During physical education the named healing forces of nature are used in two directions:

1. As a concomitant condition of exercise, when natural factors environments complement, enhance and optimize the impact of exercise.

2. When organizing special processes, during which the impact of these natural factors is dosed in a certain way, as a relatively independent means of hardening and healing.

L.P. Matveev believed that by combining physical exercises with natural hardening factors, it is possible to increase the general resistance of the body to a number of adverse effects that a person has to face, such as vibration, motion sickness, acceleration overload, and others.

Although natural environmental factors are not the main specific means physical education, their corresponding promotional value, according to L.P. Matveev, it is difficult to overestimate.

In the process of analyzing the literature, we found that in the order of combining physical activity with natural factors, there is currently no unambiguous methodological approach.

The disclosure of this issue showed that the studies were carried out only with special hardening procedures, and the issue of the natural factor as a concomitant hardening of physical activity was hardly considered.

For example, one of the teachers of the Vladimir Pedagogical Institute, A.L. Stepanov, conducted research on the issue - "Hardening to cold in the mode morning exercises". That is, the purpose of his work was to determine the greatest flooding effect of cooling before, in the middle and after the morning exercises complex (For a discussion of the results, see the third chapter).
