daily from three to ten times, depending on age and well-being.

Healing self-massage

Nishi’s daily gymnastics ends with the “Flexible Vine” exercise. To perform it, you need to stand straight, place your hands on the lumbar region. Then slowly massage the area along the spine with your fingers, gradually reaching the cervical region. Next, you should lean forward, trying to reach your hands to the floor. After this, straighten up and immediately smoothly bend back to the maximum. Then straighten up again and bend your body several times to the right and left. The exercise is done daily and is an excellent way to improve blood circulation and flexibility of the entire musculoskeletal system.

The use of the Nishi system makes it possible to prevent the occurrence of chronic forms of a whole range of diseases. Due to the gentle approaches of this therapeutic method, there are no contraindications to the use of the Nisha health system. However, any treatment must be carried out under the close supervision of a specialist, therefore preliminary consultation by application medicinal baths, or discussion optimal mode nutrition will have a positive impact on your health. Nishi's health-improving gymnastics will allow the body to heal in a new way and get rid of health problems, even if they have already become old.

These 5 ways are five simple exercises, most of them are well known in yoga. If you do them easily, then everything is fine with you.

Does this ever happen to you: you seem to have slept well, but in the morning you have a headache or stomach ache? And you begin to analyze and look for the reasons for your poor health. In this case, self-diagnosis of health will help - there are 5 simple methods, which are given by Katsuzo Nishi in his book “Nishi Medicine. Golden rules of health."These 5 ways are five simple exercises, most of them are well known in yoga. If you do them easily, then everything is fine with you.

1.Forward tilt

Bend at the waist and lean forward. The knees should be straight.Try to touch your fingers to the floor.If you succeeded, then your stomach and spine are in normal condition.

2. Wall support

Stand facing the wall, lean your hands on it.Try to make a 60° angle with the wall. Do not lift your heels off the floor.If you manage to be in this position, then your genitals and sciatic nerve are in order.

Exercise 3

Lean your back on the table with your elbows on it. The face is directed upward.Your body should form a 30° angle with the floor. Your pose should resemble a “board”.The thumbs lie on the table, the remaining fingers hang over the edge of the table. If you succeeded, congratulate yourself, your kidneys are doing well.

4. Plow

Lie on the floor, on your back, with your arms extended along your body.Raise your legs straight up and place them behind your head, so that the tips of your big toes touch the floor.If you do not experience significant discomfort, then your liver is normal!

5. Fish

Sit on your knees, placing your bent legs under your buttocks.Now from this position try to lie on your back.Your knees should remain on the floor. Managed? This means your ureters and your intestines are fine.

That's all self-diagnosis of health.

If you have problems performing any of these five exercises, then those organs are not in order and you need to practice.

You can make these exercises much easier if you repeat the “capillary” exercise for blood vessels before and after them.

Exercise for capillaries

Lie on your back on a hard, flat surface. It is better to place a cushion under your neck (you can roll up a towel).

Raise your arms and legs parallel to the floor - your feet and palms point toward the ceiling. In this position, shake your arms and legs vigorously.

Perform the exercise from 1 to 3 minutes.

You can imagine that you are trying to throw balls with your hands and feet - this is one of the options for performing this exercise.

Do the exercise as best you can. If your arms or legs do not rise, do it at the height to which your arms or legs rise. Over time, everything will work out for you. Just do the exercise regularly.

Nishi recommends doing this exercise twice a day: in the morning before breakfast and in the evening before dinner.

Take care of your capillaries - it's that simple!

Exercises must be performed at a slow pace, without jerking or excessive effort.Performing these exercises stimulates those organs whose health they are an indicator of.Therefore, by training and performing these exercises, you restore your body and help get rid of diseases of the relevant organs! published

Many people in modern world suffer from back pain. There are several reasons for this: lack of mobility, sedentary work, improper sleep. You can often find quite a few young people who have problems with their spine and don’t know what to do about it. Some try to resort to drug treatment, or, at best, massage. But there is a very simple and, most importantly, effective technique- gymnastics Katsuzo Nishi.

The essence of the technique

A system of gymnastic exercises aimed at rehabilitation and healing of the spine was invented by the Japanese Katsuzo Nishi. IN childhood He was in rather poor health and suffered from several illnesses.

In the course of his own research and study of literature, he came to a rather revolutionary conclusion at that time: diseases do not arise on their own, independently of one another. All diseases are interconnected, the law of cause and effect applies to them, they should be considered in a system.

Did you know? According to Katsuzo Nishi, a healthy person should chew food at least 50 times, a sick person - 100 times or more, and a healthy person who wants to improve their health - at least 150 times.

And the cause of many diseases is often the improper functioning of our spine. Perhaps such a radical conclusion was facilitated by the lack of traditional medical education (which, quite possibly, would not have allowed the Japanese to go beyond classical judgments in medicine).

Katsuzo Nishi rightly judged that spinal column- the key organ of our body: firstly, it is the basis of the frame of the entire body, secondly, it houses the spinal cord - the peripheral nervous system, and thirdly, according to Eastern practices and teachings, energy centers (chakras) are located in the spine ) person.

