    According to Katsuzo Nishi's Health System (1936), which incorporates a raw food diet, fasting, yoga, bioenergy and other techniques, you should start your day with juicy fruits that should be eaten raw and whole - with peels and seeds. Fresh fruit can be substituted for freshly made vegetable juices.

    Raw foodists believe that the main cause of obesity is eating unnatural foods. Obesity cannot occur with the consumption of natural, raw food. Indeed, first, it is difficult to overeat raw plant foods.
