Autohemotherapy: indications and scheme of implementation. The procedure to reduce the body's sensitivity to irritants - autohemotherapy: indications and contraindications for allergic diseases

Autohemotherapy is the treatment of a patient with his personal blood (venous). The process of this procedure is capable of causing some kind of biological stimulation. internal organs human, as well as all body systems, thereby contributing to the improvement of their functionality. Studying the harm, benefits and the very methods of carrying out this autohemotherapy procedure makes it possible to evaluate all the effectiveness and usefulness this method in the treatment of various diseases.

Autohemotherapy, or rather the process of this procedure itself, occurs by taking the patient's blood from a vein and injecting it intradermally, intramuscularly and subcutaneously. In rare cases, the intravenous route is used. In this case, the very effect of this procedure (autohemotherapy) will be due to a special protective reaction of the patient's body, which will be aimed at combating the incoming biomaterials.

The patient's blood itself, which has been subjected to various changes (for example, oxidation or decay of elements, and so on), with the presence of most substances in it (metabolic products or microorganisms, and so on), becomes a kind of biological stimulant for the function of the systems and organs of the patient's body. There are no strong negative consequences from the performed autohemotherapy procedure for the sole reason, namely, the coincidence of the injected biomaterial.

In some cases, the blood of not only the patient, but also his relatives, for example, mother or father, brother or sister, can be used for the autohemotherapy procedure.

This method is empirical because there is no enough evidence base. This method is based on the ability of water, which is considered the main component of the patient's blood, to memorize information about ongoing various processes in the body, including pathological ones. After the so-called re-introduction of the biomaterial, defense mechanisms detects some negative formations and enters into battle with them, this explains the immunomodulatory effect of the autohemotherapy procedure.

The strongest pronounced effect autohemotherapy procedure shows on the condition of the skin, so it is more predominantly used in cosmetology. To increase the therapeutic effect, the taken blood, before being reintroduced, can be mixed with various homeopathic or medicinal products, and also undergoes various kinds of changes (for example, ozonation or freezing, and so on).

Useful properties of the procedure

Based on the mechanisms of action of the autohemotherapy procedure on the patient's body, various subsequent useful properties of this procedure:

  • Anti-inflammatory effect
    will contribute to the elimination of various purulent processes in soft tissues, as well as chronic inflammatory formations in the patient's body (for example, pneumonia or furunculosis). In this case, it is possible to use the autohemotherapy procedure with the use of antibiotics;

  • Rejuvenating effect
    procedures used in cosmetology premature aging skin in women who are already over thirty years old;

  • Recovery after serious illnesses
    or surgical interventions;
  • Ridding the body of waste and toxins;
  • Improving lymph flow and blood circulation;
  • Decreased cholesterol in the patient's blood, increasing the elasticity of blood vessels and enriching the blood with oxygen. All these properties are used in geriatrics in the fight against various age-related changes or senile diseases;

  • Increase mental and physical performance
    and an increase in the tone of the body;
  • Stabilization of the psycho-vegetative and emotional state;
  • with allergic reactions contributes quite effective elimination allergens in the blood;

  • Enhanced tissue repair
    contributes to their increased healing (ulcers in diabetes, wounds, fractures, injuries, varicose veins);
  • The increase in the effect contributes, so to speak, to the joint conduct of the autohemotherapy procedure with the use of vitamins;
  • The procedure of autohemotherapy in gynecology so to speak normalizes menstrual cycle , and also contributes to the elimination of some adhesive process, cure for various kinds of chronic inflammatory formations in the small pelvis;

  • Strengthening effect on the articular tissue
    , blood vessels, musculoskeletal tissue, heart. IN this case an autohemotherapy procedure using calcium gluconate can be used;
  • Troubleshooting skin (acne, psoriasis, dermatitis, acne, and so on), relief of their symptoms (hyperemia, swelling, itching). These properties of this procedure are widely used in cosmetology and dermatology.
    The effectiveness of autohemotherapy in the case of acne is about eighty percent;
  • Improved performance endocrine system, stabilization hormonal imbalance, as well as improving metabolic processes.