In addition, the spinal column is penetrated by a mass of capillaries - the thinnest blood vessels that act as the final site for supplying organs with oxygen. Thus, problems with capillaries negate all transport of oxygen to the organs; it simply will not reach its destination.
Based on such conclusions, the Japanese created a system of gymnastic exercises aimed at improving the health of capillaries and the spine. The basis of gymnastics for restoring capillary functions is vibration movements.

Another important factor in gymnastics should be called correct breathing. We can say that breathing is the initial stage of oxygen traffic, and capillaries are the final stage.

Nishi pays no less attention to proper nutrition in her system (this is the basis of energy exchange, Construction Materials body and all endocrine processes), and human mental health.

Nishi criticized a lot of various health practices for their complexity and selective effects (exercises for posture, exercises for the neck, for the legs). Its complex is extremely simple and has a general healing effect.

Benefits of the Nishi system

With regular gymnastics exercises according to the Nishi system, the hidden resources of the human body are awakened. In addition to healing in general, we can highlight the most characteristic particular cases of healing of individual systems, as well as cures for many diseases.
Katsuzo Nishi system:

  • increases immunity;
  • normalizes blood circulation;
  • optimizes the functioning of the heart and blood vessels;
  • has a beneficial effect on the digestion and absorption of food, thereby normalizing the condition of the stomach and intestines;
  • removes toxic waste;
  • has a beneficial effect on the lungs;
  • restores the liver and kidneys;
  • relieves migraines;
  • stimulates mental activity;
  • relieves scoliosis, forms beautiful posture;
  • promotes good stretching, flexibility of joints and ligaments;
  • has a beneficial effect on the reproductive system (both male and female);
  • relieves ENT diseases;
  • relieves toothache;
  • significantly reduces the consequences of vegetative-vascular dystonia;
  • normalizes the activity of the nervous system;
  • normalizes sleep;
  • relieves all kinds of anxiety, anxiety, outbreaks of panic;
  • helps to achieve harmony with yourself and the world around you;
  • rejuvenates the body.

Did you know? Nishi believed that dermatological and oncological diseases cannot be considered separately. The risk of cancer directly depends on the condition of the skin, and here only a systemic approach is acceptable. Nishi argued that the subcutaneous vessels perform a kind of function of an additional heart. Without their normal operation, proper blood circulation and, accordingly, oxygen supply to tissues are impossible.

Health rules

Nishi first published his six “Golden Rules of Health” in the 20-30s of the twentieth century. They almost immediately gained popularity and adherents not only in Japan, but throughout the world. Despite their simplicity, these 6 rules and exercises, subject to their strict adherence and implementation, are truly effective.

The first two of Katsuzo Nishi's six golden rules are rules in the literal sense, giving us theoretical knowledge about proper sleep.

The remaining 4 are exercises that stimulate and heal various systems of our body, having a main effect through the spinal column.

Rule 1. Hard bed

Since we spend a significant portion (about 30%) of our lives sleeping, this time can be put to good use for our health. Moreover, most people sleep incorrectly, and this circumstance has an extremely negative effect on the spine.
When the sleeping bed is sufficiently rigid and level, the weight of our body is evenly distributed along the entire back, allowing the muscles to relax. In addition, such a bed helps to relax the spine itself, especially after physical labor.

Among the positive aspects of sleeping on a hard bed, the following should be highlighted:

  • stimulates the functions of the epidermis;
  • has a beneficial effect on the condition of subcutaneous capillaries;
  • prevents liver prolapse;
  • stimulates blood flow in all layers of the skin.

Rule 2. Hard pillow

Although the rule is called a “hard pillow,” in our traditional understanding, a hard cushion (preferably wooden), selected based on your anthropometric characteristics, is not a pillow.
However, the cushion that completely fills the space between your shoulder blades and the back of your head in a dream is called a pillow in Japan. A correctly made pillow makes it possible to absolutely evenly place the 3rd and 4th vertebrae on it, which will be at rest.

If you decide to use a bolster to sleep, at first you will feel extremely uncomfortable, perhaps even painful. This is a consequence of our habit of sleeping on a soft mattress and equally soft pillows.

This habit, in fact, has a rather detrimental effect on health, although, in our understanding, a soft pillow is a completely common thing. When using the roller for the first time, you can coat it thick fabric, periodically removing it in order to quickly get used to the hard surface.

Did you know?Katsuzo Nishi was born in 1884 in Japan. Doctors predicted that his life expectancy would not exceed 20 years. However, largely thanks to the system of gymnastic exercises, rules of sleep, nutrition and mental health he created, he lived to be 75 years old.