Indications for autohemotherapy

Based on useful properties autohemotherapy procedures and the safety of the session itself, highlight some indications for its appointment:

Features of autohemotherapy

The principle of the autohemotherapy procedure is based on taking a certain amount of the patient's venous blood and re-introducing it. With all this, there are features of such a procedure:

  • If necessary intramuscular injection blood patient, then it must be injected into the upper extreme area (quadrant) of the buttocks. If blood sampling is done from the left hand, then the injection itself should be carried out in the right buttock.
  • In order to prevent blood clotting, you need to mix the biomaterial with a component such as sodium citrate, salt and hydrogen peroxide;
  • When blood and other substances, components and preparations interfere, it is forbidden to shake the container or the syringe itself.
    Movements must be light and accurate in order to avoid the formation of bubbles in the resulting solution, this can lead to quite dangerous and very undesirable consequences (embolism);
  • A very important aspect of the procedure is observance of sterility.
    Intramuscular and intravenous intervention must be in an increased degree of disinfection. In particular, this applies to the procedure of autohemotherapy with one's own hands at home;

  • We do not recommend that you inject a large portion of blood, since the increase in volume will take place gradually, thereby reaching a special level of no more than ten milliliters. Otherwise, inflammation may occur at the injection site, which will be accompanied by chills, muscle pain and elevated temperature. With the manifestation of such symptoms, treatment can be stopped both for a while and forever, everything will depend on the decision of the doctor. In this case, the dose, so to speak, of repeated administration of the client's blood will be reduced;

  • To prevent the formation of infiltrates, we recommend on the injection area apply iodine mesh and also apply alcohol compresses. It is also allowed to use a heating pad;

  • If you go through everything according to the instructions, then the re-introduction of blood will occur intradermally, intramuscularly or subcutaneously. Intramuscular is somewhat preferred because it reduces the risk of infiltrates, bruising and local inflammation at the injection site. Subcutaneous injection of blood must pass more than one milliliter, which contributes to the occurrence of these complications. The intravenous option is used very rarely, mainly with the use of droppers.

Scheme of the procedure of autohemotherapy

How to properly conduct an autohemotherapy session?

As a rule, the number of injections, the duration of treatment, the volume of blood injected and the method itself will be determined by the patient's doctor. The appointments themselves will be based on the assessment of the patient and, accordingly, his indications for the autohemotherapy procedure itself. The decision of the question, “How often to carry out the procedure”, also follows the doctor.

Important! The interval between procedures must be at least one hundred days, it is best to conduct sessions twice a year.

In medicine, as well as in cosmetology itself, several methods of carrying out the autohemotherapy procedure are used, while their basic principle is completely identical, but there is one difference, which is in the scheme of the procedure.

Standard

The scheme of a simple autohemotherapy procedure is based on a gradual increase in the volume of blood injected to the patient. The initial dose consists of one to two milliliters. Each subsequent procedure will increase the volume by two milliliters. After the blood dose reaches ten milliliters, then a countdown is made, that is, a gradual decrease in the dosage to the initial dose. As a rule, injections are obtained in one course from ten to fifteen, the course lasts from one to two days.

with ozone

The scheme of this method will be based on the dosage of ozonized (i.e. enrichment of the blood with active oxygen) blood, which will be taken from the patient. This method is widely used, because the therapeutic quality of the procedure increases. Autohemotherapy itself with the help of ozone contributes to a rather powerful destruction of pathogenic microorganisms in one portion of blood taken from a patient.

This procedure has two types:

stepped

In this case, the blood must be diluted with special homeopathic preparations in stages before it is reintroduced back. As a rule, there are only four stages, however, at each of which, the enrichment of the biomaterial with a certain homeopathy is used, as well as a single injection of blood intramuscularly. The prescription of the medicine itself and, of course, its concentration is made exclusively by the doctor, who will proceed from the problem.

Hemopuncture (Biopuncture)

The scheme of this method leads to the introduction of blood into acupuncture and reflexogenic points, which greatly reduces the duration of treatment.

It is also possible to combine a homeopathic remedy with a biomaterial.

This method has its own distinguishing feature, this is the sampling and re-introduction of very small portions of blood.

Therapy with autoblood

In this method, the blood taken from the patient will be subjected to various influences, such as X-ray, ultraviolet and laser radiation, freezing. With all this, there will be changes in the composition of the biomaterial, as well as a change in its characteristics, which will naturally increase the effectiveness of this procedure.

In addition to all of the above treatment regimens, autohemotherapy can be combined with hirudotherapy, that is, with the addition of vitamins, antibiotics, and so on to the blood.

Methods of treatment

Based on the pathology to be treated, the doctor himself chooses the choice of a scheme for the autohemotherapy procedure, and he is also followed by a choice medicines and additional activities.

The procedure itself is somewhat similar for a large number diseases, but there are still some nuances in this.

  • At peptic ulcer, bronchial diseases and gynecological pathologies.

    We recommend to carry out the procedure of autohemotherapy with the aloe component. For this, a plant extract is used in special ampoules. But, the aloe procedure itself is not carried out with persons who are prone to increased blood pressure, as well as with violations of the functions of blood vessels, kidneys and heart.

  • With acne.

    In this case, we recommend the scheme of the procedure using ozone. At the same time, a very high efficiency is established, as well as a quick effect, which can manifest itself after the third injection.
  • With deforming arthrosis knee joint.

    During the period of exacerbation of deformity of arthrosis of the knee joint, an autohemotherapy procedure is applied with the addition of novocaine, which is made in the form of a solution or powder for injection. In order to carry out the procedure, nineteen milliliters of novocaine (zero point five percent) and one milliliter of the patient's own blood are drawn into a simple twenty-cc syringe. This resulting solution for injection must be administered according to a special biopuncture scheme into biological points(active). Basically, eight to sixteen procedures are carried out in one day or every day. This treatment improves blood microcirculation, and also reduces pain syndrome thereby eliminating the feeling of stiffness.
  • When fighting sluggish, chronic infections and increasing immunity.
    In this case, the scheme of the procedure with ozone is used.

  • To strengthen musculoskeletal system, articular tissue and maintaining the function of blood vessels and the heart
    .
    The scheme of the autohemotherapy procedure with the calcium gluconate component is used. But it is necessary to carry out such a procedure only as directed by a doctor, while strictly observing the dose of the drug. Excess calcium in the blood can cause quite serious harm to the health of both you and the patient. We advise you to conduct a blood test for the level of the mineral in the blood before the autohemotherapy procedure.
  • At cytomegalovirus infection, papillomas, herpes.
    Small autohemotherapy can reduce the recurrence of this kind of disease.

  • With infertility.

    The procedure of autohemotherapy is widely and deeply used in non-standard medicine. In this case, the method of using hemopuncture is used. The blood received from the patient, with several portions, is introduced into the reflexogenic active points body by way under the skin. In essence, this method eliminates the neuroendocrine root causes of infertility. The duration of such therapy is about nine procedures.
  • At bronchial asthma and allergies.
    We advise you to carry out the autohemotherapy procedure a little earlier than the allergen appears, or rather its effect on your body (that is, before the flowering period with hay fever). Before carrying out the procedure, it is necessary to know exactly what exactly causes such a reaction (to detect an allergen). A small amount of the allergen is mixed with the blood and injected into the patient.
  • With chronic fatigue syndrome.
    We advise you to carry out a large procedure of autohemotherapy using ozone. In this case, the patient will be injected with about one hundred and fifty milliliters of blood, which will be pre-enriched with triatomic oxygen.

results

After the course of injections, patients undergo subsequent final results autohemotherapy procedures:

The effectiveness of this type of therapy is ambiguous, the best end results are observed with the combined use of vitamins and antibiotics, as well as other drugs and components.

The procedure itself will not replace the generally accepted treatment, which takes place in simple ways.

For example, with liver or kidney failure - hemosorption, hemodialysis.

At home

There is also the possibility to conduct this procedure autohemotherapy according to the standard scheme. But, autohemotherapy itself should be carried out at home only in the presence of a doctor or the presence of medical skills.

You need to have simple practical skills in conducting subcutaneous, intramuscular and intravenous injections and venous blood sampling. All these activities are required to comply with sterility. The patient himself will not be able to carry out the autohemotherapy procedure, or rather it is undesirable, because it is quite difficult, because even for experienced doctors with extensive experience and skills, the procedure is difficult and time-consuming. Simple negligence can lead the patient to serious consequences, for example, to post-injection abscesses, and other complications and side effects.

Before using the method, you need to consult a doctor, take into account the individual characteristics of your body, observe the indicated dosages, and also be aware of the presence of various kinds of chronic diseases.

In addition to the standard, other methods of the autohemotherapy procedure are not suitable for use at home.

Contraindications to autohemotherapy

Despite the safety of the autohemotherapy procedure, there are a number of contraindications to the autohemotherapy procedure:

Side effects

The autohemotherapy procedure takes only a couple of minutes, but with all this it has a very good tolerance and, if carried out correctly, the likelihood of a call negative consequences minimal.

Among these side effects include the following:

When symptoms persist long time, and their growth, you must immediately contact ambulance. In this case, you should immediately refuse to carry out the autohemotherapy procedure or reduce the volume of re-injected blood.

Autohemotherapy was first performed in 1905. For more than a century, it has been changed and improved. And so it appeared modern way impact on the body.

The concept of the method

The classic type of procedure involves the introduction of venous blood under the skin or intramuscularly. The injection material is not exposed to any influences and does not mix with substances.

There are also variations of this procedure that can enhance its effectiveness. In this case, a prerequisite is the supervision of a specialist who performed the manipulation. If you experience side effects, you should consult a doctor.