Rule 3

The exercise is aimed at relaxing the nerve endings of the spinal cord. Regular exercise has a positive effect on blood circulation, optimizes the functioning of the heart, and normalizes the activity of most systems of our body, including the nervous system.
Perform the exercise as follows:

  • lie down on a hard surface (you can face down or on your back), stretch your torso, trying to stretch your toes as far as possible;
  • pull your heel right leg towards the bottom, pull your arms towards the top, then change legs;
  • put your hands under your head and make writhing movements in horizontal plane(imitating the movement of a fish while swimming), your spine should move in a left-right direction;
  • make sure that your shoulder blades, back, legs and heels are pressed tightly to the surface.

The duration of the exercise is 60-100 seconds. It is advisable to perform it twice a day - in the morning and before bed.

Rule 4. Exercise for capillaries

The action of this exercise is aimed at normalizing blood flow by stimulating the capillaries. In addition, the exercise has a beneficial effect on the movement of lymph and, accordingly, helps cleanse the body.
Precisely because lymph actively begins to move throughout the body, removing all foreign toxic substances from it, it is better to perform it completely naked, so that the skin breathes well and toxins leave through the pores.

Starting pose: lie on your back on a hard surface, place a cushion under your head.

  • lift your legs connected together from the surface, pull them until your feet are in a horizontal position, raise your arms;
  • shake all limbs for 60-150 seconds.

Important!Regular exercise can easily replace jogging; moreover, it has some advantages over traditional running: there is no cardio load, and your joints are at rest.

Rule 5. Exercise “Closing palms and feet”

The exercise is aimed at achieving harmony of mental and physical strength. Tones muscles, blood vessels, normalizes nervous activity. Exercise has a beneficial effect on the functioning of the diaphragm, thereby promoting the movement of blood in the body and minimizing the load on the heart.
Useful for expectant mothers, regardless of the stage of pregnancy. The exercise is divided into 2 parts.

Preliminary part:

  • starting position - lie on a hard surface on a cushion, face up;
  • bend your knees so that the soles of your feet touch tightly over the entire area;
  • join the palms of your bent arms in the same way, your closed palms should be on your chest.

In this position, various movements will be performed, which should be repeated 10 times:

  1. While in the starting position, press the fingertips of one hand onto the other.
  2. Gradually transfer the pressure from the pads to the entire palm.
  3. Stretch your arms with your palms joined together behind your head as far as possible. From there, without changing the position of your palms (fingers pointing upward), move your clasped hands along your body to your waist.
  4. Turn your palms (without opening them) so as to point your fingers towards your legs, pull them along your body away from groin area to the stomach.
  5. Repeat point 3, with the difference that you need to pull your palms not along the body, but as high as possible above the body.
  6. Raise your arms as high as possible, return to the starting position.
  7. Keep your folded palms on your chest as you move your closed feet up and down.
  8. Combine the movements with your legs (point 7) with similar movements with your arms.

Main part:

  1. Take the starting position - the same as in the preliminary part.
  2. Close your eyes and stay in the starting position for 12-15 minutes.

Rule 6. Exercise for the abdomen and spine

One of the main conditions for success in the practice of this complex is a positive attitude, self-confidence, in one’s own future and in the fact that classes using this method will be crowned with success. You shouldn't have negative thoughts, only optimism and positivity. Thoughts, as you know, are material.

Important!This exercise will help you unlock your own potential, freely move prana (life energy) in and out through your energy centers. Optimizes the course of redox processes in the body, normalizes brain function. Consists of preliminary and main parts.

Preliminary part.

  1. Take the starting position: kneel with your buttocks resting on your heels. Perform each movement for 10 repetitions.
  2. Sitting in the starting position, raise and lower shoulder joints(perform shrugs). Shrugs should be repeated after each movement of this exercise.
  3. Put your hands in front of you, and then turn around sharply, as if trying to see your tail.
  4. Gently turn your head to the starting position.
  5. Repeat the same thing, only in the other direction.
  6. Do the same exercise with your arms raised.
  7. Tilt your head to the right and left, performing shrugs between movements.
  8. Bend forward and backward (shrugs between movements).
  9. Combine the two previous points: tilts left and right, forward and backward.
  10. Place your head on your shoulder, slowly roll it to the other shoulder, so that occipital part her head rolled over her back.
  11. Bend your elbows, clasp your palms, tilt your head back, touching the back of your head, and look at the ceiling. Pull your elbows at a 90° angle behind your back, trying to squeeze your shoulder blades together. Pull your chin up.

For the main part, the initial pose is the same as for the preliminary.

  1. Relax all muscles for 30-45 seconds, then straighten your shoulders and back, tighten your stomach.
  2. Swing left and right, while pulling in and releasing your stomach.

Did you know? Nishi gave his first lectures introducing the mass public to his own system of exercises in 1927. The system very quickly gained an army of adherents. There were so many of them, and National composition so diverse that only 9 years later a book was published in English. In 1944, readers and followers of Katsuzo Nishi saw the complete edition of the Six Rules of Health.

Do not be fooled by the simplicity, even some primitiveness of this technique. Try doing this gymnastics, and soon you will feel dramatic changes in your body. Just remember the need for regular exercise, a positive attitude and faith in success. Good luck and good health!