What is autohemotherapy, the video below will tell:

Its types

In addition to the classical type of procedure, there are also varieties of procedures that involve either direct exposure to the injection material itself, or a change in the injection site:

  • Stepwise autohemotherapy. It is carried out by breeding in a number of homeopathic medicines the patient's blood, after which it is immediately injected subcutaneously or intramuscularly in one session. It is used to treat degenerative and chronic diseases like liver disorders and so on. An example of application is blood injections mixed with aloe extract to boost immunity.
  • Autohemotherapy with ozone. The purpose of the application is to eliminate gynecological problems. The patient's blood is subjected to ozonation (introduction of ozone into it), after which the material is delivered to the human body in the classical way.
  • Biopuncture. This method involves the introduction of the patient's blood into bioactive points. In fact, this is a type of acupuncture in which acupuncture, reflexogenic and pain points human body. It is believed that such an effect on the body can reduce the time of therapy.
  • Treatment with autoblood involves exposure to the patient's blood, x-rays, laser,. This type of procedure should improve the results of blood administration.
  • Medical autohemotherapy. It can be used with antibiotics, calcium gluconate, penicillin, and so on. It is considered the most effective for dermatological problems caused by pathogenic microorganisms, improper functioning of internal organs and more.

Also, autohemotherapy can be large and small. They differ in the amount of blood injected, the vessel for mixing and the method of administration.

Pros and cons of autohemotherapy

The procedure has its advantages, disadvantages and risks. Benefits include:

  • Increasing internal immunity and immune system generally;
  • Cleansing the body of toxins and infections;
  • Creating conditions for the patient's recovery in the most natural way.

The disadvantages are the following factors:

  • Despite the fact that the procedure has been used for more than 100 years, its effectiveness has not yet been studied and proven. Some doctors believe that it is completely ineffective.
  • Due to the special introduction of blood, infiltrates or seals can form, which can be very painful.
  • No specialist can guarantee 100% efficiency, which depends largely on the patient's body.

The risks include the development of side effects - the very seals that can cause the development of local inflammation with pain. With such manifestations, the dosage is either reduced, or manipulations are completely abandoned.

Indications for holding

This technique is used for both men and women. Do not use on infants, children and pregnant women, as there is not enough data on the use of the method on these groups of patients. The method is effective against:

  • , funny faces with and so on;
  • Reduced immunity;
  • Chronic bronchitis;
  • With difficult and long-lasting wounds;
  • Sluggish chronic infections like , and so on;
  • With adhesive processes;
  • At ;
  • With withdrawal syndrome;
  • At ;
  • With frequent colds.

There are also precedents for the use of some varieties of this procedure to combat abnormal functioning of organ systems, as well as to activate the work of the ovaries. But the procedure showed the best results in solving dermatological problems.

Small autohemotherapy with ozone is shown in the video below:

Contraindications

Contraindications are in addition to pregnancy and age limit up to 14 years:

  • The state of exacerbation of chronic diseases;
  • Severe pathologies of the heart and blood vessels;
  • mental illness;
  • Inflammatory diseases in the acute stage.

When carrying out autohemotherapy, side effects may develop, such as inflammation in the injection area, general malaise, fever, soreness and. In such cases, the blood dosage is reduced.

Preparation for treatment

The procedure involves preliminary training person to influence in this way:

Otherwise, no special manipulations are required.

How is the procedure carried out

Blood is usually injected intramuscularly. Do this in the upper quadrant of the buttocks. The introduction is started with 2 ml of blood every day.

The dose is increased by 2 ml every 3 days. Gradually the dosage is increased to 10 ml. 12-15 injections are expected per course.

Consequences and possible complications

It is believed that this procedure does not cause complications, but patients noted in some cases:

  • Development of infiltrates in high morbidity;
  • Post-injection;
  • The temperature increase is general;
  • Hyperthermia in the affected area.

In other cases, complications were not observed, although side effects in the form of seals and painful areas appeared in most patients.

Recovery and care after

Special methods of caring for the affected area are not expected, but with the formation of infiltrates without an abscess and purulent manifestations, a warm heating pad can be applied to improve blood supply in this area.

To reduce the body's sensitivity to irritants, doctors use various methods. One of effective types effects - autohemotherapy. With allergies of a different nature, intramuscular injection of freshly taken blood from a vein stimulates defenses, facilitates the course of chronic pathologies.

What are the advantages of the original technique? Are there any restrictions? What types of allergies can be cured with autohemotherapy? Answers in the article.

Autohemotherapy: what is it

The essence of the method is to improve the body by introducing the patient's own blood. The material from the vein is immediately injected into the muscles.

According to some scientists, water in the composition of the blood remembers information about diseases, and when re-introduced, it quickly finds the source of the problem in the body, eliminates it, and normalizes the functioning of the affected organ. Recent research data confirm the effectiveness of the method in the composition complex therapy allergic diseases. Good results were obtained in the treatment of bronchial asthma, hay fever.

In some cases, doctors additionally process the blood:

  • ozonation is carried out - enrichment of the liquid with valuable gas - ozone;
  • ultraviolet irradiation;
  • the material is subjected to osmotic shock;
  • freezing;
  • exposure to a laser or x-ray;
  • compound with aloe extract, homeopathic preparations.

Advantages

The original medical and health-improving technique has many positive characteristics:

  • activation of body reserves;
  • autohemotherapy is allowed for many diseases;
  • strengthening the immune system;
  • reduction in relapses allergic diseases chronic nature;
  • complex effect on the body;
  • the possibility of adjusting the treatment regimen depending on the patient's condition;
  • improvement of the condition of internal organs and skin;
  • symptoms of allergic reactions gradually weaken;
  • the possibility of additional blood processing to increase the therapeutic effect.

On a note! The introduction of processed blood enhances the positive effect of the liquid, activates metabolic processes, and accelerates recovery. With a tendency to allergic reactions the body reacts less often to irritants, the frequency and strength of negative symptoms decrease. A prerequisite for starting therapy is knowledge of the allergen that caused the negative response of the body.

Result

After a wellness course with the use of the patient's own blood, a noticeable effect appears:

  • metabolic processes are activated;
  • cells are filled with oxygen;
  • the aging process slows down;
  • immunity is strengthened;
  • decreased sensitization of the body;
  • the process of tissue regeneration is faster;
  • hormone levels return to normal;
  • feeling better with chronic pathologies in severe form;
  • allergic reactions occur less frequently, proceed in a milder form;
  • the body is cleansed of toxins and toxins.

disadvantages

Like any method of influencing the body, autohemotherapy has some disadvantages:

  • not suitable for all patients;
  • carrying out the procedure by a non-specialist increases the risk of complications;
  • sterility is required to exclude infection during the session;
  • some patients report side effects.

Indications for carrying out

Procedure in medicinal purposes carried out for the following diseases:

  • various immunodeficiency states;
  • herpetic infections;
  • frequent colds;
  • skin diseases of any severity, including eczema, psoriasis, furunculosis;
  • the presence of papillomas and warts;
  • severe nature of the course of menopause;
  • joint pathologies.

Doctors also use modern medical and health-improving methods to normalize many processes:

  • accelerate the regeneration of affected tissues;
  • cleansing the body of allergens, toxins, toxins;
  • activation of blood and lymph flow;
  • improvement of vitality;
  • increasing immune protection;
  • restoration of the functions of the endocrine system;
  • normalization of working capacity after serious illnesses.

Contraindications

It is important to consider the limitations for injecting the patient's own blood:

  • oncopathology;
  • tuberculosis in the active phase;
  • acute mental disorders;
  • heavy kidney failure(second and third stages);
  • pregnancy;
  • previous strokes, heart attacks;
  • lactation period;
  • severe diseases of the cardiovascular system.

Kinds

Doctors offer several options for a useful procedure:

  • classical - only one's own blood is injected;
  • advanced - with additional liquid treatment various methods: from laser to ozone;
  • the introduction of material from a vein to biologically active points, as in acupuncture.

How is the procedure for allergic diseases

The technique is quite simple and effective at the same time:

  • after studying the indications and contraindications, the doctor develops a treatment regimen;
  • the procedure is carried out in a specially equipped room in compliance with sterility;
  • during the session, the doctor takes a venous blood sample, adds a small amount of an allergen that provokes negative reactions;
  • immediately after treatment, blood is injected into the buttock;
  • after the session, the patient remains under observation for half an hour, if necessary, longer;
  • In most cases negative reactions do not appear, a person can do daily activities, work, study;
  • at poor tolerance large volumes of blood, the doctor corrects the treatment, but the effectiveness is reduced.

Carrying out schemes

To achieve the result, doctors offer a certain frequency of administration of the patient's own blood. The frequency of procedures depends on the tolerability of injections.

The main schemes of autohemotherapy:

  • stepped. The classic option is to conduct sessions every other day. The first procedure - 2 ml of blood is injected, the second - 4 ml, the third - 6 ml, the fourth - 8 ml, the fifth - 10 ml. Further, the blood volume decreases: 8, 6, 4 and again 2 ml. If the patient does not tolerate injections, sessions are less frequent - every two to three days;
  • correction for side effects. Feature - the volume of the product increases not by 2, but by 1 ml. The first procedure is 1 ml, the second - 2 ml, and so on up to 5 ml, after which the volume of liquid decreases in the same way: from 5 to 1 ml. With a decrease in the frequency of blood injection, the effectiveness of therapy is less pronounced.

How to take with allergies to adults and children? We have an answer!

Effective methods for treating cold allergies on the hands are described on the page.

Possible side effects

Some patients note negative reactions during the procedure or after the sessions:

  • pain at the injection site;
  • temperature rise;
  • inflammatory process at the injection site;
  • muscle pain.

If discomfort occurs, it is important to inform the doctor about negative reactions. It is possible that a correction of the therapy regimen will eliminate the negative phenomena. Sometimes inflammation in the injection zone occurs when sterility is violated, procedures are carried out in inappropriate conditions. Treatment by an experienced allergist reduces the risk of side effects.

Is it possible to do autohemotherapy at home

Some patients believe that with sufficient simplicity of the method, you can do without the help of a specialist, save a certain amount. With this approach, it is easy to get complications, to bring an infection.

It is difficult for a non-specialist to determine when a dose adjustment is required, how to reduce negative reactions, what to do with an increase in temperature or an acute allergic reaction when administering blood enriched with an identified irritant. Sometimes patients mix blood with various substances, for example, aloe extract, inject a solution, and get a negative effect. The procedure is carried out in compliance with the requirements of asepsis and antisepsis, violation of the rules is fraught with dangerous infection of the body.

Output: absolute sterility is required to perform manipulations related to the sampling, subsequent injection of venous blood into the muscles, professional knowledge and skills. Only an experienced doctor can guarantee the patient's safety and a good result of treatment. With a tendency to allergic reactions, the response to incorrect actions or the penetration of an infection can be very difficult. It is important to remember the consequences of imaginary savings, not to self-medicate.

Stimulation of the body's defenses has a positive effect on general state patient, activates disease resistance. At increased sensitization organism, chronic diseases of allergic genesis, mild exposure with the help of one's own blood often gives a good result. A prerequisite for high quality treatment is taking into account contraindications, conducting procedures by a health worker, and maintaining sterility.

Learn more about autohemotherapy for allergic bronchial asthma from the following video:

Today there is just great amount invasive and non-invasive procedures that are designed to improve the condition of the body and fight a variety of diseases. To achieve high-quality results, people are exposed to electricity, different types radiation, vibrations, chiseled injections, the introduction of vitamin cocktails, etc. And even in this list, one method stands out for its unusualness - this is autohemotherapy, which involves therapy with one's own blood.

The principle of autohemotherapy

This procedure has rather deep roots, but today it has gained a new wave of popularity. Thus, this method involves the introduction to the patient of his own venous or specially processed blood subcutaneously or intramuscularly, depending on the goals.

The mechanism of action by which it works this technique- this is a correction of immunity, that is, in the place where liquid tissue is injected, the re-introduced blood more actively attacks the source of the problem (neutralizes the inflammatory process, destroys pathogenic microorganisms or stimulates tissue regeneration processes), which leads to more speedy recovery. This method was first used by the surgeon August Beer at the beginning of the 20th century as a way to create artificial hematomas for more quick treatment bone fractures.

Indications for the use of autohemotherapy

Since the procedure involves the introduction of the patient's own tissues, it creates minimal risks, and therefore is quite actively used as a method of therapy for often relapsing and sluggish diseases. It has received the greatest distribution in the field of cosmetology and gynecology, so let's consider the range of possibilities for using the method.

In gynecology

Indications for the implementation of the procedure in the framework of gynecological practice are quite diverse, but all of them are accompanied by secondary immunodeficiency. And given the fact that the main purpose of autohemotherapy is to stimulate the immune system, it is not surprising that this approach gives pronounced positive results. So, the reasons for the implementation of the event can be:

  • period of menopause;
  • active course of herpes in the genital form;
  • inflammation of the ovaries, which occurs in a chronic form;
  • adhesive processes in the small pelvis and infertility provoked by them;
  • warts, papillomas;
  • cytomegalovirus infection.

Given the fact that the method produces a general effect on the body, the patient, in addition to eliminating unpleasant symptoms or the cure of the disease, in addition, a general improvement in well-being is obtained, the activation of the body's defenses and an increase in physical and psychological performance.

In cosmetology

The use of this method in cosmetology gives good results, even though patients do not often prefer it. Thanks to the reaction from the immune system, the body itself begins to deal with such cosmetic problems:

  • papillomas;
  • warts;
  • acne;
  • use the method for furunculosis of any localization;
  • with recurrent herpes on the lip, and even with psoriasis.

Autohemotherapy is most often prescribed for such a problem as problem skin, the elimination of acne on which is not possible with conventional creams, lotions, tonics and other products. Increasingly, the technique is offered as an anti-wrinkle remedy, since the introduction of blood allows not only to increase protective functions, but also stimulates the processes of tissue repair, which is very important for the fading type of integument.

The low popularity of the technique is based on the fact that people are not used to dealing with cosmetic defects to doctors, most often they try to cope with problems on their own, which does not always give a positive result.

The scheme of the procedure for medical purposes

To date, there are several schemes for implementing this procedure. The first type is the classic approach, in which a person is injected under the skin or inside the muscles with his own fresh blood from a vein that has not been subject to any changes or influences. The procedure takes place under strictly sterile conditions in order to eliminate any risks of infection - this is an important aspect, and when choosing an office for the implementation of the event, it is extremely necessary to study the working conditions and qualifications of specialists in advance.

In most cases, the process occurs as follows: a person is given a classic blood sampling from a vein, and then it is injected into the upper square gluteal muscle. In order to prevent the formation of seals, a heating pad is applied to the injection site for some time. Classic scheme implies the introduction of 2 milliliters of tissue for the first time, and after every 2-3 days the amount of the injected substance is increased by 2 ml until reaching a mark of 10 ml. Usually the course consists of 15 injections, however, both its duration and volumes depend entirely on specific situation developed by the patient.

There are other ways to implement the event:

  • step therapy. In this case, the blood is injected intramuscularly at a time, but it is pre-mixed with homeopathic preparations (for example, with aloe extract);
  • ozonation therapy - blood is mixed with ozone to enhance the effect obtained;
  • biopuncture. Within one procedure, blood is injected in small doses into biologically active points;
  • therapy with altered blood (the nature of the effect on tissues can be very diverse - x-rays, ultraviolet, freezing, etc.).

How is autohemotherapy for acne performed?

As part of the fight against acne, the effect of this technique is achieved due to the fact that the blood stimulates the body's defenses against "waste", toxins, and purulent discharge. As a result, the inflammatory process subsides, and the pimple quickly disappears. The effect occurs quite quickly - within a few days, it all depends on the complexity of the problem.

Small and large autohemotherapy with ozone

This type of approach is most conducive to stimulating the immune system to eliminate chronic and indolent inflammatory processes. In cosmetic practice, it is used to correct wrinkles, treat acne and pimples, as well as to rejuvenate the face as a whole. There are two types of procedure:

  • the small technique is the classic approach, only the blood is pre-mixed with an ozone-oxygen mixture before being injected into the patient again. From 3 to 10 milliliters of product can be injected at a time;
  • large technique - the procedure is more complicated, tissue preparation is carried out in several stages, and as a result, it is possible to achieve not only an immunomodulatory, but also an antibacterial and bright anti-inflammatory effect. First, blood is taken from the patient from a vein (up to 150 ml), after which it is placed in a container with anticoagulants. Next, a gas mixture of ozone and oxygen is introduced into the liquid tissue and thoroughly mixed for a certain time (about a quarter of an hour). Only then is the blood administered to the patient again, and the injection is carried out into a vein.

With antibiotic

Transfusion using antibiotics is a procedure that requires special indications. So, only a doctor can establish the need for such an event based on the results of the tests, when stimulation is clearly established. inflammatory process on the skin with an infectious agent. If there is such a problem given type procedures, of course, will be more effective and will quickly get rid of disturbing rashes.

Can the procedure be done at home?

At its core, autohemotherapy is a fairly simple procedure, and technically it will not be difficult to implement it at home in technical terms (if we are talking about the classical approach). However, in addition to knowing how to properly take blood samples and injections, it is important to provide a number of conditions, namely:

  • comply with the conditions of complete sterility;
  • follow the recommended dosages;
  • have minimal medical skills to implement the manipulation itself.

Thus, if there are indications, it is quite possible to carry out activities at home, but if there is even the slightest doubt, then it is better to refuse this and contact a specialist, because violations can lead to consequences that are dangerous to health and life.

Side effects of autohemotherapy treatment

The complex structure of the blood tissue leads to the fact that the process of its resorption after injections is rather slow, and therefore, after injections, some seals usually remain, causing discomfort during palpation. Soreness may remain for several days and can be relieved by a compress. With the correct implementation of the event, no side effects are observed anymore. If the rules of the procedure were violated in the process, then the risks are quite high - for example, in the absence of sterility, infection and even death are possible.

Contraindications for blood transfusion

Refuse blood transfusions in therapeutic or cosmetic purposes required under the following conditions:

  • inflammatory process in the body in the acute period;
  • during menstruation, childbearing and breastfeeding;
  • in the presence of oncological diseases;
  • at severe course complications of a chronic illness.

Autohemotherapy is the treatment of a patient with his own blood. The method consists in extracting blood from a patient's vein and then injecting it into the muscle (most often), under the skin or intravenously.

The products of blood protein released during the decay process are irritants to various systems of the diseased organism. This explains the effect of the stimulating effect of autohemotherapy.

The stimulation caused by autohemotherapy is nonspecific. In particular, autohemotherapy enhances nonspecific immunity, has a stimulating effect on hematopoiesis and the hemostatic system.

The use of autohemotherapy

Doctors of many specialties who used autohemotherapy received the same type of clinical effects when using this method. All experts noted the activation of the protective and rehabilitation mechanisms of the body during autohemotherapy, accelerated healing wounds after injuries and surgical interventions, faster resolution of purulent processes of the skin and soft tissues, accelerated recovery with chronic inflammatory diseases, increasing physical and mental performance.

Indications for autohemotherapy are also furunculosis and chronic purulent-inflammatory processes, prolonged and difficult to treat chronic pneumonia, anemia, non-healing trophic ulcers, infectious arthritis.

Autohemotherapy is also used for provocative and diagnostic purposes, for example, if a latent infection is suspected.

Autohemotherapy as additional method used to treat cancer patients

Varieties of autohemotherapy

In addition to classical autohemotherapy, there are options for treating patients with autologous blood subjected to various chemical or physical influences.

It is known to freeze blood before its administration, irradiation with x-rays or ultraviolet rays, exposure to laser, ozone, etc.

A significant role is played by the method of stepwise autohemotherapy according to Reckeweg and its variant by D. Lanninger-Bolling, when the patient's blood is sequentially diluted in several homeopathic preparations, and these mixtures are administered to the patient subcutaneously or intramuscularly in one procedure. By carrying out multi-stage dilution and mixing with homeopathic medicines, the toxins contained in the patient's blood are converted into effective homeopathic remedies- autonosodes that enhance detoxification and thus cure the disease (the phenomenon of the reverse action of low concentrations).

There are also techniques and developments called hemopuncture or biopuncture, when whole deoxygenated blood patient or blood, diluted with injectable homeopathic preparations, is injected in small doses into acupuncture, reflexogenic or pain points.

Autohemotherapy with hemolyzed (destroyed) blood deserves attention. Studies by A. A. Bogomolets and his students showed that the decay products of erythrocytes are strong activators of the function of the reticulo-histocyte system.

Methods of autohemotherapy:

Classic autohemotherapy. The blood extracted from the vein in the amount of 5-25 ml is immediately injected into the muscle (preferably into the buttock, into its upper outer quadrant). Delay is unacceptable due to quick appearance clots. Breaks between procedures 1-2 days. Most often do up to 8-12 injections.

The use of hemolyzed blood. 3-7 ml of blood is drawn from a vein into a sterile syringe with 2-5 ml of sterile bidistilled water. After 20-30 seconds, when the process of destruction of erythrocytes (hemolysis) has already begun, hemolyzed blood is slowly injected either into the same vein or intramuscularly into the outer upper quadrant of the buttock. Hemolyzed blood is usually applied no more than 7-8 times at intervals of 1-2 days.

Stepwise autohemotherapy. 2 ml of blood from a vein is drawn into the syringe, and then the shown ampouled homeopathic preparation. Leave a small space in the syringe for shaking and shake vigorously ten times. After that, the resulting potentiated solution is administered subcutaneously or intramuscularly.

At the first injection, the syringe is injected so that a small amount of the original solution remains in it. Then 1-2 ampoules of the indicated homeopathic preparations are again drawn into it and shaken vigorously several times. The resulting solution is again administered intramuscularly or subcutaneously.

The next 2-3 steps are made in the same way.

Similar procedures of stepwise autohemotherapy can be repeated after 4-5 days, which is necessary for the development biological reactions organism.

An exclusive development of the clinic "Biocenter" is the method of "Extracorporeal hemocorrection of patients' blood according to the method of Academician V.P. Filatov". The essence of the method lies in the fact that the patient's blood is placed in unfavorable conditions ( low temperature 2-4C) for 3-4 days. At the same time, biologically active stimulants accumulate in the blood, preserving and prolonging the life of blood cells.

With the introduction of such activated blood into the patient's body, these substances significantly stimulate immunity, metabolism, regeneration, and have a multi-vector positive effect on all body functions. These substances are authentic (native to the patient's body), as they are obtained from his own blood, they are extremely effective and absolutely safe (there is no evidence of allergic manifestations, inflammation, etc.). The drug is administered subcutaneously or intramuscularly daily or every other day according to the method of stepwise autohemotherapy: 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, 10, 8, 6, 4, 2 ml.

Activated blood can be mixed with homeopathic injection forms at the discretion of the treating physician.
